I set up the monthly payment for a car wash and when I requested to stop payment before the payment date they still took the payment out. I went to the car wash and the employees there wasn’t properly trained on the refund or termination process and the payment still came out. I was given a business card to the manager names Jamius, he will not answer the phone nor return my call after I left a voice mail. I also emailed the email address given on the business card and still til today no response. As long as they are getting the money it seems like they don’t care about nothing else. If you all continue to use Carwash USA in Vicksburg pay daily do not set up the monthly plan if you were to cancel.

Car wash is good. I bought membership where they supposedly scan an rfid tag on my vehicle. Since I have bought membership, tag has not worked. I have had to honk numerous times and get the attention of attendants in order to get my car wash. While waiting patiently at kiosk, line backs up behind me and they said they could not move my rfid tag so it would work and that this is the way they will have to do it every time. I am a dissatisfied customer and will be discontinuing my membership.

Buy a fast pass and they charge the phone number so you can not cancel it when u no longer want the membership. ,If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is a really powerful car wash. I must say I was quite surprised that my car was so clean after it ran through Magnolia Car Wash. The attendant was exceptionally nice and very helpful. I truly am glad I decided to run my car through here. I certainly will be back and may even look into a monthly pass. I'm very impressed!

Staff does nothing but take money, here you can go to the$5.00 car was and they brush off any extra dirty areas, plus Magnolia costs $8.00 just to run thru the wash. Vicksburg needs competition.

It was an in and out car wash. You pay for what you want. You literally line up, assembly line style (when packed)to get your vehicle machine wash then you do the rest (dry,vacuum,etc.). Easy, Plain & Simple.
