REVIEWS OF Park Chrysler Jeep IN Minnesota

My experience was as good as they come. Literally every point of contact in each department (sales, vehicle appraisal, finance etc.) was top notch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Special shout out to Connor Neal in sales department. He answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. Typically you get the classic "pushy" sales person but not with Connor. He was genuine and listened to my wants and needs and I would highly recommend him to anyone 10/10. He's great at what he does and extremely knowledgeable. Also special shout out to Frank in sales department as well. Class act guy and extremely friendly. Final shout out goes to Erik Kobarg in the finance department. Again, he had my best interests in mind and helped me feel confident and comfortable about the finances and my purchase. Would recommend speaking to Erik when it comes to the finance. Very friendly guy. All in all, great experience at Park Chrysler Jeep and they are my choice of dealer moving forward.

Mike Lyons

Very informative and great buying experience. No pressure and very accommodating. Came to Park Chrysler Jeep because of previous service on other Jeeps. Will and already have highly recommended this dealer and service

Years ago I was checking in to getting a different car and stopped at Park Jeep. The used car salesmen was very honest and helpful but did not sell me a car, which worked out to be a good thing. Needing a new car I thought I would try them again plus I saw a lease ad for the Compass. Stopped to get some information. The younge lady that worked with me was very helpful and informed. Well a few hours later I drive out with a brand new Compass. Very happy so far. Still discovering things with my new Jeep.

Eric Hurst

The guys and women at Park are most helpful. Haiying was an amazing salesperson. They gave me a wonderful Town and Country that I love! Thinking of going back to add to the Chrysler fleet and get a 300. Thanks everyone at Park Chrysler Jeep!

Brandon Biggs

A few steps in the door and I was met with an excellent, prompt and comfortable brand of assistance that held throughout the three visits it took to complete my purchase. Haiying at Park Jeep kept me well informed of all aspects of the transaction...and all without once aproaching the "eager-to-make-a-sale" stereotype so often encountered in auto sales. Rather impressed... - Brandon

I bought a car, and paid the cash. They gave me a lien title, when I want to sell this car, this title makes me lost a buyer. When I found this dealer, they told me this is not their mistake. If you want to buy a car, do not come this dealer, this dealer is stupid!

Christina Magnuson

I would not recommend this dealership! They sold us a Jeep with 1 different tire on the rear and it messed up our differential. We had to have it replaced and bought 4 new tires from the dealership (how nice for them!), and because of this I was not eligible for a refund on our extended warranty when we traded it in. They certainly made a nice dime at our expense! I will definitely not be back.

I worked with Brain and Brad, both have good knowledge on the model (subaru legacy 2015), Although they are not subaru dealer. Brian straight up gave some insight information for the subaru legacy on the very first day i visited. Same with Brad, he was helpful for locking the price of the car with new all season tires. Thumps up to both of them. Cheers Akash Vaidya

When I go to a dealership, I go to buy a car and not be sold a car. Scotty was more interested in making sure I knew exactly what I was getting to ensure I'd be completely satisfied with my purchase. Mission accomplished, Scotty! I've been buying Jeeps at Park for nearly 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I will always come back.

jeff Finke

We walked in for the first time hoping to price out a compass for lease. Ended up leaving with one for a fanominal price. Goodbye Honda, hello jeep!

Karen Yang

Sales experience was good but buyers beware, if you do not purchase the warranty and you find an issue with the car after you have already purchased the vehicle, in their words "it's a used vehicle, there is nothing we can do since you did not purchase the warranty." I noticed the car would shake only while coasting between 20-30 MPH and brought it to their attention after 2 days and that was their response. Like I said, just be aware if you do not purchase the warranty. I understand I had every chance to purchase the warranty but thought I point it out this dealership does not offer any X amount of days with any sort of peace of mind if you do not purchase the warranty.

When I brought my Wrangler Rubicon in, the service staff described the damage as “something that we only see if the car was driven into a brick wall at 50 MPH”. Initially, the total cost was estimated to be around $3,300 on the “safe side”; however, Adam (a service employee) reassured me that he would do everything he could to save me a buck. Adam kept me updated throughout the process via phone calls/voicemail. Finally, Adam let me know my Jeep was ready and when it was all said and done the team shaved $1,200 off of the initial estimated cost. Adam and the service team, as well as Angela in sales, have been nothing but helpful and delivered excellent service that surpassed my expectations.

Michelle Stoltz

They are amazing and Brad in service is outstanding and Steve the Jeepman in sales is awesome! Love coming here and will continue for years to come

Kevin Draves

Andrew, Kris, and Grace are amazing employees and amazing assets. They worked to get me a vehicle even though my credit isn't the best. I'm super happy with the process and how easy they made it! Can't wait for service at Park Jeep

Will Griesbach

Excellent service, awesome sales team, and huge selection. We bought our Jeep Cherokee here and have had a great buying experience and have had nothing but the best service for the vehicle since! Couldn't be happier!

Amy Marushin

My husband and I just purchased a car from Kolleen Feit, it is was wonderful experience from beginning to end. She made the buying process easy and painless. We also worked with Erick in finance, who was equally as fantastic to work with. Erick clearly explained all the paperwork and answered our questions with ease. Working with Kolleen and Erick was like working with family. We would happily purchase another car from them in the future. Thank you both for a great experience!!

I Loved My Experience With Jeep , Thanks So Much !

You know the business is sharp when they put the eye candy near the front door! Hai Ying makes car shopping easy and enjoyable. Very professional. Very fun personality.

Park Jeep comes through once again! Sometimes a little communication can smooth out a 'less than' moment. Thanks for listening AND caring about my experience with your service department. This is why I've come to Park Jeep for the last decade (and hope to for at least the next decade).

Evelina Tarshikov

Rude parts staff. Will not buy any more parts from this place

Barbara d

Bought a used Kia with Brad and Jay's help. They were great--kind and honest. It was a very straightforward and simple process. Much appreciated.

Bought a 2018 Cherokee on Aug 25. Car went dead while out of town Labor Day weekend. Nothing left on electronically. Call Jeep Assist. "Sir, this car had a service claim filed in July that was never addressed." Take car back to Park. A week later the car is "fixed". Get home car is not fixed. On Friday Sept. 14 I agreed to let the dealership keep the car under the understanding that if it wasn't fixed on Monday Sept. 17 (Today) I would get a 2019 replacement with 2000 miles less, or my $$$ back. I walk in Sept. 17 at 4 pm and the car was being "torn apart in the back trying to fix what is, perhaps, the wiring issue. It should be fixed tomorrow night". That wasn't the deal, I want the replacement or my money back. Ok here is the 2019 with 2000 less miles that we offer you. Car is nice, exact same thing. I'll take it. "O well it's going to be a little bit more $$$ because it is a newer year model." I'll take my check then. This dealership, its owner John, and General Manager Steve are incapable of understanding the economics of a competitive industry by letting me walk out with my money and leaving them a broken car (that they sold me). I understand that this dealership has a good reputation, and does well in google reviews by shaming people for their credit, or lack of knowledge in economics and the car industry, but they weren't fooling me. I would highly suggest that everybody stay away from this colossal disaster. I am a good customer, great credit, paid cash, and they refused to do right by me, and keep what would have been a repeat customer. Good luck to you all. Happy disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haiying went over and above to ensure that we had a smooth and successful car buying experience today and back in 2016. I made an appointment with her for today because of how well she did in 2016, and I will always hope to find her at Park Jeep. We have been customers of Park Jeep for 25+ years and we keep coming back because of the pressure-free sales staff and the excellent follow-up service. Keep up the great work, Haiying, and thanks again.

I needed some work done on my Jeep and my Camry. I called Park Jeep and never got off hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up out of frustration. I called Toyota and got a live person that began scheduling my Camry in 37 seconds. I called back and played the waiting game again with Park Jeep. I waited for 18 minutes. Eventually, I heard someone breathing on the line. I said, "hello?" The guy said, "oh, hi. Is this Nicole?" I assured him that I wasn't Nicole and that I had been waiting for 18 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Wow. The Jeep itself has been spotty for reliability and the service is quite poor. I wouldn't advise a Jeep or this dealership.

Niambi Jackson

Scotty is TRULY amazing! I think the best way to sum up his service is to explain that I was NEVER coming back to this dealership again (I was treated unprofessionally by an employee, Alan, who is no longer there) yet I just drove away in a new Jeep!! Everything he did was incredible: from his initial point of contact - the voicemail message, to his authentic, kind dealings with my family...I was so "at home", that I felt like I was doing business with a family member. Thank you. Park Jeep - you have a gem.

Shawn Ladner

Best Sales Rep I've dealt with. I had a bad experience with 2 dealerships. Got Steve Carpenter to help me find a jeep. He was awesome. Couldn't find anything I wanted so he says why not order it. Got exactly what I wanted and the best service. Want someone who talks to you and not at you...he's it.

Megan Kreatz

Connor did a fantastic job helping me find my Jeep! I came in with only a short window of time and he found exactly what I was looking for and was able to meet all of my qualifications! Definitely will be recommending him and the rest of the team at Park to my friends and family.

Triggerman 516

Robert and John were great to work with on my trade! Very straight forward and honest group of people here. Highly recommend checking them out!

Aimee Archibald

I just purchased my new Wrangler from Park Chrysler Jeep, and am very happy with the experience. David Allen (sales) and the rest of the team were great to work with. Pricing was fair, there were no surprises as I went through financing to complete the sale. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to work with them again.

Mark Danforth

I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited back in January. To date I have spent a little over $5k making repairs on the vehicle. Honestly, the car shouldn't have even been sold in the condition I drove it home in but I didn't find out these things till about a week later. They did pay for $3500 but it took weeks to get them to do anything. I missed work, family events, and functions with my friends. The vehicle literally couldn't be driven for the first two weeks I had it in my possession. They didn't care and made as little effort as possible. In the end I sold the vehicle and bought something $12k more expensive. I even tried to give this dealership the first crack at making it right with me. I even told them I was willing to spend more money in order to get out of the pile they sold me and was willing to work with them. In the end they just ignored me. I've never seen a company actually turn down money and I still have no idea why they took this action. If you are thinking about going with these guys to buy a Jeep or really any vehicle. I would strongly advise against it. Whatever they tell you is just to get the sale out the door and will give you as much run around as humanly possible. My family owns a utility company and we have a little over 100 vehicles in our fleet. Mostly Chevy and Ford but I wanted my first Jeep so I went out on my own. I strongly regret going with this dealership. We actually do a little business around the Minneapolis area and I have notified all of our guys to stay away from this place. I'm honestly not sure how they have such a high rating. Their sales team, customer service, and repair shop all seem highly incompetent. It's your money and you should do what you want with it. However, if you are reading this you have been warned.

Susannah Doty

Haiying was amazing!! She is committed to getting you into the exact car that you want! She will make it work:) ask for her and you will not regret it!

Dan Steffes

Jason, one of the service advisors is beyond rude and extremely poor with his communication and most of all service time. I'm done with him and his team at Park Chrysler Jeep.

Sarah Aldrich

I was very impressed with this dealer after purchasing my first car a couple of weeks ago from them. I have called the salesman I worked with (Mark) multiple times with questions and he’s always gotten back to me and been so helpful! Would recommend purchasing from them.

maren chapman

don’t get my wrong..i love my 2015 jeep cherokee latitude but within 30 days of purchasing my battery died at a light, $350 and a lot of voicemails later and they still can’t seem to give me a call back regarding the issue after a month. not happy at all.

Lillypad 3574

Kolleen and staff rock. Recently bought a Certified Used Jeep Compass for my daughter. Very low miles and excellent condition at a fair price. Kolleen stayed after closing to walk my daughter through all of the car’s functionality. But what impressed me most was how they treated me and my daughter after the purchase was done. I noticed swirls and scratches that I hadn’t seen prior to purchase, so they asked me to bring it back in to make it right, which included a 2 step detail process that made the car look brand new. See pic - it’s immaculate. I truly felt like they wanted to make me feel valued - they’re honest and good people. My first experience with this dealer and highly recommend.

Crystal Oachs

We had a wonderful experience buying our new minivan. Kolleen was an amazing sales lady and made us feel very comfortable about our big purchase. Also, very family friendly place. I had my 4 month old infant with and he was NOT happy to be there. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or ostracized to leave with him. Great experience over all and I highly recommend Kolleen!

Carolyn Schultz

I can’t believe how awesome and great my time with park Jeep was . Very professional and listened and took good care of my while purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Will highly recommend park Chrysler jeep to everyone I know who is in the need of a vehicle . Haying was a awesome sales representative, always listened to my needs and made sure she was helping me , Grace also made purchasing my Jeep easy and fast ! If you are looking for a vehicle Definitely the place to go ! I also want to thank Jonathan the owner who came and checked up made sure everything was going good and that he interacted and showed his face a fun personality with not only me and other people but our children !

Kari Wright

I just purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass from Connor (and his trainee/sidekick Antonio) at Park Chrysler Jeep. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle, friendly and fun to be around. The whole team stayed late on a Friday to help me finish the deal. Great experience!

Brady Rupard

We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle about a month ago and as far as car buying goes it was a great experience. There was no pressure, they worked with us on price and trade in and our sales person, Haiying, was amazing. She was very helpful and worked hard for us not the dealer. I will definitely come here again next time I need a vehicle.

Mack Peters

Worked with them via email for a week and ended up test driving one of their Jeeps. Awesome selection and awesome staff who helped me all the way through my shopping process. I did not end up buying a vehicle through them but was the most impressed with their customer service skills during my shopping process. I know I will be reaching out to them again when I shop for my next vehicle. Shout out to Brad and Pete-- Very easy to work with if you looking for a new vehicle.

Charles Nelson

This was my first time buying a car and I knew nothing about cars to begin with. My salesman, Craig, greeted me with a warm welcome and asked me a couple of questions to narrow down my search. He walked me through every step of the process and explained everything thoroughly. Their business manager, Grace, was also very helpful and thorough while explaining my coverage options. In the end, my family and I were very satisfied with the vehicle and will definitely be stopping back in for a second. Thanks again Craig and Grace. You guys were awesome.

David Raiter

If I could leave 1/2 a star I would. My service experience was horrible had my 2014 jeep in and out of the service department for 6 weeks, twice they had for 2 weeks at a time, and never were able to fix the issue. Finally I had enough traded it for something different and then they mix up the registration and make it seem like my issue. I would never recommend this dealership to work on a vehicle or to purchase a vehicle from. Worst experience ever!!

Sinn City

Great mechanics for my ride.. I would recommend anyone to them

Randy Hilliard

Merv in the parts department was extremely helpful and willing to help even though I was not able to purchase anything at this time. We will do business in the future.

Daria Jackson

Grace Camarillo was so awesome. Very professional. Very helpful. She mane the process nice and smooth. She informed me prior to even visiting Chrysler Jeep, what I would need. I would and will refer her to anyone I know. GRACE ROCKS!!!

Kelly Palmer

Great customer service. Very helpful.

Aaron Nicholas

First, I want to mention that my experience with Tina was top notch and that she was amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. It is unfortunate that she has to be tagged in this review. I decided to trade in my car and purchase a Jeep. The sales manager quoted $11,000 for the trade-in. I told him it was worth more than that according to KBB trade-in value, about $4,000 more. He gave me some story about they're going to put it on the lot for $13.5 and if it doesn't sell in 15 days they will drop it to $12.5. Let me say that I fully understand the need for a dealership to make a profit and all the logistics behind it. However, when I looked up to see what they listed my car at and they started it at $16,000, that is complete BS. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Lisa Johnson-Sharp

Service is not good. Very disappointing, now have to find another Jeep facility to fix our vehicles. Absolutely no communication which stinks when they have your vehicle!

Christopher Smith

So I was just at Burnsville Jeep and I just want to say that Brad was an amazing salesman who was very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all. I would highly recommend seeing him. I want to give a shout out for the rest of the staff for being friendly and giving me an extremely great deal on a Jeep. So thank you guys

David Mazurek

Great sales experience, we're very helpful

I have never received customer service on a lower level - I am awestruck with how this business treated me. I purchased 2007 JKU, without a warranty - but to get accepted by their finance company, I had to buy a 2 year extended warranty. I had no problem with this. Three days after I purchased the Wrangler, the check engine light came on, and the Jeep was having a hard time starting. After several phone calls to their service department, I finally got them to take a look at it. They told me it was the starter and an exhaust manifold. They would not cover the cost because it was sold As-Is. Then they told me that the extended warranty company would not pay to repair it. I told them that this was unacceptable, and I would need to return the vehicle - why would I pay $13k for a vehicle that didn't run?? After several phone calls and 12 days in their shop, they finally repaired it, but I had to pay $100 deductible to the extended warranty. I picked up the Jeep, got 2 miles down the road - spitting and sputtering. I brought it back, it spent a few more days in their shop - apparently a spark plug was broken during the previous repair. They repaired this at 'no cost'. Three days after I pick it up, the check engine light comes on AGAIN. This time they tell me that the catalytic converter and O2 sensors need to be replaced, and none of this is covered by extended warranty. I'd be looking at $2500 in repairs. Oh and there's a $75 diagnosis fee. I picked up my Jeep and told them I would deal with it on my own. Through all of this, I have missed several days of work due to no loaner vehicle, MANY unanswered phone calls, and an array of conflicting messages between service techs, managers and sales people. They keep sending me texts requesting I take part in their surveys, and the finance girl wants me to come in and sign further paperwork. I'm embarassed that I bought this vehicle. But I made my bed, so I guess I have to sleep in it. My next vehicle will NOT be bought from this dealership.

Barrett Hopper

The staff at Park Crysler Jeep was great. They worked with me to secure financing. They allowed my wife to do a test drive of the vehicle prior to close. They were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process.

Bob Lawrence

Might be one of the easiest, and best car buying experiences I have ever had. I feel I got a very good deal...with zero pressure at all. Haiying (sales) was knowledgeable and fun. Thanks

Matt YT

Had a great buying experience working with Grace, the finance specialist! My credit situation wasnt the best but she helped me out from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the cars and she worked very hard to see what the options were. I'm glad I chose to go to this dealership and would definitely recommend others to come here as well!

Kristopher Clemons

I brought in a late model Chrysler Town and Country for a wiper issue that another shop referred me to a dealer for. I asked for them to flash the BCM and was told it couldn't be done and they said it was the switch that need to be replaced, that was already done by the shop that referred and didn't resolve the issue. Fine, they are the dealer so maybe they know something. I come back a week later for that repair that was quoted at an hour. That didn't fix it, as expected and they suggest the wiper motor be replaced, again, the previous shop already did that. They said that the first repair was neccessary to determine the second repair and were going to bill for the first repair...okay I come back the next day when the second part arrives, again quoted an hour. Both times I have sat in the shop for at least 4 hours waiting as this dealer is fairly out of the way for me. Second fix didn't do it but they say it allowed them to find a third option, flashing the BCM...which is what I brought it in for in the first place...turns out they really couldn't do that but not a good turn to suggest they were only really going to try after two other things when it was all I asked for in the first place. So then they suggest the wiring harness should fix it...seems pretty dramatic to me but again, they are the dealer so they must know best. They say the last part in the nation is coming in but they were going to take me to a rental place since they didn't want to put everything back together. I assume that to mean they are covering the rental after all the inconvenience. Get to the rental place, no one called ahead and they don't have any cars available... call the dealer they send their runner back to take me to a second place...no one called ahead, again. I call the dealer to confirm the arrangement, sit on hold for 5 minutes no answer. Call back finally get through after nearly another 5 minutes...nope I'm expected to pay for the rental. Fine, I have to get to work and just want to be done with it. I wouldn't need a rental with more notice but I need to get to work for a meeting that I'm now late for after the whole rental depocale. I don't hear from them the next day so I call and they said there was something holding up the order (a common execuse I soon find) I just decide to take the rental back. Good thing I did because a month later and several calls, all but one initiated by me, it was still not resolved. They then suggest a work around that would have been about an hour of labor and maybe $50 in parts... we are nearly $2000 into at this point on a vehicle I bought for $4000.... no mention of this option was made at any point prior.... I'm so over it. This last fix was totally fine and exactly what I would have wanted after the initial run at diagnostics started taking us to replacing things like the wiring harness when everything else was working fine. They knocked the bill to just under $1600 including comping me for the rental, apparently. Okay I pick up the van after exactly a month with out it. I get it home pop the hood and notice they didn't repair an item I explicitly called to ask them to replace and they said they had. This is outrageous. I now feel like I have to question almost everything they did up to this point. I'm going to go back to the first shop to have the item I asked checked and if it somehow fixes this issue I will update this review and file on BBB. The only plus I can find about this place is everyone I talked to was nice on the phone.

Ron Benson

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Could slow down and explain a little better when going through and signing all the paperwork. Would shop there again.

Dave Burton

Place to go if you want to buy and service a wrangler

sheridan jarrells

Frank did an excellent job with me, as I leased my first car. He, along with the rest of the staff helped me really try to find the perfect car for me and the best fit. Highly recommend going here, as I am very satisfied with my purchase and the help I received.

Tae Miller

Just came home with my new Jeep Renegade and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Andrew and Grace were such a big help and worked hard to find a vehicle that worked for me and my budget. I won't ever buy a car from anywhere else!

Steve Bauer

Grace Camarillo is one of the best finance managers I've worked with - period. She is very knowledgeable, practical, and does everything in her power to get you into the vehicle you want at a price you can afford. I can't say enough great things about her, Park has itself a gem. Overall the car buying experience was good. I knew what I was looking for and how much I could pay, and Grace/Robert got me into an awesome Jeep Latitude. Thanks again, I'll be buying my next car through Park Jeep!

Nicole Johnson

I had an incredible experience at this location! Kolleen was amazing, she went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier about the level of client service!!

Matthew Russett

Beware: I purchased an extended Protection Plan through PCJ (via whatever third party they use). My contact information was definitely put into some kind of database where I get weekly calls from all sorts of extended warranty companies.

Patrick Hendricks

Went on a test drive and fell in love with a vehicle . However, I came in with a Chrysler Promo to receive a gift card, but I still have not received it.

Noah Hendrickson

Friendly staff and they do good work but are horribly over priced and wont always give a price up front. A part from shakopee jeep cost 11.50 a piece but was over 19 dollars at park jeep. And a 160 dollars in service work at shakopee was over 300 at park. Great people but not worth the over the top prices..

Casey Griffith

This is my second vehicle purchase with Park Chrysler Jeep, and it will not be my last. Craig and the entire team at Park Chrysler Jeep make it so easy to go through this process, really work with you to meet your needs, and always have exactly what I am looking for. These guys are great!

Sharon Sievers

Had a great experience. After spending all day searching for vehicles for our daughter we met Haiying at Park Jeep. She was amazing! Very kind and helpful. Not pushy at all! Ended up with a vehicle that we had never thought about. Her follow through was not overbearing. Highly recommend her and Park Jeep!

Jiyao Yin

Do not buy vehicles at this unprofessional dealer! They can put the lien on your title when you pay in one time to purchase a vehicle. They will give you a leasing agreement instead the purchase agreement!

Liz Cook

I found what I was looking for there. Thank you, Dane, for a wonderful buying experience. So many good looking vehicles - too bad I could afford only one.

Jacqueline Shaw

Craig Schroeder, our salesman was a friendly, thorough, no pressure human being! He was very thorough in showing us the vehicles capabilities and special features. He went through the trade-in purchasing process and the transaction went extremely smooth from beginning to end! This dealership we title as a "Family feel friendly", car sales team. They were all very welcoming when we walked in the door, and full of smiles! Thank you Park Jeep, we will be back Craig Schroeder and Barry!!

Brian Beckenbach

I am a Ram owner from out of town and was making calls to find someone to service my truck and Adam in service had the most helpful and pleasant phone attitude that I drove out of my way to deal with him and the team at Park did not disappoint I would recommend them to everyone

Zack Graff

Duane & Haiying were great to work with! I’ve never owned a Jeep before and now I’m happy to say I’m a part of the best SUV, Jeep, family. If it’s your first Jeep or your third, there will take real good care of you! Nicely done guys, very impresssed!

Mike Teeters

Had a great experience with my salesman Craig and ended up purchasing a vehicle. The reason for my 3 stars is how the finance individual was way over the top pushy for extra products. Not sure if it’s common practice or not but just the little things such as having the gas tank full or above half (drove off the lot and noticed it was a half initially) and the car was vacuumed but not detailed just a quick wipe down would have given me a much better experience. I have a lot of years to purchase more vehicles and the little details might be the reason I don’t come back.

Derek DeFor

Offered $500 on a trade in when I was just at 3 other dealerships offered $3500 or better

Shannon Smith

Mark the salesperson and Pete the service person were very helpful. Mark found me the perfect vehicle that fit my budget. Pete was able to get my vehicle serviced for the warranty and rustproofed my vehicle within 24 hours despite the service department being totally booked up. Thanks so much. I love my new Jeep!!!!

JUDY JONES

Grace, Colleen& David were fantastic, I had given up on finding a car. Having major credit issues 2 dealerships saying no, I almost didn’t try. David said just give us a try. Within just a few hours I had a firm deal in place. Grace had found the right bank Colleen had found the right car. I came in on Wednesday and drove out in my wonderful new to me car. I would trust them with anything they are a great team an asset to your dealership. I would send anyone to them. I would give them the highest rating possible.

jose alonso

Parts department always with insufficient costumer service and very poor courtesy and firts person promoted is the manager. Left you with no one else can talk about your unsatisfactory experience.

Al Jennings

I am from Superior Wisconsin and while visiting a friend I had problems with my A/C in my Jeep. Jason and the service crew was very helpful and even found a couple other problems. They had everything fixed the very next day. I will visit again! Thanks.

Justin Schuck

DO NOT USE FOR SERVICE I took in my 01 wrangler to diagnose the engine stalling out randomly. While I was explaining the scenarios it acted up in the service associate mentioned another customer who brought in a vehicle with issues that ended up costing thousands of dollars to diagnose. I told the associate to spend no more than two hours diagnosing before they called me. When he told me "if it takes more than an hour to diagnose the problem I dont want the headache anyways" I should have walked out the door. Hour and a half into diagnostic I get a call recommending I replace the spark plugs (along with $1500 of other random things unrelated to my issue they wanted to replace). When I asked how they came to their diagnosis of the spark plugs being bad all they could tell me was "the technition listened to the engine and it sounded rough". I reluctantly had them replace the spark plugs figuring the vehicle was already there and it couldn't hurt. Problem wasn't solved and the engine died on the way home. 15 minutes on the internet and I figured out the issue on my own. NEVER AGAIN.

My salesman Dane Raberge helped me find the Jeep that would most fit my lifestyle, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and He made it a great experience!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have dealt with many car dealerships. Last Friday, I helped my son purchase a vehicle from Jeep Chrysler Burnsville and they were by far the best dealership I have dealt with...thanks! My son was very impressed too!

Called about a Honda CR-V I was interested in to find out they didn't have it (which is fine, doesn't affect the rating). But then, they tried to sell me on other vehicles after I'd already informed them I was only interested in getting a Honda. After that, they called me a few minutes later wanting more contact information so they could talk to me about "comparable vehicles" after I already told them I was not interested in my initial call. EDIT: This has happened twice now. This time they called from a different number (so it wasn't blocked after their last call) and claimed I left a voicemail that I never did so I'm assuming that whoever I talked to on the 1st told multiple people to call and try and sell me on a car? I don't understand why some company would constantly call a number after they said they weren't interested but hey, maybe it's just me.

We bought our first Jeep here literally 17 years ago, and came back a week ago to buy our new one. Comfortable, friendly environment, great vehicles to choose from on the lot, and we got a great deal on a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler (with great extras!). We arrived at the dealer, test drove, negotiated, paid, and drove off in our new Jeep in record time. We were so fortunate to have Haiying answer our inquiry call on the telephone. She is professional, friendly, and efficient, and she inspired or confidence as she guided us through the process. We'll be back in 17 years for our next Jeep!

Pedro Jacques

Sketchy car sales tactics. Cars are put up for sale when they are not fully ready to sell. Lack of commitment to interested parties. Wasted 4 trips to the dealership and a whole morning waiting for updates. Vague details about the status of the cars. Mysteriously sold to a bystander.

I recently(like today aug.13th) purchased a vehicle and I have never experienced such kind and fast service. I worked with Kolleen and Grace to get my 2016 JEEP Cherokee, and I LOVE it! I've always wanted a JEEP and I finally have one! Thank you for working with me! I highly recommend them when looking for your new/used next vehicle!!!!

Mark

Enjoy scamming people and rude service.

Great service, always! Nice waiting area, too, with snacks, beverages, TV and wi fi.

Sue Dubiak

Had vehicle listed on internet, went to look at it, and oh we must have sold it. Take your sold vehicles off internet when you sell them.

We had a great experience purchasing our new van from Park Chrysler Jeep. We worked with Andrew in sales and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a salesman that did balloon animals which my 2 year old son loved. It helped make buying a car with a toddler much easier. They also have a nice waiting area with a small area for kids to hang out. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Chris Bohler

Hi, overall a good experience. However at last minute the salesman told me after I already bought the jeep there was no extra set of keys available. Most dealers would tell you that up front. I felt cheated. Probably the owner of the dealership would not like that. The salesman was nice and followed his process. The used car guy personable and did his best for the trade. The finance person was meticulous. Suggest you add a selection to disclose that only one set of keys is available so no surprises at the end. Sold "as is" does not make sense when MOST cars have 2 sets of keys. So, I said paid over $30k for a vehicle and feel cheated. That's it. Take care. Hope you never get cheated. Or maybe if you did you would not follow that practice.

I had a great experience buying our new vehicle from this dealership. Kolleen and Grace were very helpful and the process was easier than I had expected.

I worked with Ray to get a deal put together on a used Traverse. Ray and I worked for about a month on the vehicle because it took me a little longer to get my existing vehicle sold. Once i completed that, we agreed to terms and received approval from the manager, John. I work downtown so I immediately filled out the credit application to get paperwork started and agreed that i would come in that evening to finalize paperwork and take the car off the lot. About three hours later I received a text message that the vehicle was sold to another party. I was pissed. In 24 hrs I've talked to 4 other dealerships and each one agreed that you do not treat customers that way. Further, they all wondered why the dealership didn't ask for a deposit which i would have gladly provided had i known that was a requirement. Their business practices are suspect, to put it kindly. Considering I live in the immediate area of the dealership, i'll be sharing my experience with anyone i know looking for a vehicle. Buying a vehicle is stressful enough, don't waste your time on people with no integrity In response to the owner: I'm not a realtor and wasn't going to finance through my lender. If you mean "questioning the rate" by asking what my payment works out to, then sure I was questioning the rate. I absolutely committed to buying the car and I have the text messages to show it. None of this matters at this point; I've shared my story with those who may consider doing business here and quickly found a different car at a different dealership.

Totally LOVE my new Jeep Cherokee! Craig and all others at Park Chrysler Jeep were super friendly, fast and made trading in my lease a breeze. We're on our 4th Jeep from Craig and we won't go anywhere else.

Jake Jakobson

Great experience at Park Chrysler Jeep. Mark N. went above and beyond to help us with the entire transaction between 4 vehicles. We would absolutely go back to this dealership again.

Brad J Penner

Bought a 2013 Honda CR-V and they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Financing and willing to give me the best price they could (which by the way beat a “no haggle” dealership by $1,500 and was a newer vehicle!) They went over and above with some service the vehicle needed by not only dropping the vehicle off while I waited for a part to come in, but they also came and picked up the vehicle drove all the way back 45 minutes have the service done and had a runner drive it all the way back to me in the same day :-) I would highly recommend this dealership because their Attention to detail and customer service was second to none :-)

My wife and I walked in yesterday, to find a Renegade. After extensive research we were motivated to buy and didn't want to waste anytime. Our sales person was very strange, one of the weirdest people I ever met, I am amazed he holds a professional job. He made comments about our salary, made all kinds of jokes and referred to himself in the 3rd person often (Kramer says this is a good deal!) I think he might have had an illness? He also had my wife fill out the application on his PC as he couldn't see the screen. Then we went for a test drive, only to follow his directions to another car lot to look at other cars. We wanted a small SUV, he was showing us 200's, 300's as these were better deals. We were not looking for a car. Then told us we could easily find a smaller SUV for 350-450 month which turned into 500-650. We obviously left, I only went here because a friend recommended and the dealership might be great, but this guy was odd and didn't make our first impression worth returning. -Update: 12/10 purchased a renegade at another dealership, no issues at all. Makes me wonder if Park Jeep is worth visiting at all, I even called the GM 3 times and no one called me back.

Possibly the best car buying experience I have had. Stopped at Park Jeep on a sweltering Saturday morning to help my daughter look for a new car and upon arrival we were greeted by Dane. He was friendly, patient and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE about the Jeep brand. Dane spent more than an hour running back and forth to get keys so my daughter could test drive or look at all the available makes and models. We shared with him that he was our FIRST stop on our car tour but that didn't dampen his enthusiasm or level of service. We went inside and he gave us some paper work to use in our decision process and he set up an appt for Monday to go over any other questions. We spent the rest of the day searching the south metro for both a car and a dealer/dealership that didn't make us feel like we needed a shower after our visit. We decide to go and have Dane do some more running for us and he returned our text immediately and welcomed us back. Thanks to Dane or salesman and Jay our finance partner we drove the car off the lot that day. I would recommend both the Jeep brand (my second Jeep purchase) and Park Jeep to anyone looking for a better car buying experience and superior service after the sale. Don't be cheap, just buy a Jeep from Park Jeep Burnsville.

Great car detail wash,

Kolleen and Grace were both awesome. They worked very hard to make sure I got the car I would love. Super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Park Jeep, Grace and Kolleen. I’ll be back in a few years.

J.R. Schomber

Was looking to purchase a new/newer jeep. We had a fair trade offer price that we wanted from them. Used KBB and NADA for our numbers. They wanted to give us significantly less than what we were asking for the trade. The staff treated us like we didn't know anything about the business. We went to a different dealer and got our asking price and a better deal on a jeep. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service and poor attitude toward them.

james fischer

Great service and friendly. I had oil changed, tire's rotated and service work on engine. The price for engine work was a little high, but they stand behind their work. It was 14 degrees above zero but their complementary car wash was closed for cold weather. They say if below 20 degrees, it's closed. Other dealers cars wash are open at that temperature.

Todd Grant

Very relaxed, low pressure. Used car delivered in good condition, clean, no problems. David Allen especially helpful.

I bought a used Grand Cherokee...had it 4 days and brought it here to get new keys made on one Saturday and on the following Saturday to get some other concerns checked. This is the first domestic vehicle I have owned in more than 20 years and this place reminded me of why I hate going to domestic dealerships for service. They have only one service adviser you are funneled through. The first time I was in, the adviser was really nice and I didn't wait long. He got me in with no appointment and even found a recall that needed to be fixed. So far so good. The second time however, I had a very long wait to even drop the vehicle off. People behind me were getting super ticked. It just seemed so unorganized. So I told the guy my symptoms and he told me there was a $500+ charge to even look at it. I have never been charged at a Toyota, Honda or Subaru dealer to just look for possible issues. This was new to me. I don't know what the difference is. The adviser calls me later and lists what is wrong...one thing would need more diagnostic time so he doesn't know yet what is wrong...and more diagnosing means more money before it even gets fixed. Again, have not experienced this. Anyway, I passed on that. One of the things he told me needed to be replaced was the third brake light above the rear window. As we were talking, I swore I saw it glow the last night I drove it and that is something I can do myself so I refused that and chose 3 things I couldn't do myself. I get the Jeep home and check the 3rd brake light and it works. So now I'm questioning the 3 things I had them work on. Were they really a problem? I had an encounter like this with my last domestic at another dealership 20+ years ago and it was another thing that turned me off to owning a domestic vehicle. I'm going to find another place to service my Jeep.

Kolleen and Grace are two of the most helpful and professional people that I have met in the auto industry. They were able to find and get me into an amazing car. The amount of authentic personal attention that they gave me demonstrates a real care for their customers. From the moment I walked in, until I drove off in my awesome new car, I felt comfortable. I am so happy, and value their skill! Many of the other dealerships that I had visited could learn several things from the people at Park Chrysler Jeep. Keep up the great work!

Brandon Nordwall

Lied to me about what my monthly payments would be. Said it would go down with a different signer but instead it went up drastically

When I first started looking for a new vehicle, I stopped by Park Chrysler Jeep since it was nearby my house. I was greeted in the lot and the salesperson (Brad) walked with us around the lot to get a feel for the inventory and what was available in my price range that fit my needs. I wasn't ready to buy and Brad didn't pressure me at all after the test drive. The Sales Manager, Chris, made a point to stop over and thank us for stopping in, even though we didn't proceed with a purchase at that time. Fast forward over a month or so and I'm still looking for just the right Jeep. After having my time wasted by a number of other dealerships who had incomplete or just downright inaccurate information on their listings and weren't willing to deal with me fairly, I ended up back at Park Chrysler Jeep and working with Kolleen. I called ahead as I was leaving another dealer and Kolleen answered right away and said she'd have the Jeep I was inquiring about ready and waiting when I got there. She kept her word and I hopped right in for a test drive as soon as I arrived. I liked the Jeep and we got down to business. They evaluated my trade-in (a decade old Chevy with high miles) pretty quickly and gave me a very fair trade allowance (4x higher than what the last dealer offered!) and then worked with me on sales price as well. During the process, one of the owners, Johnathan, stopped over to shake my hand and offer to help out in any way he could also. It was a stark difference between Park Chrysler and the other "mega dealerships" that I had been working with prior. I'm glad the other dealers drove me away and back over to Park Chrysler where I got just what I wanted in a Jeep with no hassle. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment out of my '15 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Thanks, Brad, Kolleen, Chris and Johnathan!

I'm glad this place has good reviews, it could mean that people are generally happy with their service or that some of the reviews are biased. On the other hand, a bad review is usually real. Add this to the list. TL;DR - brought car there for a technical service bulletin(TSB) that specifically calls out my car. Instead of applying the TSB, they try to tell me my brakes need to be replaced, etc, etc, to the tune of $2000 bucks. Funny thing is the brakes were just replaced in January. These service advisors are very salesy, understandably. I just paid the diagnostic fee of which I already knew was the real problem, and will never step foot in there again, much less buy another Jeep with countless recalls!!!

JoLynn McAlpine

I just read all of the reviews from the last three years and I honestly cannot believe the finance guy Erik still works there! I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee there about two months ago and had a good experience with the sales guy Brian. Once I sat down with the finance guy Erik and signed the first piece of paper I immediately wanted to back out because of how I was treated. I asked one simple question..."Is my credit score on this piece of paper?," he snapped at me and said he would get to that... I said ok and apologized (assuming he was having a bad day)...he then looked at my boyfriend with out hesitation and said "Is she always like this? Does she wake you up in the morning and demand that you make her breakfast?" My boyfriend and I both said nothing (we are both very non confrontational people) and became extremely uncomfortable. I didn't say another word, I was honestly in shock that someone would speak about me like that. This is one example of about 5 situations where he was extremely rude to me. I honestly wish I would have gotten up and walked out with out purchasing the vehicle. I did later let the sales guy know about my terrible experience with him and the manager of the location did call me to "apologize" although the apology included things such as... "He has a blunt personality and he had worked 11 days straight," etc. I do not care one bit how many days he has worked!! I teach kids and if I treated my students that way due to a "bad day" I would get fired! Period. I honestly don't think that I can ever go back there because I was so disgusted (especially now that I have read other negative reviews about this same employee!). Although I am happy with my jeep the whole experience was ruined in the last hour that I was there which is unfortunate for the company as I feel obligated to share my entire experience with people when they ask me about my jeep. I think Erik may be better suited in a a position where he doesn't have contact with customers.

This is honestly a big scam factory listen closely and they will say anything to get a sale and make you feel good. I can promise you once you step out that door that friendly relationship you had with the salesman disappears very fast. Once we signed those papers the sales persons attitude turned to one that didn't care and we hadn't even left yet. Speaking with management the whole office has a similar vibe. If you have to deal with Chrysler don't do it here.

Samuel Draper

Really impressed on how professional and courteous this dealership was. Craig helped me with the purchase with good conversation throughout. Will definitely be back for my next purchase.

How do I get someone from Park Jeep to call me back on the car we bought from them on 5/12/18? I called and left a voice message 2 days ago for Andrew who sold us the car, never got a call back from him. Then I called and left a voice message with Nick, the service manager. It's been over a day, haven't heard from him either. Although, I did get a thank you for your business email from them just several days before, but they wouldn't call me back. The reason for my call was to let them know that my temporary 21 day plate/paper is about to expired on 6/1/18, tomorrow! Need to get an extension or would like to have the permanent plate install if it's in. If the 2 people I left voice messages are on vacation or no longer with the company, can someone please check their voice mail and call me back ASAP? Update 6/6. Well, this worked! Got a couple managers calling me back along with emails the same day I posted. My son took the car in and had the plate put on without delay. That's why I gave them another star! Thank you Cliff

Tim Hazelmyer

I love jeeps, they sold me a jeep. What else is there to say? They have the jeeps

Christina irenze

Very friendly and helpful staff members. The buying process was quick and easy. David was our product specialist, he asked all the necessary questions to make sure we could find the car that fit our needs, he also helped us understand all the buying process and make sure we knew how to use the car features. And of course I can't forget to mention the free Starbucks coffee and popcorn we got

Jaime L.

David Allan from PCJ made our first out of state sale easier than visiting a dealer in person. We would love to do business again with PCJ!

Suresh Dubay

Went in and meet Craig Schroeder. My wife and I was very impressed on the knowledge and customer service that we received from Craig. He is definitely the guy to talk to about getting a vehicle. We love the new Wrangler.

James K. Lambert

I am not a fan of car shopping but this was the best experience I have had. No high-pressure sales or untrustworthy behavior. Staci did her best to find what I wanted and then did her best to do it again when I changed my mind. In the end I got into a great used vehicle with monthly payments under the limit I was willing to spend and a fair trade value for my old vehicle.

Dan Nelson

We purchased our daughter’s Jeep Compass Latitude in June of 2017. The purchase process was seamless with exceptional service from our salesperson, Craig. For at least the first year, he followed-up numerous times to see how everything was going, including phone calls and mail. I feel very confident with their sales experience and am sure you would be treated fairly and with respect. The service department is another story. I have used Park Chrysler Jeep on all the vehicles maintenance. The normal scheduled items as well as on a warranty issue and repair. Though, like many service departments of dealerships, they are very busy and sometimes difficult to schedule appointments. However, repairs and maintenance has been done correctly, but I have always left feeling less than satisfied with the experience. Today, I decided to use their “Quick Lane” option for just an oil change. Quick probably shouldn’t be part of the service name. I arrived at the dealership at 9:50am and pulled up to the Maintenance door but there was one Jeep vehicle ahead of me. I sat a full 10 minutes before the door opened and let the vehicle ahead of me in. The door closed and I sat another 10 minutes or so before opening again. (I had called earlier in the morning and was told how to use the Quick service option and was told there was a wait of an hour of so for an oil change but was told to just pull over to the the left as you enter where the service rep would take care of the visit.). I pulled in to left, which is difficult as the space is very tight, and a rep quickly stopped me and asked what I was there for. I responded with, “I’d like and oil change”, and was met with an abrupt and not friendly response of “it’s going to be about a 2+ hour wait because there are 2 ahead of you”. With that greeting (no, good morning, or thanks for coming in, or positive response of how busy they were) I felt I was intruding in his day and he didn’t need to see another car at that moment. I said “no thank you” and had to figure out how to back out of the service bay (mind you it’s a very busy space). I pity the next driver behind me who wanted an oil change. Not welcoming in the least. A solution to this situation would be to separate the regular maintenance appointments with the Quick Service drop ins. Major repairs and problems take a lot longer to write-up, review and process and that is expected. But, a simple oil change, should not have to take an investment of an entire morning and having to be treated, not as a customer, but an inconvenience. Because of my schedule and time constraints, I went directly to our local Valvoline Instant Oil Change and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I have always felt I was getting better service and maintenance knowledge at the dealership so this ran contrary to what I’d normally do but in this case, an oil change is an oil change. There are other Jeep dealerships in the area, maybe another 15 or 20 minutes farther, but I’m willing to try them with hopes of better treatment and service.
