If I could rate a negative star amount, I would. I normally try not to leave negative ratings because I know how badly it can affect a business, but I have waited two weeks now for someone to resolve my issue and nobody will. I purchased a brand new 2019 Hyundai in September 2018. It had 0 miles at the time of purchase. It had been raining for a few days, so I wanted to wash it at Rainforest, whom I have used for years now with my older vehicles. I trusted Rainforest to wash it with delicacy. When I got out of the car to blot the water off of the mirrors, I noticed scratches all over my vehicle. Scratches that I KNOW were not there. I immediately reported it to the "manager" who wrote a report and promised me that her manager would be in contact with me that following Monday. No one ever contacted me. I called Tuesday, once again, more excuses and not one call back. I sent a message on the website, and I got a call but at that time I was at work and could not step away so I asked that they deal with my fiance who was there with me when we went through the wash. The gentleman said he would call him. He never did. So I have waited another week, trying to give them a chance to make it right. THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED. I called in today, trying to reach the gentleman that was SUPPOSED to contact my fiance, and apparently he called off of the "accounting" number and the man that I spoke with was confused on how I got the number. I explained, he was nice and said since I've been bounced around repeatedly, he's going to make sure the GM calls me back in an hour. Here it is, many hours later and I still haven't gotten a call back...
This is not a 2017, this isn't even a 2018. This is a brand damn new car that hasn't even been in production except for a few months and it now has damages EVERYWHERE from this car wash and no one cares enough to contact me about the issue. I have done THEIR job and tried to follow up many times to no avail. I will NEVER use their services again and I will do my best to make sure that everyone I know does the same. It would be far more different if they acknowledge the damage and offered to buff it, or SOMETHING, but I can't even get a call back. If this is how they treat their customers, I don't understand how they have stayed in business this long...
