The basic $10 wash doesnt really get dirt off of anything besides the flat surfaces. And the two kids at the front just give you an initial rinse instead of going into the places the machines dont get. Maybe the more expensive options cover that?

We go here often. This time the inside and outside of the car were cleaned spotless, except for the inside windshield. It was so smudged and streaked, that it was difficult to see when driving toward the sun.

I have never really had a bad experience here. Generally, I do not use automatic car washes, I prefer to hand wash. However, in freezing weather with a filthy vehicle I decided that it was worth getting the salt and grime removed. They do a decent job of spraying down the vehicles before they enter the wash and there are massive blowers that get your vehicle pretty dry before leaving, definitely helpful in cold weather. The overall desired effect is reached. My vehicle was much cleaner coming out than when it went in. I did notice a few spots where soap had dried but it was just a few little places. I will say that the roof of my vehicle looked much cleaner than before and as a whole I didn't notice any places where dirt was not removed.

Went there to get an extreme detail clean, they need to have an appointment set. On the website there is nothing that states you have to have an appointment beforehand. So I decided to at least get an interior clean for $17. It was a waste of money. They have three to four people working on it so it will be quickly done, yet all seem inept at doing their job. It's the second time I gave them a chance and tried out their quality of service. And is now the second time I have been highly disappointed. My vehicle was not cleaned properly and large portions were very much missed. You would think the dashboard would be the main thing they would at least wipe down and three fourths of it wasn't even touched. There were streaks left on windows and very visible places not vacuumed. I can do a better job myself in just a few moments longer than wasting my money having a professional company that's supposed to do their job with a quality capability and save me time when they did quite the opposite. Now I am out the money and will still have to clean my vehicle to quality where they lacked. The car wash itself is great but their interior cleaning jobs are horrendous. I will not be returning for their detail services again. Never even had the scent put in.

It's good, but it's called 'Kwik' for a reason. When cleaning out the car, they will rush and do a below par job. They don't do anything but most of the carpet and will leave parts of the interior untouched. The same thing they did you could do with a vacuum and some glass cleaner with wet wipes, it'll be my first and last time getting my car detailed here. Though I'll still continue using the car wash drive thru.

Wash does great, people at checkout are nice. If there was anything that would be an improvement I appreciate the guys who help you make sure your tires are aligned right before entering. Some do and some don't, I always appreciate when they do. The line is a hectic mess of people not understanding that you can use both lanes, but lately employees have been helping so that you don't get stuck on the street.

Car wash is great not the staff stand around talking instead of getting the cars in and out. Waited over an hour for the six cars in front of me and there are 7-8 guys walking around talking and doing nothing. Then the car is half clean on the inside once they are finished. I have now waited over an hour and there are still 3-4 cars in front of me..

Great customer service and quality product. We're on the Unlimited Wash Plan, the staff knows us by name. Always drive away w a clean car. FREE vacuums are also a nice touch when we don't spring for the interior detail.

I drive a 150 mile route each day some of it on dirt roads, so my vehicle gets pretty dirty each day, but thats not a issue 4ME, cause I get a professional wash each day at Kwik Kar Wash & Detail, for about a dollar a day and its convenient, fast and easy, not to mention they have a very professional and friendly staff.

Paid $16 for the wash and tire shine. The car wash did an ok job but not a good job. Left bug guts on the window, dirt on rims. The vacuum was not good and had a hole in the tube. Not worth the money.

Horrible experience. As someone who travels extensively throughout the country, this was the worst experience ever through a car wash. As I was unfamiliar with this car wash and received no instructions from the attendant, the first person on the left inside the bay area starts making gestures which I have no idea what they mean and then he starts screaming at me. I hope he does not have a girlfriend or a wife because he has anger management problems! Car is not clean, paid almost $20 for the car to be cleaned, smeared, may as well have left it dirty.

Last 2 visits operators ran me up on guides when entering & I had to back off to try again. Soap left a trail all the way to the office. Blow dry now really needs the extra $2 wipe down. I liked this location last year but this summer it needs work.

I found out how honest this facility is when they cleaned my car from MODOT oil off the road. Another local company tried to charge me five times as much! No joke! MODOT paid for it but that's besides the point. Very impressed. Plus they do excellent work.

Not for sports cars!!! So this is an automatic car wash. The car is moved through the wash on a track. The track has a VERY tall (in comparison to the WaterWay Car wash club I belonged to in St. Louis) track. If you have low profile tires, there is a REAL risk of your wheel rubbing the rail and getting scuffed. If you get a good attendant, they can help you keep your wheels to the right and avoid the issue, but it is pretty much 50:50 at best. Many of them just don't pay any attention and are more worried about getting the cars stacked up as close as possible to each other than about your expensive wheels. Given the lack of consistency, it seems obvious management is not emphasizing to the attendants that they help watch people's wheels so that they don't alienate the sports car segment (who generally like clean cars). I talked with a manager. They seemed very unconcerned and offered me a $2 towel dry. Buddy, I want you to get your employees to pay attention to my $700 a piece wheels, not offer me a $2 towel dry. If you have low profile tires, you ARE going to eventually get wheel rash like me. I only go now if I know my car has salt on it from winter weather, lesser of two evils . . . I guess.
