Just went to test drive. Got a great deal! Thanks Jess Thomas and John Trimble! They worked my financing to fit me. Thanks Bret Bowman! Everyone at the dealership was courteous and asked if we were helped or needed anything. Very short wait through the financing. After my decision, I was done in about 2 hrs. I have waited longer at other places. Great team!! Will love to deal with them again!

So I was greeted by a weird man named Stephon, bald guy with a gold tooth and crack walk. He was very rude by not hearing us out and kept on talking over us. Made my lady feel uncomfortable with his weird looks towards her. He smoked a cigarette and showed us cars. The deal was good until it came to the paper work and that’s where Don didn’t go by his word and tried to charge me an extra 2k after I talked the vehicle down $2500, good thing I caught onto it. But when I caught on to it he got very upset it seemed like so now they make me come in after a long day of work to try to get THEIR paper work together to get my plates and my temporary plates expired TWICE already and they love to run your credit unexpectedly so be very careful. Also I would recommend a drug test on their staff. Eddy’s is a flat out joke but Mazda is a good vehicle so please take your money and time else where. Also when they found out I was military i heard them make a comment and say “looks like another high interest rate” so please take your business else where because this was just so unsatisfactory. -Thank you (I will give updates on the progress they have made for the community).

I went to Eddy's in May of 2019 for a warranty paint problem. They took my car in, took photos, sent it into corporate, and the warranty process started. A MONTH later I had to reach out to Tony (Service Manager) to get an update and was told that they were still waiting on Bob Sight Ford (BSF) to give an estimate to repaint the ENTIRE CAR. Robin at BSF told me the only thing for Mazda they had was a month ago, and they hadn't heard back since. I called Mazda Corporate, who said they had been trying to reach Tony as well. Corporate called and spoke with him while I was on hold, and told me Tony would call me soon. Days later and I had heard nothing. I called Eddy's and asked for Tony. Abbey told me he was with a customer, and he'd call me back. Days later, and no response from Tony, I called again. He was with a customer and would return my call. Abbey told me that Tony updated her with what of my vehicle and if I could bring my car in they would get it started. (How was Tony able to fully update Abbey on the status of my car and give her next steps if he was with a customer?) Great, and I was going out of town the following day for ten days and didn't need a loner. I dropped off my car to Jameson, who said they would get started right away and I would be called with an update soon. I went on my trip on June 15th - June 24th. So, by this point, Eddy's had my car for ten days. (8 minus the weekend) I call on June 25th and ask for Tony, who is not available again and will call me back. By this time I'm tired of the run around with Tony, so I wait at Eddy's. An hour later Tony shows up (he was on break). By this time I've emailed the Eddy's Mazda Manager about the situation and still have not heard from him TO THIS DAY. Tony saw me and said, "I got an email and was just about to call you." and told me that BSF started my car THE DAY BEFORE (10 days after I dropped it off) It's now the 25th, and Bob Sight is barely getting started on my car?! I was displeased and started this Google Review with one star to come back and add a comment later. The next day their Customer Relations Manager, Ashley, called me to ask about the review. I told her all of this information, and she was confused about how this could have happened. She promised she was going to get down to the bottom of it and call me back by Friday. SURPRISE. SHE DIDN'T. Friday 2:45 comes around, Ashley is off by 3, and I call to see if she had an update or learned anything new. I left a message, and about 5 minutes later Tony calls saying he received a message to call me. He tells me that my car will be ready the following Friday. Friday comes and goes, and I receive a text that my car might be available Monday. Monday passes, so I call on Tuesday and speak to Jameson who says, "Oh yeah, your car has been parked here since Friday and is ready." Of course, there are SCRATCHES on the door. Jameson took a picture to show Tony, and I took the car to BSF. Their paint specialist was able to buff them out in a few minutes. I have still not heard back from Tony, Jameson, The Manager of Eddy's, or Ashely ever again. All I ever asked for is communication. I understand if something may have taken a long time or they needed my car for a few days extra but trying to speak with anyone and have them return a call is useless here. Would never go here again or tell anyone with a Mazda who expects any form of customer service to step foot in the place.

This is an update to my previous post. I can now say that I highly recommend this place! Jake was able to find me exactly what I was looking for in a pre-owned CX-5 (which wasn’t easy because I am VERY picky). I had been to another dealership before coming here and the only person that talked spoke to me was the salesman I was working with. From the moment I walked into Eddy’s it was a whole different experience. Every single person I encountered smiled and made me feel extremely welcome. There were a couple of small issues (the car I purchased didn’t have a second key and didn’t have the wheels I wanted) but Jake and the team took care of it for me! I now have exactly the car I wanted! This was my first vehicle purchase and it could not have been a better experience. I will come back to Eddy’s in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.

Buyer Beware! I went there to look at vehicles. Then they asked to fill out paperwork to perform a soft check on my credit and it would have no effect on my credit. 30 min later, I get 15 notifications from all three credit companies of hard inquiries on my behalf.

I wish I could give this dealership a lower rating but unfortunately there is not one any lower. This place us the typical sleazy cat dealership. I went in there to look at a new car said I wanted to test drive one and that I would not be purchasing today because I had not decided what vehicle I wanted and when I did I was financing through my bank so they would get the paperwork ready. Will Francis was the salesman and he said he understood. First he took us on a 5 minute test drive and did not allow us on the highway. We could only go a few blocks around the dealership. When we got back he started in on his high pressure you need to buy this today speech. I told him I was just looking and not buying today. He came back with a car payment that was twice as high as what I had been paying but I would be financing far less that before. He wouldn't tell me the interest rate they were offering and I said again I was going thru my bank everything was approved and my payments would be about $250 less thru them. He went to talk with someone for about 10 minutes and then came back and said they could lower the payments by $100. I stated again I was not buying and when I did I already had financing taken care of. He tried another time to pressure me into the same saying the blue color that I wanted was very hard to find and I said that was fine I wasn't in a hurry and when the time came if I needed to order one I would to get the color I wanted. Then will tried to tell me they are so hard to come by that if I didn't take this one it would take them several months to get one in the color I wanted. Again I said I was fine with that. I did not want to make any rushed decisions. So then Will said why don't you just take it overnight and drive it and see how you like it and bring it back tomorrow. I said that was fine since we didn't get to really drive it. He then went back into the office and was in there for more than 20 minutes during that time he had the insurance person come over and talk to me and he informed me I was purchasing the vehicle that night and he was just getting the paperwork finished. After he stepped away Will was still in the office and after another 5 minutes my son looked at me and said I don't have a good feeling about this. I completely agreed with him. They were defiantly trying to pressure me into this sale. So we decided at that time we would leave. I walked to my car and left. About 5 minutes later I started getting the first of what ended up being about 10 phone calls not to mention all of the emails he sent me trying to find out what went wrong. What was wrong was that your salesmen and all of the employees I spoke with would not listen to me. I did not want a high pressure sale. I wanted to check the car out and find out about it but I was not allowed to fully accomplish this. He was so focused on the same he did not listen to the customer. I will go and drive another Mazda but it will NEVER be at your dealership. I will never be back. If the salesmen won't listen to what I want I don't need to purchase a care from him. Very simple lesson you would think but it is to hard for them to grasp.

I came to Eddy's Mazda on a whim. I have been searching for a used $4500 range vehicle to purchase for about three months before my Mazda. I had some pretty disappointing experiences and was feeling a little defeated as my Grand Am of 23 years old was a death trap. I was in Lee's Summit at another dealearship and was highly disappointed in the car we test drove. We went to eat as it was around 4 pm on a Monday. I find another used car only to find it was in Olathe. My boyfriend goes "you are not leaving Lee's Summit without a car are you? There are more dealerships up the road." We took a right and I turned into Eddy's. (I determined with all the cars I test drove, that I really wanted a Mazda 6). I had zero intentions on getting a brand new car and was dead set on used. Jordan made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase of a "new" 2016 Mazda 3. (I will be getting 6 in the future from him). With my past three months experiences of car searching, I walked away from Eddy's with a way newer car. I could not have been more happy with the customer service from these amazing fellas at Eddy's. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Mazda and I love the folks at Eddy's!!! The lord works in mysterious ways!

I don’t know much about cars, but I knew what I wanted out of a car and how much I wanted to pay. Chuck Miller was my rep and after I presented him my list of things I wanted my car to have and my price range, he found me my dream car. First place I went, second car I test drove and I was sold. They worked well with me and were attentive to my needs without trying to upsell me knowing I wasn’t the most experienced buyer. I got exactly everything I wanted (plus more!) at the price I wanted as well. I love showing off my new car I get so many compliments on it and it has more features than a lot of peers cars do, but we’re paying the same price. I couldn’t imagine having any other car than the one I do now from Eddy’s. Had it for a few months now still very satisfied.

BE AWARE!! "Good" reviews only pop up first on here so scroll to the bottom and read before you buy!! They make you write a review at the end of your visit but be informed that the troublesome comes soon after you leave. When I decided on a brand new Mazda, the manager said that he would take $2000 off the original payment. However, they secretly added $2200 onto my contract and claimed that it was a warranty that they told me about but I NEVER did agree to it nor was informed about it. I had to take this contract back to the dealership which is an hour away and resign it to which the finance guy had made disrespectful comments. After a few weeks, I contacted them because I am nearing the deadline to pay the taxes off soon and have not received the title yet. The manager, Don, has made excuses each time I've called. He gives false promises and tries to avoid contacting you instead of finding a solution or stating the truth. Their customer service lady reached out to me and stated that they have lied and it took longer than it should have because they did not complete the paperwork properly!!!! This is now almost TWO months later since I've purchased my vehicle. I registered my vehicle at the DMV, paid off my taxes, and was waiting for my title to arrive in the mail. The Missouri Department of Revenue sent me a letter stating that my registration got put on hold until the dealership can fix their error by removing my husbands name from MY INDEPENDENT title. My car was registered to me ONLY to begin with!!!! I now have to drive back for the THIRD TIME to resign it next week in order for my car to be registered. I am glad their finance specialist, Ken, had been removed from their team. However, Don will need proper training or to be terminated for his lack of customer service and respect. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Please, save yourself the hassle.

A week or two ago I came here to Eddy's to trade in a vehicle. After going to a few different dealerships and dealing with the let downs of several banks my partner in crime Phil Callier at Eddy's Mazda was like a smooth criminal when it came to perfection because he topped everyone and took really good care of me and my family. Not only did he make sure you was comfortable at the dealership but he made sure you was comfortable with the vehicle, price, and the excellent service that Eddy's provide. I say that to say this... I made the right choice coming to Eddy's Mazda. If your looking for a great dealership and a salesman that's gonna keep you laughing and be straight up honest with you, then you go to Eddy's Mazda and ask for Phil Callier...he'll get you right. Will Francis did a fantastic job selling me a Mazda CX-5. To start, they were the only dealership that I went to throughout the week process who started with showing me the vehicle I was interested in and allowed me to test drive it before getting into pricing and budget. I really enjoyed this because it allowed me to experience the car I wanted to drive the most out of the Mazda family. Went it got to the numbers, everything was clear and concise, they provided us with the invoice and showed us clearly what they were taking off the car to make it fit my budget. They also gave me the best trade-in out of any dealer in the area with a trade in $2,000 higher on my old car. Another thing that Will did which I appreciated is cutting out the barging game and just showed me the numbers at the lowest possible price per month. This saved a tremendous amount of time. They also allowed me to take the car home and test it out for a few days to make sure it was the option and color I wanted. Unlike other dealers who were pressuring me to make the sale that day and asking me if “they could earn my business today” seven times, I was allowed to think things through over several days and ensure I was getting what I wanted. I really appreciate the high-quality service that Will and his team provided in getting me my new CX-5 2018 at such a low monthly price below my budget. For this being my first car and dealership experience, I have to say I have found the right dealer to go to and suggest everyone go to Eddy’s Mazda and work with Will, you will be surprised and delighted!

My wife and I purchased our 2016 Mazda CX-5 in the summer of 2015 from Eddy's Mazda in Lee's Summit. We've taken it there for every service since we bought it and have always been impressed. We recently had an LED headlight start to go out. I was worried because we were just outside of warranty and it was going to cost nearly $1k to replace, but Tony and the folks at Eddy's Mazda saved the day and covered it for us! What a way to brighten my day and retain a happy customer.

Took my 2018 CX-5 in today for the first oil change. It was free and the tires were also rotated for free. Work started at the correct time and was ready as promised. Took my Mazda 6 in later to get oil changed and airbag changed out on the recall. Worked 30 mins. early and and took a little over an hour.

My experience with Eddys Mazda! Brought my RX8 into Eddie's 6 weeks ago. It had a recall for a failing fuel pump. It was pumping fuel into the back seat. Service writer calls a week later telling me they had to deflood the motor $270 I told them it couldn't be because all the fuel was in the back seat. They told me that they would check with the tech on Monday and get back to me. No phone call. On Friday I return to the shop. Service writer tells me they are working on the car. I say that's funny because it's in the same spot I unloaded it two weeks ago. Following Tuesday they call me two spark plugs are fouled $200 for the plugs plus $75 an hour to change. I take them 2 spark plugs, $18 each from O'Reillys. Next day they told me there was a weak coil pack. Tell them no I'll pick it up when I can. This list Saturday I show up drag the car on to a trailer haul because the battery is dead. After playing them$119 to install 2 spark plugs. I haul it to a mechanic I trust unload and pop the clutch it starts. Today I call asking for the general manager, he's not there. They'll call me back in around an hour. No call! Try him again 8 hours later he's outside. They will have him call me. No call. These people don't care about their customers, lie to them and rob them blind

From the outside appearance we didn't know too much about Eddy's but after walking in and greeted by pretty much the entire staff we soon realized this place was different then the rest. They actually listened to what my wife and I said and didn't rush us through the process. We felt very welcomed and homey once inside and Will and Austin did an excellent job meeting our many demands. Why I wrote this review is the feeling after the sale as I was called many times by not only the salesman Will but by the General Manager Austin making sure we loved our new CX-5. This made me feel like my wife and I made the right decision and weren't just another sell for the team. Bravo Eddy's Mazda, Bravo!

Thanks to Nate and Tony there, I rode away with the car I had been wanting a day after my birthday. I wasn't in the market for a car, but after stopping in and speaking with them both, they worked out a deal for me that I could not pass up. The process was quick, easy, and very simple. I even got to drive the car home the same night and leave the car that I came with overnight until I could bring it home. They all get an 'A' in my book.

I bought my car here in 2015 and since then dealership got bought out(used be ran by honest people). I do not recommend this place now. I love the Mazda brand and what they stand for but not the dealership. They turned into typical dealership type to make most money and dont care about customer care. Services are horrible and they didn't knew exactly what they servicing when I ask more questions. They tried to sell services i knew i dont need or by mazda. If you want get mazda, i would get the car then dont ever associate with the dealership. They charged me 300$ for transmission oil change where you drain oil and fill it. That's it! When i asked they said they servicing the filter and clean up of magnet but when i walked in there, they only had done oil replacement. It would have taken me 30min to that home.

I purchased my vehicle from Eddys Mazda and wish I had not. The communication with them since my purchase has been almost nonexistent - still do not have my title work that was supposed to be overnighted to me and its been 8 days and I still do not have it. Upon delivery of my vehicle, it was overdue for an oil change so I had to do that immediately. The windshield wipers had to be replaced immediately as well - one of them was literally flapping in the wind. I have called or texted everyday since my purchase, yet no one seems to care. The dealership was willing to deliver my vehicle to me to complete the sale but now customer service is not very good. I will admit they are trying to get me a second key - but it does not make up for not having the title work yet. Update: Finally, received my title work today. Two weeks after they said it would be overnighted. The issue with the second key has still not been resolved. The dealership agreed to make and program a new key for the car and even came to pick it up. They said it would be returned to me within 48 hours. While they had the car someone else figured out that the second key was at another location so they were getting my correct address to overnight it to me. They didn’t need my car at all!!! If someone had followed through with what they said they would do all of this could have been avoided. I have not talked to the same person about any of the issues. One person said we will send you a gift card another we will pay for the expenses of the oil change and wipers-yet no follow through. There seems to be a great deal of miscommunication/no communication in the dealership. The whole experience has been disappointing to say the least.

When my wife and I bought our 2016 Mazda CX5 back in 2015 we we're treated like royalty. This was before it was Eddy's. The service department was excellent. the sales people were excellent. Today I was in there for an oil change and while waiting I was checking out the Mazda3s and 6s. I told the sales person what I was looking to spend per month and for how long. I was hoping to test drive a few vehicles and when the salesperson came back to the desk she stated she spoke with her sales manager and he told the sales person that with the monthly payment I was looking at I should be looking in the 10k range. Excuse me? What math are you using? My goal was to stay around $300/mo for 60-72 months. Doesn't mean I'm not willing to go a tad higher. My wife and I have stellar credit too. I firmly believe that I was judged based on the fact that I was dressed like a bum (lazy day off work). You lost a customer today Eddy's. Your service person also tried to sell me a $300 tune up today despite 5 months ago being told it was only $175. I really love my CX5 and was pretty excited about getting into a sedan as a 2nd car. Guess I'll have to find a different make

We found a headband and trash in the seat pockets and glovebox. We cleaned it. Beware the mileage will be much higher once you see it in person or better yet the car will magically be missing. Phones go unanswered during business hours. The communication from the service department was pretty sloppy, but when I came to pick my car up the Floor Sales Manager, Willie Francis, did a tremendous job of helping me out despite the fact that the service department employees were all gone for the day. Even though handling service payments and checking out service clients wasn't his main thing, he handled the scenario professionally and didn't complain. If more employees acted the way this man did, the GDP of the USA would nearly double. Wow, where do I start? First I would like to say thank you Kori Kindred for working so hard to get me approved. My first impression of you was wonderful, hard working and persistent. Woman to woman, I said she will take care of me. Three days later I came back to her to tell her my driver side window won't roll up. I asked for her because I had an issue with the car and when she saw me she behaved like I was an unwanted pimple on picture day. I finally got someone to get the window back up. But 3 weeks later, "after" the sale/commission, I still can't get the window down now, verbatim I was told, "Sorry you are having issues, you may have to pay to have your car looked at", blackmailing my purse for sure. I asked why, and I am told it might have been an 'as is' sale, my window worked perfect when I rolled off the lot. OOOKAYYYYY, my driver side window won't roll down, so this is definitely an invitation for my car to be burglarized "especially since I work 12 hour shifts at NIGHT, now that I get you to get it back up it won't roll down!! And on top of this terrible news, I called and was told someone would call me back, THAT was in September of 2017 that never happened. My window still won't work 9 months later. Lesson learned, it really is all about the $$ and not great service. Still I wish you well, being upset only hurts me again, O. Woodard

We went to this dealership because they had a Yukon Denali, oddly enough, that we had been looking for. I called to make sure they had it and spoke to Quinn. He said it was still there so we made the drive. It's about a half hour or so from us. Quinn had the truck pulled up under the covered area as it was sleeting and snowing. He met us at the door! We did some paperwork then went for a test drive. Quinn is kind and funny and good to talk with. We loved the Yukon but the deal was not meant to be. However, while we were dealing on the Yukon, we looked at the Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring on the showroom floor. It was impressive enough to catch our attention so Quinn was kind enough to bring up a white one (our original color of choice). To our surprise, we really enjoyed the ride and features on that car. We've never owned or driven a Mazda. Ever. While speaking with Quinn we kept eyeing the black one on the showroom floor. So we bought the black one! Working with Quinn, Tony and Bret was a pleasure and we feel like we got the best deal they could do for us. I didn't get cards from all the great people we spoke with, but if management could please let everyone there know how much we enjoyed speaking with everyone. The gentlemen who were helping clean up the car were super and explained to me about the cars transport and protection during transport. We'll pick up our new car in a few days. The drive out is worth it. Make the trip if your thinking about a new or used vehicle. You won't be disappointed.
