For the life of me I can’t figure out why this place is so busy, and how it is getting good reviews. Their people are friendly in that “we are desperate to sell you something” sort of way, but they take no pride in actually doing a good job of washing a car. And the prices are astronomical, which makes their monthly service SEEM reasonable by comparison. I paid $26 for the 2nd highest level of wash, and they vacuumed about 20% of the carpet and didn’t touch the dash or instruments. I was told I would have to buy the top package ($32) to have my dash wiped down. Apparently it is an effective business model, but it is horrible at actually providing a valuable service.

The car will get cleaned. They are expensive if you want full service. It bugs me that they charge to vacuum the floor mats. There is also the problem of not using an air hose. Streaks are not a good thing. Come guys. For the money we pay we should not have to re-dry the car.

So I purchased the platinum monthly pass. When I signed up I asked what it comes with the lady told me the full wash to include the vehicle being dried and vacuumed out. I’ve been there several times not once being charged for the vacuuming. I had my wife take it in now I’m being charged $8 for a vacuuming. Not a good way to have reoccurring customers. I will take my business elsewhere. I cancelled my monthly pass and will no longer take my behicles there again.

Bad experience here twice. Very long wait for my car to come out even tho it wasn't busy. Don't know why other cars coming through that weren't in line. They parked my car off to the side while doing other cars. They did not wipe down inside much, dash and console still had dust on them Wont go back again

As a member of the car wash club, I'm here multiple times per week. The employees are very friendly and efficient. There is often a few blue or yellow streaks left on my car, but it's nothing that a microfiber cloth can't take care of. I highly recommend this company and location.

Being an unlimited member you would think they do a good job at wiping down your vehicle but driving out I get smears all over the windows and my truck and I have to pull aside the building parking lot and rewipe their mistakes. Sorry to say but I’m very satisfied with the Farmington location. They do an awesome job!!

Usually a pretty good car wash at this location. I have the platinum express member package it’s ~$35 a month for unlimited car washes. I will say that if you go to Mister Car Wash don’t expect the a crazy clean, not dripping with water after type of car wash. This is more of a car wash that just gets the dirt off and looks pretty good, but not great.

Nice if you have a small car... if you have a truck not so much... completely missed my tailgate... and left spots all over the truck... rocket car wash in Boise is a billion times better at actually Washing my truck... plus they give you free towels to wipe down your vehicles when you get out plus if they miss anything they will let you go through agin for free.. also if you have to come back within a week your car wash is free. Same prices.

They do an ok job. They used to do a better job on my car but anymore the cloths they use to dry with seem to already be wet and the people drying do a marginal job. My car is black, so if there is a bunch of water on it, it leaves spots. But the part that bugs me the most is I would like my mirror and windshield dry

I haven’t been here for quite some time and was reminded why this morning. They do a half a**ed job, and it’s way too expensive for what you get. The mats in the car were left upside down. They only have the car name on the top of them so that’s pretty hard to do. The windows weren’t clean, and in fact they didn’t even clean the grease pen off that they use to write your service choice on the window. But the kicker was, they couldn’t find my key fob, and tried to tell me that I didn’t give it to the vacuum guy. Seriously? Turns out he left in in the inside handle of the door where you couldn’t even see it. I didn’t even get an apology for having to wait while they searched for it. In fact they wanted me to pull forward out of the way while they looked. Never again.

Waste of time and money. Barely washed and wiped down, left a rag in the car so I could wipe down what they didn't. Hairs still on the carpets. Complained to the manager and got some additional touch up, but I will never go there again. I had hoped to restore my faith in carwashes, usually having some disappointment, but this one was neglegent, just getting cars in and out as fast as they can.

Horrible service! Charged my card after I cancelled my monthly membership. Even told me “oh it happens often”! Also always did a horrible job cleaning my car, never cleaned the inside of my windows (I always knew cause my child’s fingerprints were still on the windows). Wouldn’t recommend!

We waited an hour for a basic vacuum and wash. Workers ran around like crazy doing nothing. Once through the carwash, it took 15 minutes while one person wiped a few swipes then left. We drove away with spots everywhere and had to wipe the car down again. The manager claimed it was his belt not working, but it was no one working that was so bad. We won't go back and we have used this carwash for years until they began dragging out a 15 minute wash to an hour letting the car just sit there. Dozens of cars went through ahead of ours even though they were behind us in line. What a disorganized, substandard mess.

After giving this car wash several chances I am done going here. Generally the line is ridiculously long. More than twice I’ve had to go through a second time because it didn’t get my pick up clean the first time. To top it all off they claim to be open till 8pm...well we just entered their lot at 7:44 and they have closed signs and are shut down. Very disappointed in the level of service here for the high price they command.

This location is less than, the vaccums have little umph to clean the car, only a hand full of areas to vaccum. The air hose did better job of blowing out the dirt the vacuum missed. The employees are NOT friendly.

I came to this car wash because I needed a detailed wash. We talked to Rick who was extremely nice and he recommended the most expensive wash that was $35. They finished the wash in about 15-20min and the interior looked just about the same as when we left the car. We requested again for them to do something to the interior, one employee took an extra 3-4 minutes and told us he did his best and to buy some cleaner. There was literally dust on the dashboard that could have been wiped off with single swipe of a dry cloth.

I have been to this location to get the premium car wash package twice and the first time I stopped by, I was so pleased, I was besides myself; however the second time around, I was not so lucky. My vehicle was not vacuumed to my satisfaction and the inside was not wiped down nearly as well as the last time - my rearview mirror hadn't even been wiped. I'm leery about coming back as I could clean my car better than the last time I've stopped by, I would sure save a lot of money!

I went through the car wash this morning with my husbands truck and I forgot we had bikes in the back that we needed to take to the dump and they stopped me and asked what was going on with them so I explained it and the guys there were all so sweet they offered to take them out to their dumpster for me! I was so grateful they were all so nice!! I didn't catch any of their names but they were all super sweet! I'm very thankful!

Pretty disappointed with this car wash. They offer “full service” but I don’t think they know what that actually means. I paid over $20 for a full service wash to include a interior cleaning. After I paid I was given a broom and dust pan and told I need to clean the leaves out of the back of my truck myself. I did not have a excessive amount of leaves back there it was only one dust pan full. I asked if they could simply vacuum them out and was told no they could not that I had to deal with them myself. So now I had to have my 5 year old daughter stand next to my truck while they vacuumed inside and I cleaned the bed for them while other cars were driving by my daughter. Not really the safest position to put us in. The wash itself was ok they didn’t wipe down my instrument cluster and they pulled out the jack and tool instructions for some reason and just left them laying on the seat. This was not worth the money for that level of service

I love the Mister Car Wash franchise but the AF one seems to be ran by a management staff that doesn’t care. I spent 8 minutes waiting for an attendant to come out & open the gate after my barcode wasn’t reading. I’m the the winter time the setup within the actual car wash has been horrible if you have a truck. The tailgate never gets washed & when you ask the attendants to spray it before you go in they refused to do so! My most recent trip to this store I had just got back from a road trip so I had a bunch of bugs on my wind shield & the tool bag attendant who ushers you into place to start was to busy picking his nose to pre spray the windshield so when I came out the bug splashed were still there! They refused to let me go through again.

New review: came for a full service wash and didn't check carefully, cream left all over the dash, vinyl still filthy. Came back two days later when I had time, apparently they no longer guarantee for 48 hours. Manager was pretty sure I just dirtied my car up and came back for a free wash. Not impressed, won't be back. TL:DR Double check their work, they WILL miss something, literally EVERY time, it's like a running joke now to see what they will not do even if you request/remind ahead of time. But sure, go here, it's your only option in this area for similar service and it's fun to look at the Breaking Bad memorabilia. I think the positive reviews here are based mostly on the fact that this location used to do excellent work at an amazing price, before it was purchased by Mister Car Wash. At that time, it seemed prices rose dramatically and service went down at the same rate. I get my cars cleaned here frequently because honestly it is the most convenient full service wash to my home and I haven't found a better solution, all other carwashes also being bought up by Mister Car Wash. The staff is friendly and professional. However, I now take it absolutely for granted that I must leave extra time to double check their work. I have not gone there in three years that they have not forgotten something, such as forgetting to clean out cupholders and door handles during a vinyl clean, leaving wet rags somewhere in the vehicle (I have quite a collection now), forgetting to vacuum an entire area (such as the third row of the van seating, one of the two second row captain's chairs, or the cargo area, or even the floor of the passenger seat in the front row, even though I now habitually open all the doors and say "please make sure you vacuum all areas, since I am a soccer mom I'm mostly here for that any way!"), not removing adhesive I specifically asked to have removed, or leaving visibly soiled spots (even some that I've specifically pointed out on arrival, such as sunscreen handprints near a door handle). Once they kept my radio antenna and I had to go back for it. I lived outside of NM for many years and was accustomed to paying about half the price for truly top notch service and work, this seems to be just another way New Mexicans settle for mediocrity, because I don't think they'd stay in business like this elsewhere. It's so pervasive that it's clearly a systemic or management problem and not just a "people forget things once in awhile" problem. But hey, if you're willing to pay the price and to take a little extra time to double check their work and go through the line twice (plus put up with the weird convention that there is no clear indicator when they are finished most of the time, you just have to stand in the parking lot and try to guess when your car is ready), you can have a clean car you didn't clean yourself.

I have had my car detailed three times at this location, and paid the full amount. Each time I got in and there was still dirt on the floor, windows not washed, and my wheels dirty. The last time I went there, there were actual wrappers lying around still and children finger prints all over the windows. They just don't do a good detailed job. Have a fleet of vehicles that we started to take here, but are now canceling our service. The staff is friendly, they just don't provide a good detailed service.

Really nice people that work here. The exterior only washes start at $6 and are solid. Full-service washes get pricey. They also have full multiple-hour detailing services. They'll dry your car after the wash which is awesome for those 20º days. I bought a unlimited monthly wash package and really enjoy it. This is was touch wash with the spinny things. Def recommend.

Yesterday I took my new car to the Eubank and Menaul location. I hadn't used this location since it was an Octopus Car Wash - which I used quite often. I was shocked by the increased price for a basic wash and was really disappointed by the lack of attention to detail on the interior. One of the main reasons for the visit was to have some dust, loose crumbs and dirt vacuumed out of the console area and cup holders. None of those areas were even touched! Did they expect me to pay extra for a basic interior cleaning? Octopus used to do a pretty descent job inside and out - all for less than $10!

Workers are very nice and the facilities are nice and clean, as well. However, they could do a better job cleaning both the interior and exterior of cars, especially when one pays $50+. My car was really dirty from off-roading, and should’ve gone through the wash at least 2 times. I even walked through with one of the employees and showed multiple areas that were still dirty. When I looked inside, there was still leather cleaner or carpet shampoo in one area that hadn’t been wiped off. I got to a point where I just drove it back and finished vacuuming and wiping down everything. Also, the grill still had bugs caked on it. Might be within the company’s best interest to re-train the teens so the cleaning game at Mister Car Wash can greatly be improved, and customer’s can get their money’s worth. Once again, everyone was really nice and well-intentioned, just trying to give helpful feedback. Thanks!

PLEASE PEOPLE BEWARE...I have supported going to this car wash for 7 years. I recently took my vehicle there and when an employee was driving my car to pickup area I was shocked because this was not normal practice. As I approached my vehicle he informed me that my car had been damaged and that the manager would come to discuss it with me. Well after doing a claim with the manager and seeing on the camera footage the incident. I was reassured my damage would be covered. The next day I was told we will cover 100%, then I received a second call saying we will cover 50%, then a third call to say we are refusing to cover any of it!!! After this experience I went and seen all the other issues with claims and could not believe how horrible they are with dealing with these situations. I am posting this so that others will know who you are dealing with. The staff is from our community but the administrative staff is not and they can care less about anything but our money.

They are always happy and cheerful! Always open your door and make sure to offer refreshments! They are so very polite and do a wonderful job with your vehicle. There is even a suds gun that the kids can shoot at cars going through the wash! Popcorn and beverages on hand everytime and a cute little gift shop inside. Also a great site to see if you are a Breaking Bad fan. The tour visits there but you can go on your own and even buy some souvenirs!

I had my car cleaned here today, when it was done and I was flagged over I was excited thinking I'd be able to continue with my day with a shiny clean car. On my way to my next errand I realized that not only was my dash still covered in dust but every surface was still noticably dusty/dirty. Upon exiting the car I realized that there was still bird poo and smudges on the outside! I wish I had taken a few minutes to go through the car before driving off but I paid $30 for a car that I now have to clean myself. I should have just done it myself to begin with and not had to spent so much. I am so discouraged and I will never never waste my money here again and unless you want to have to re-wash your car after, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Exterior job was Poor. Bugs from driving on interstate still cover the front of the car and windscreen. Unprofessional staff- Multiple muddy prints on inside. "Upgraded" tire cleaning did not even clean my tires of soot. Got home and had to clean it myself. Called manager later who offered to redo it but I live out of town.

I bought the most expensive interior and exterior wash. The exterior wash was great! Then came the interior... I hope they didn’t vacuum the interior because if they did then that is just sad. Look at the picture of the back ( this is after they “vacuumed” ) I then went to the self serve vacuums and spent another 20 minutes vacuuming out interior. Save yourself $20 bucks and just get the exterior wash and vacuum it yourself.

I do not recommend joining Mr. Car Wash's unlimited wash club due to their deceptive practices. I signed up for the unlimited wash club because all of the employees that I spoke to told me that I can cancel at any time. I ended up using it for a couple of months. I decided to cancel my subscription because I wast using it enough. I called a couple of days before my next monthly subscription was due and they told me that I would still be billed for the next month. The person I was talking to told me that they had a "7 day policy." Something that none of the Mr. Car Wash employees told me about. I told her that the employees told me that I can cancel at any time. She that she was sorry that the employees didnt tell me about it, but I will still be billed for the next month because it was within their 7 Day policy. I DO NOT recommend using this car wash.

Cramming cars through the wash as quickly as possible. Everytime I go here I regret it. My vehicle doesnt get clean and I have to get back in a 15 minute line for a rewash. Everytime. Other carwashes of this same price point offer free towel service.its worth the drive to go to Epic Shine on 10 mile in Meridian. I NEVER have to rewash there, and they have towels.

I think they focus on speed more than anything. They are quick but not thorough. Paid for deluxe $35 and my dashboard is still dusty, interior of my doors are dusty, cup holders are not touched, still lots of crumbs on interior. Literally have to finish the job myself. Too expensive for a half done car wash.

After paying $35.00 I got my vehicle back ALMOST as bad as when I brought it in. The outside was clean but the interior was NOT done properly. I have door pockets on the two front doors and neither had been vacuumed. It was full of dust, dirt and because I have a service dog, fur. I brought it to the attention of the main office and get this...they DO NOT vacuum anything other than floor carpet and seats. Needless to say for the price I paid I should think they’d do a much better job. Living in the desert we always have dust and dirt in our vehicles. I actually cleaned most of the interior myself and it’s a good thing I did. NEVER EVER bring you vehicles there is you want a GOOD job done.

Hands down the best Car Wash in the area. This happens to be a nationwide franchise, which I was kind of uncertain about at first, until I decided to try it for myself. The car wash was very professional starting at the two guys(salesman) they had set up at the front to greet you. As you pull through to the vacuum section I noticed they had a manager in this area to ensure that each job is done with integrity. The interior was totally remodeled from the previous local car wash that had been there for years. They offer free pop corn and coffee to their clients, the store front wasn't overwhelming with point of purchase and even the hall way to the front pickup location was swept, which is hard to believe with everyone stuffing popcorn in their mouths on the way to the pickup area. The waiting area had leather couches and another coffee location just in case you need a refill. All the way to the end this was a professional class act. They have done what McDonald's did for burgers to the car wash industry. I purchased the unlimited wash package and go several times a week.

Anyone expecting the same quality job as octopus, don't. You will be disappointed. I paid over $40 for the full service platinum and honestly i would have been better off letting my 6 year old do it at home. The carpeting wasnt completely vacuumed, the windows had streaks, they didnt roll them down first to get that line off and they didnt wipe down 3 of the doors. One of which noticeably had something spilled on it from one of my toddlers. The overall car wash seems okay but they failed to dry the car off so it didnt have water spots. On top of that the wash isnt touchless and took off one if my wiper blades. If your looking for a quick expensive wash that will probably damage your paintjob, antennas or moldings this is your place. If your looking for a nice wash and want it done correctly and safely, steer clear of this place. I will not be back.

Ok, let’s set the record straight about Mr. Carwash. It’s not a high end detail service. It’s a carwash with extra detail like services offered. They don’t wax and polish your car. They don’t detail the inside like new. They spot clean it. They wipe it down and vacuum most of the dirt out. I think people are expecting too much out of this inexpensive car wash. The best deal that Mr Carwash offers is the unlimited wash. No, they do not completely dry your car or wipe out the door sills for this service, but the wash cycle is more than sufficient for a Midwest weather beaten car or truck. It removes the dirt and salt and grime. Are they perfect?? No. Does the wash cycle clean your car? YES. You can go there every day for the unlimited service at $29 per month. That’s a dollar per day!! Where else can you get this service? I give them 5 stars. I’ve experienced better services and worse. But this is a bargain in my eyes. And if you want high end detailing done, you’ll have to go somewhere else, and pay $150 or more for it.

There are some stellar cleaners that do excellent work, but it's too hit or miss for the price. Just got the deluxe interior/exterior service, and as I was driving home, I could still see all the dust and the dirt on the console. Unacceptable for the price.

I've always received great service at this location! I had my wife's car washed this morning and need to brag on Rico, the attendant who helped me out. Despite my pre-wash scrubbing, the car came out less than sparkling clean. I let the staff know what happened and Rico offered to wipe down my car with a shimmy wipe by hand to get rid of the left over grime that didn't come off in the wash. He was super polite and professional , and I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me. Always great service here!

This place was perfect the way it was, but they just recently updated their equipment and took a drastic dip in quality. With this new equipment, my back mirrors keep getting pushed out, and my car keeps rolling over the chain or something almost giving me a heart attack because my car starts rolling backwards. Also they seem to think this new air dryer can replace the team of people hand drying the car on the way out which is hilarious. There are hard water stains right in the middle of my windshield and the front of my car. I pay $32 month along with hundreds of other people and they can’t afford to pay 2 people minimum wage to dry my car off? Ridiculous.

Our truck needed a wash. We go every other week for a wash. Today when we went we were told it had excessive mud. Our truck has not been in any mud lately. After we were not allowed a wash I inspected the truck. I couldnt find any mud on the truck. Even the tires and mud flaps were free of mud. The truck in line behind us at the wash looked as dusty as our truck and it was allowed to go through the wash. So disappointing... wont be going back.

This is one of the best car washes I've ever been to. Not only do they do a really thorough job, but you get to stay in your car during the actual carwash, minimizing lounge wait time. Although, I must say, this lounge is pretty awesome. They have complementary drinks and popcorn, comfortable lounge chairs, and a place for kids. The car wash does a fairly good job at cleaning, however, the whole vacuuming and drying off the car systems needs to be addressed. Every time I go there the vacuums have NO suction. They are useless and irritate me. Also, it could do a lot better at drying the vehicle off. The dryer that goes across the top of the vehicle is crooked and scrapes across my hood every time I go through. I haven’t seen any visible damage yet, but I hope it doesn’t leave any over time. If you want an example of how a Mister Car Wash should be, then visit the one on I55 frontage road in the middle of Jackson. Everything is perfect about that one.

Never, ever clean the cup holders, and never do what you paid for. The chemicals used causes water spots the tire shine does not make the tires shine and when you are leaving they have several people "drying the vehicle" but they use the same towels over and over so instead they just dirty the car again causing streaks and wasting your time and money. Fair car wash. $29.99 for Platinum and they could not get all of the bug gunk off of the front end or windshield... and it was not busy. I should mention that I was able to get most off in ~ 5 min with a damp paper towel. The quality is not worth the price. Service is pretty good- staff are friendly, just wish the quality of their work met the price of the service.

This place is great and fast unless you try to use it on a busy Saturday. Bring your own microfiber towel to dry off after the wash, the air blower does not dry the back or bottom half of the car. Their are free vacuums to use after the wash. They used to provide drying towels there, but I guess people ruined it by abusing it. If you don't need to vacuum interior, their is parking for just drying off exterior but when I go in the morning it is never busy at the vacuums.

Good service but it's hell working there don't care about your safety or well being I banged my head really bad once on a pipe while working I clearly in excruciating pain but all they told me was hurry up d**b a**. Curse at you and treat you like trash. Unless you're good friends with the supervisors you're gonna have a bad time, especially if this is your first job. If you're thinking about working here right after high school, avoid it you can do way better, they treat new young people terribly. It wasn't worth the 8.50 an hour.

I have been to this car wash in 3 different cars (Van, Crossover, SUV) at least twice per car. Each time all came out with streaks on the hood. The workers process you through like cattle. Even though you only deal with them for less than a minute they are more focused on socializing with their coworkers. There is no regard to customer service. It's typically busy on the weekends. The people that go here can be a little aggressive getting in line, speeding up to get in front of you or shooting through the area parking lots. Though there are three lines and really doesn't take to long to get through, even when it looks full. Watch out coming out of the wash. It gets a little busy with cars going in different directions (not a road just area next to/behind a building) and the car coming out behind you. Might have to cut someone off so car coming out won't bump you. Vacuum area is great always found an open spot.

Just paid to have them clean the interior of my car. We were charged $18 and all they did was vacuum. When we noticed that they had not even attempted to wipe any of the panels or dash board down, we kindly asked them to do so as we assumed that was part of cleaning the interior. They said they would and did a pretty terrible job. The price was far too high for the quality of the job they did. We won’t be back. My only positive feedback is that all of the workers were extremely kind.

The back of my pickup doesn't get clean (ever) and there are always blue spots all over my vehicle when they dry. But it is the only car wash on this side of town. The other Mister Car Wash's I have been to definitely do a better job cleaning and especially rinsing. But I will keep going back because of the convenience.

I love Mister. Ive been going even before i got my membership. Which is worth it. But the past few times ive gone to this location and gotten my interior cleaned, a driver (im not sure who, its been different everytime) revs my vehicle and speeds my vehicle into the wash and continues to rev it before hopping out and feircly accelerating onto the racks. Usually i wouldnt care but my vehicle is 20 years old, the suspention is already a little iffy and i have a liquid battery in the trunk of my vehicle thats connected to the rest of my car. And if that battery tips, both my carpet, plastic and possibly my copper wiring in my trunk and battery would be ruined. I tried to speak with a manager but i came during a busy burst and couldnt stay to speak with him/her. Ill still go to Mister. Just not this location just because they dont treat driving my car with respect. Everyone there is always so nice to talk to.

Will not be returning. Went about a month ago, and their wash PUT a giant black streak down my right side (the side with no mirror at the end so you can't check it). I didn't bother with a comp as it was obviously a dirty brush that did it and I didn't discover it till after I had reached my destination (which was after their closing time) Additionally, in the next week, my car developed a gritty FILM as their wax melted and accumulated dust in the summer heat (I park outdoors). I was forced to SCRUB my entire car down just so I could see out of it and so my headlights weren't blocked. I felt I should give them another chance today on the way to a wedding. And once more, I recieved a HUGE BLACK STREAK down the side of my white car. Additionally, this time it looks as though that side of the car wasn't even washed at all. Not worth the cost, especially since they try to upsell you to a monthly membership EVERY time you go....

7/8/19. I was at the carwash today I told the attendant that I was temporarily disabled due to my cancer. I asked him if they could vacuum just the front two mats of my car... I am a monthly member, so I didn't think that was too much to ask, because they're charging me $20 a month. Very dissatisfied. Purchased the Express Platinum membership plan and I realized the car wash does not wash the right side of my car. I went through three times in a row just to confirm! Half of the brushed don't even come close to my car, the ones that do only touch the driver's side of my BMW. I don't know if this is a calibration/sensor issue or if it is because they pack us in the wash tunnel like sardines, making the brushes not have time to come over to my car. Regardless I will be looking for a new place to wash my car after my membership expires at the end of the month.

I got the ultimate car wash (I forget exactly what it was called), and my car has never looked better. The wax solution dispensed in the car wash actually lasted more than a day or two. The car wash is apparently kept clean - I didn't notice any concentric circles caused by abrasion after taking my car here.

The majority of people that worked there were very friendly. The man that helped me choose which car wash was helpful and friendly (Older gentleman named Joe, he said I could come back to see him for a good detail)..... Although I wanted a good interior clean, they didn't have time for it because of how busy they were. Which I understand. I got the best one that they had available and he explained that it wasn't going to be anything fantastic but it would get it pretty clean. A good vacuuming wipe down etc. ........I've never had to clean my car after getting a car wash before. I could barely tell that they vacuumed. Had to re wipe everything down. Even the outside of the car wasn't clean like it should have been for 33$. I used to go to Octopus every couple months and it was a little pricier and a slightly longer wait but the quality was always worth coming back for. I'm truly disappointed and hope that they catch on that quality is way more important that quantity... People are going there expecting a good quality Octopus Car Wash clean. They will end up closing down within the year if they don't get it together. The man who opened my door for me to get in literally hit me with the door when he was trying to close it. They were still cleaning it and he was pushing me to get in. Just unprofessional and rude... If they made some changes/ improvements I would give them another try. I don't usually write reviews but I'm truly just so disappointed....I'm really going to miss Octopus!

I paid $30 for a full service. They did not clean up the cup holders I have dirt, smudge the rags that use left materials behind so my car looks a little dusty. The outside of the car have dirt smudge marks on it still and my windows have streaks from the rags that used. All in all very unhappy with my service. Update. They asked me to comeback and give the one more try... I did... still was not happy. It was better then the first time, but still had dirty and smudge makes.

GOOD place to have your car washed. But some of the prices are to high for the two options where you can get a wash, wax & under chassis wash and vacuum, I feel are a bit steep. The cheapest car wash you can get is $15.00 & you only get a wash & vacuum with that one. I think if Mister Car Wash would offer Senior citizen rates to seniors or put coupons in the paper for a certain dollar amount off would be very helpful to a lot of people who are on fixed incomes and would like to have their car washed, waxed & etc.

Worst place I've ever been. SPOTS and SOAP STREAKS all over my car. Looks worse NOW that when I took it in!! And the "tire shine" is a JOKE. Each wheel had a place about 5x5" that had the shine on it, the rest of the tire had NOTHING. Never got a rinse either...just air blowing the soap off the car. WASTE of $16.00...but I can assure you, you will NEVER get any more of my money. A 5 year old could have done a better job.

After the recent remodel we took our truck there and it was not dried completely and actually resulted in having water spots. Very disappointed. Paid for the deluxe service. Interior under the carpet mats weren't lifted up and vacuumed. Back trunk was not touched and still full of debris. Dashboard was not very clean and definitely not "conditioned" as promised. Back seats still has piles of dirt from the plant we delivered earlier. So not sure what I paid for in the deluxe package. Will not be going back. Staff was happy and friendly and welcoming. But the attention to detail for $35 was not there.

I used to go here almost every week. Today was the last day I will take my vehicles to Octopus. The inside looks like it wasn't even vacuumed. There are water streaks all over from them not knowing how to wipe things down, and water smudges on the trim inside the vehicle. There's a blue mark on the rear quarter panel that looks like the guy brushed against the side of the car with a pen or marker. All they do is try to up sell you stuff. Might as well go to the gas station car wash for $8 instead.

This is the best car wash in Nampa. Always leaves my car nice and shiney. Staff are always onsite to help take payments and guide you into the wash tracks. The bubble sounds and lights in the wash are a great bonus feature. Vacuum bays are oversized so when your doors are open you have plenty of room on either side. The suckage power is amazing!

The hours online are wrong or they close early. I got there at 5:46 pm (online said they were open till 6:00 pm) and they were obviously closed for a while (no cars in the parking lot at all). This is extremely frustrating when you go out if your way to fight rush hour traffic to get there on time and they're closed. I will not be renewing my unlimited membership since they don't value their customers enough to stay open the hours they advertise. (For the record, it is a hot sunny day with no clouds in the sky so they did not close for weather.) Not a good way to create long term customers.

I got in my truck and there was dirt all over the back seat. I asked if they could wipe it off and they only wiped the one spot I pointed to! They did manage to clean the mats this time but they put them back in dripping wet! The windows still have finger prints on them! I have a membership here (big mistake) and I keep thinking I'll give them one more chance to maybe do a good job but they never do! It keeps getting worse! I am canceling.

Of the 4 Mister locations that I have visited, this is by far the best to wash car. It is the longest with multiple car washing arms and extensions throughout the wash. Not wasted space in the car wash as some of the other Mister stations have. Can not speak of customer service as my unlimited pass allowed me to just drive thru quickly.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a car wash! I went in for an exterior wash and by the time my car was out from service I drove off with half my rear bumper hanging off of my vehicle. Nevertheless to mention, my rear bumper was completely in tact before it went through the service machines. The sales men never said a word to me about it they just let me drive off, until I noticed it as I drove down the street. At this point I was so angry and in disbelief so I managed to drive back to the place. I awared the manager, a Hispanic guy, about the situation and he rudely told me to wait and had a terrible attitude. I waited for a whole hour. When he came back he said that there was nothing he could do and handed me a card with the incidents department number. I left at this point in tears because I couldn’t believe that a normal car wash would’ve turned into such a nightmare! My car that has never been into a car accident had serious damage from these car wash machines! I called the incident department right away and spoke with the customer rep Chris and explained the situation to him. He said he would call me and never again did I get a call from him or anyone from the dept. I called everyday and emailed them but no answer. They picked up the phone once and hung up on me. I am just in disbelief of the unprofessionalism of these ppl. I will never ever!!! Come here again. My family and friends are all aware not to go there unless you want to deal with your vehicle being damaged!!! My beautiful 2015 Buick is now in need of repair. I will continue to aware ppl of such crooks!! Please ppl Be aware!

Sometimes, the line looks long but it's pretty quick to get through. I like to stop in the off-times and run my car through to get it clean, but honestly I mainly go for the vacuums. These things are the best! They don't run out of time like gas station vacuums, and they're included in the price for your car wash. was totally disappointed in the staff that towel dries the car. mine went off to the side and sat and sat. 2 guys were standing nearby chatting but no one was coming to dry . finally one guy came. did the windows and that was about it. for a minute or so another guy joined him. terrible job. i had to ask him to dry most of the car. then when i got to my destination, i got out my old Octopus micro fiber towel and finished up the job. lots of dried bugs still attached to the front. a month ago when i was there, i paid to have my floor mats cleaned. they did not do it. the person was very apologetic and quickly ran to get them cleaned. as soon as they dried they were as dirty as ever. guess they were just rinsed. no soap or scrubbing. nice staff but the quality of attention to detail is lacking.

First time going here there didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to things multiple lines with people going from one line to another. At one point there was a man sitting in his car between the lines. Finally someone let him get out. Car looked good afterwards

Ended up canceling my membership. Car wash was not washing the car completely and the response was you have an unlimited membership just keep going through as many times as necessary to get the desired results. It should only take once not several times. The brushes also scratched the paint on my car.

I used to go here frequently...last time I paid 30 dollars with and extra fee to remove mud. Mud was still there and not a lot was vacuumed out. Trunk was never touched and dashboard was still dusty...meh

Went there just to get a picture and I got a Better Call Saul! T-shirt. They even have a cool water cannon inside where you can rinse the cars in the wash which was super cool. Would definitely recommend this place because of the amount of people I saw lining up for a wash when I was there.

Nice place. I think we are the only ones that pay to use the vacuum. Friendly staff. Sometimes we have to go through twice to get all the dirt off. Got stuck inside once too....lol

After you read this review check the other reviews, 1 star seems like the general feeling, i guess is busy most of the time because theres no other option near or because breaking bad. I have 2 platinum memberships in my cars, this location is one of the worst, usually they have few people to dry, I always have to get home and finish to dry and clean the poor work they do. When I come heres is just to remove the dust. Go to San Mateo and central location, they do work it's the best location.
