I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander that is in show room condition. I went to the new Mountain Home CAR WASH USA EXPRESS when it opened and as former Realtor here for 25 years and know the value of a clean car. I purchased Fast Pass for unlimited washes for only $35 a month and noticed how more shinny my car looked after several washes. Even my friends asked me if I got new tires as my white walls and tires never looked so clean and shinny. Are you pressed for time? I never waited more than 5 minutes from in and out in the morning. Both the blowers and vaccums are very strong and work fantastic. I couldn't say enough about how courteous and professional the employees are. This is the best service business to come to Mountain Home in a long time. Don't change a thing. Respectfully, Bob Skibbe

Horrible car wash. It turned the dust on my back window to mud and did not wash it all off. Spraying my vehicle with a hose while wearing a blindfold would have been a cheaper and more effective way to get the dust off of my vehicle. The dust was not stuck to the vehicle because prior to the car wash I turned on my windshield wiper and it wiped the dust right off in the ww area. Car Wash USA Express is a total disappointment and a total waste of money.

Purchased the Monthly, pass while I’m in Mountain Home. My 2010, F-150, has never looked better. I’ve already paid for my monthly 35$’s , and I think that, most , modern wash places, with free Vacuums , will allow you to go back through, if there is a wash issue? You should see the prices in other states? Monthly is great. Protect your investment, or pay the full, price. I’m going to do this for my college student, and her new car. So..... protect it, and be a consumer.

Used the new car wash for the first time and you can expect to pay $20 for the top wash. Not real sure why the price is that high but they do have cheaper options listed. You're greeted by staff and given a paper shammy, then guided into the tire channel, instructed to put vehicle in neutral and do not hit the brakes. The system pulls you through and between soaping, rinsing,waxing and some crazy lights you are soon at the end. Wait for the green light to pull out. The vacuum system works great and overall my vehicle had a nice shine, until it rained! But the coating that was put on did help bead the water and made the wipers run smoother. $20 for top tier wash may be a bit much but for a new car, probably a good investment to keep it looking good. Everything considered with lower wash options available, it wasn't a bad deal and I will probably splurge once a month during the summer months just to help protect the paint.
