They use spray wands before going through the wash. I tip them $2 every time and they do a great job of getting all the bugs off the front bumper.

For an $18 car wash I would have thought my car would have come out clean... Not only does my car have some type of weird wax drops all over it but it also did not get my car clean at all. Heading to a different car wash that works.

This is a fantastic experience, you guys! I tell you what, your car isn’t clean until it’s 4Seasons clean. I stopped here during a road trip, and my car was bug free when I left, super pleasant surprise, as there’s typically still remnants when I exit a traditional car wash. And it was FAST! The staff here run this baby like a well oiled machine. I no sooner had to LOOK a little confused as I was swiping my card than a staff member was on his way to assist. I just swiped with it facing the wrong direction, which I quickly remedied. I did not need assistance, as the system is so user friendly, but the staff was ON IT regardless, which is greatly appreciated in a culture where good customer service is in a recession. Thank you!

I really like the carwash they do a good job. What im not ok with is getting my card run twice for what is supposed to be a 1 time per month charge of $30. I also dont like trying to call them to solve the problem and having the voice mailbox be full.

I myself think they do a great job!! I had so many bugs on my truck when I went there. They did a fantastic job after I went thru the wash not one bug spater! My truck was clean as could be great job guys!! It was my 2nd time there always get the Platinum wash well worth it highly recommend them!!!
