Car wash damaged my car! New management same crappy service...insurance company involved now. Then there isn't any way to contact the corporate office! Total rip off! This was the first and last time I'll get my car washed here. I'll continue to go to Venture Carwash where the service is better and my car has never been damaged!

Just LOVE LOVE... the guys are friendly and the car wash has all new equipment.. You would think after seeing our car washed we just paid big time to have it done ( looks like it was detailed out ). Our kids love when we say we are going to MaxExpress they want to go to see all the colored lights changing . We are getting ready to purchase the monthly package. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars

This is the second time I went today and I love this place because the lady who worked there shantelle? Went above and beyond. I paid 6$for the wash because I really just wanted to use the vaccumes which are awesome btw. I paid 5$ for the carpet cleaning but we realized I have mats not carpets. The lady still washed them for me by hand and they look amazing i normally can't clean them in my house but she scrubbed them and they look new ! For 11 dollars and some sweat my car looks amazing I'll be coming back here for sure.

Went by on yesterday & at the end of my cycle my windshield cracked across the top half of my Jeep. I was ensured that the windshield will be taken care of by an employee because it happened before. However when I came back the next day the owner Mr Rich refused to cover it.

I randomly stopped at this car was last Saturday to vacuum my car. All the appliances are top notch and the vacuum even picked up my dog's hair (hard to find). I got the ultimate wash and my rims still be shining. Refer for sure! A+

Everything about this car wash is of quality and convenient. It's affordable, it's clean and everything works above standard. Pull in vacuum stations are complimentary with the purchase of any car wah and are complete with enough space to maneuver, angled clipped stations for vaccuming removable rugs, plenty of trash cans and vacuums that roll along an above head track for accessibility. I won't even consider visiting a competitor. There's no beating Max Express Car Wash in Jackson.
