Did the $35/mo fast pass for a while. Unless your car is already clean this won’t do a good job. People with the fast pass are constantly going through twice in a row because it never gets it good enough. And there has only ever been one friendly staff member that I can think of and I haven’t seen him around in a while. Everyone else is very rude even without having to talk to them sometimes. Waste of money

I have a 8 month old vehicle that I wash every 2 -3 weeks at self service car washes. I was in a hurry and thought I would give Car Wash USA a try. Very disappointing as it did not get the bugs off the front or bird droppings off the hood. I brought this to the attention of the attendant who said I could take it through again, after the second time through it didn't do any better. I left and went to the self service and spent 1/3 of what I did at Car Wash USA and finally got my car clean. I definitely won't be back.

Good deal if you do the monthly thing and go often. However it does not do a good job at all on my stock 2017 Silverado z71 along the bottom of the doors and rocker panel area down the sides of the truck, and the tire shine will sling off your tires leaving black greasy spots on your paint. Update: forgot to mention they have a nice area with vacuums that you can pull into and clean the dirt and grease off your car after going through the wash.

Turned away for excessive mud but the mud was far from excessive. It was only beneath the vehicle and on my side steps. You pay that $30 a month and they dont care afte that. I will be cancelling unless they make this right

Tried the Carwash Today and I got the $20 Wash and I tell you save your Money it's not worth it. My Truck was still Dirty around fender wells, running boards and Wheels and Funny thing is my Truck was not that dirty to start off with because I usually wash it weekly. While there I watched other people running there cars in twice due to it doesn't clean good. Waste of time and money I won't return.

We used the Dyersburg one today and it is not as good as the Jackson one. The process is longer in Jackson and more thorough. The bug removing process is more thorough, also, there.

I’ve been using USA carwash for over a year and half. Before I had a Blue Ford Edge and I upgraded within the last 6 months to a Ford EchoSport which is white. The staff there is awesome, although over a period of time, I was getting black marks on the roof of my car in which we had to get waxed and puffed out from the automatic car wash. They are not responsible too any damage(s) of your vehicle and with that being said. Back to the basic of hand washing. The timing in very convenient and I love the ultimating numbers of using the vaccum, comes in handy when child plays sports and after traveling. So there is pros and cons of automatic car washing!!
