There is a very rude employee there named Ron. He actually had the gall to tell my Vietnamese friend who has been a citizen here for 20 years of his life that he doesn’t have to give him a refund for the car wash not working because “ this is America” looks like this faux-American (straight up racism) pride has spread to this city as well. Sorry Ron my Vietnamese friend that prob knows more about American and has done more for America than you have is here to stay.

Car wash is always down or not working well the automatic ones it seems. Other than that is a wider car wash so bigger vehicles can go through the automatic wash.

First thing first, customers have all the right to get their money back for a service that they never received. However, the employee named Ron who purposely refused to give back the refund with a negative attitude and a racist response “This is America!” before slamming the door in front of a customer’s face. Besides the hateful and racist attitude, It is also poor customer service and it should not be tolerated by any customer. Blair is a nice small community and I happened to know quite a few people. I am certain that I won’t come back and also warn other people to go to different car wash places down the street to not having to deal with such racism/poor attitude from Ron.

Decent place to clean your car. Occasionally they will run out of their wash mix, but very rarely. They do a good job of keeping their wash bays clean.

Change machine took $5 and didn't give me quarters. Called the number listed left a voicemail with my phone number and they never called me back. Can't tell you how good the carwash actually is because I wasn't able to wash my car after the change machine stole my money. There's another car wash a little farther down the road next to the dealership. It does a great job and never steals money.
