Great car wash. Does a good job cleaning and drying my truck. 6 inches of lift on 35" tires with a roof light bar...fits through the wash just fine with no damage. I also have a bug shield on the front hood and that makes it through the wash undamaged too.

The shop causes more problems than they fix. It is unfathomable that a shop can take the intake hose off to get to the air filter and not hook the hose back up. This has happened on 2 vehicles a family friend brought there. It is definitely not a coincidence there are issues with both cars now, directly caused by this. Not to mention one of the hoses were broke by them and not even replaced. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR REPAIR!

Great service and great prices! They provide coupons for oil change, car washes and other services that are in a coupon booklet with other local businesses sent via mail to most, if not all homes. You can get free air for your tires here as well with a better hose that fills your tires faster than places like Wesco.

I have used the car wash and quick lube for several years but I am going to find another place for my oil changes. Van's is running a scam with their "$5 off Your Oil Change" coupons. First of all, you do not get $5 off, you pay the full price. The "$5" arrives a few weeks later in the form of a check made out to Van's Quick Lube. Now I could live with this if I could perhaps use it in the car wash. But, no, you can't do that, you have to use it for the oil change. Well, okay, I guess that's okay, but wait! The check expires in 90 days. Now is when I really get angry. Because I do not drive a lot of miles I usually don't need an oil change for about 6 months. So, Van's pockets my $5 and I am out of luck. The old saying goes, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Shame on me, this is the second time I have gotten stung. Read the coupon, it really does sound like you are getting $5 off the oil change. Shame on you Van's--aren't you the one that is closed on Sunday so your employees can attend church? Hello Van's--you are really talking out of both sides of your mouth and you have gotten my last oil change. Oh, and BTW, your oil change is very good, quick, friendly, helpful.

Been going to this Van's for quite a few years with no problems but the last 2 times I went there with 2 different cars we ended up with oil leaks. Wrong oil filter and didn't tighten it down all the way. Not a great experience lately.

Was actually not at the lube service (they do a good job also) but was at their Auto repair service department. These guys are old school mechanics. They very reasonably priced and honest, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I. Liked that it doesn't feel sterile like a doctors office. We were walk in customers looking for a 2cd opinion on a problem we were having where the the 1st place we went quoted us a price in the thousands of $, they got us in right in and was only charged 47.95. I highly recommend the Vans service department behind their Sherman Blvd in Muskegon MI.
