We have a 40ft motorhome that is about 12ft 4in tall. Our RV fit perfectly in the larger bay. There are steps on the sides so you can get a higher reach. Bring a bucket and brush so that two people can wash the RV at the same time. We spent about $10-$15.

Great service and super friendly people. The drop off service is very reasonably priced ($6.50 for a smaller load and you supply detergent, so not much more than it would cost to wash it yourself at the laundromat) and all your clothes comes back incredibly neatly folded. I have long haired cats, and without using dryer sheets, they send my clothes back every time without a visible cat hair on them. I'm still not sure how they manage that.
