Customer service is key, and they’ve got it down to a T. Cannot suggest another car wash. Only place I will go to was my car. Skip gave me free tokens a couple of times. As I was typing this my dealer plate from a newly perchased truck fell off and an employee just gave it to me right when I was pulling out of the automatic wash!

Best place to wash a car hands down overall very well maintained although the air blowers could use a credit card reader and new heads they were cracked when I went there last time but I dont use them anyways so that doesnt affect me.

The gal at the window taking money was useless. Took your money, gave your change, and quickly shut the window. Tried to ask a question and she was already gone...out of sight. 3 guys scrubbed the car before it went thru the actual washer. The car came out looking great. The guys did a great job. Keep them, get rid of her.

Tried it out this morning. By far the best in town. I love that they rinse your car down and their machines leave the car clean! Plus the fragrance spray and vacuum is the best in town. 4 minutes for $1! Can't beat that. Recommend!

Ok, we live 11 miles from a paved road and regularly stop at Sawyer to get the layers and layers of crusted mud and crud off our diesel truck and Buick Encore. Somehow they manage to get our mudder vehicles to sparkle. Great wash!!

My car looked great after going through the most expensive wash you can get. It is expensive though, over $17 (with tax) for the best wash and that doesn't include vacuum service.

Today was the first time Ive ever used this car wash..and it wont be the last! The vending machine was down and the owner walked by and tried his card but it wouldnt work. He took me over to the other building and introduced me to his grand daughter and said give her what ever she wants for free. I told him I would pay for what I needed and he said no you wont get what you need and said sorry the machine wouldnt work. Nicest family owned carwash ! Clean and all vacuums and shampoo machines worked great! To the man whom owns this...THANK YOU !!

My car always looks great after going through. The only negative is the ridiculously long line on busy days (not their fault obviously.) You get through quick and they offer a great discount on Ladies Day--Tuesday?? You can also use the coupon on the back of your HyVee receipt.
