Wonderful. Everything you would expect from Lexus. Came in from out of state. They picked me up from the airport. Had the car beautifully detailed and the paperwork ready. The car was exactly as advertised. Professional and kind atmosphere.

Coming in to look at a basic Rav4 and leaving with the most beautiful Lexus still blows my mind. Don't ever fix your car in Lexus of Lansing! Their salesperson is horrible and when we tried to negotiate a price for fixing the car, the salesperson just looked at CNN on the tv like they don't care about us the costumer. That is so disrespectful and I will never fix my car in Lexus of Lansing again. This store should just be closed because it represent Lexus the wrong way by showing the judgement of normal class car, but not luxury car. I owned a lexus for over 15 years and i never had experienced a store as worst as Lexus of Lansing. Don't go there, but go to a Lexus store nearby like Grand Rapids. P.S i wish their was a 0 star.
Make sure if you get service done. You have them put everything on paperwork. Brought my truck in for service on a few things prior to warranty expiring. When I called in a gave John the service guy at the time couple of things wrong with my vehicle. I also called back in and told him about a few more issue that I had remember. He said “we will look at it when you get here. I already opened a ticket and can’t add to it.” Matter of fact was I was driving and a bolt fell on seat from the top while I was driving. When I arrived I forgot about a couple other issues over the phone and verbally told him what else was wrong. One of those things was my Sunroof not closing properly. 45 days after my warranty expired it got cold out again and my roof wouldn’t close this time at all. So I took it in due to the fact that I mentioned this while I had a warranty. The dealership has no record of my sunroof being looked at or anything from the roof at all. After speaking to corporate Lexus and service group. The only thing they said. Is sorry sir nothing we can do without any prior record of this being serviced. $2700 for a sunroof repair was enough for me to sell my 2015 nx200t f sport and realize. I’ll NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER LEXUS AGAIN. Thanks for nothing not even a discount. Just make sure if you get service done? It’s in the paperwork not just verbal. Fixed the vehicle at my friends shop for $2000, but I learned my lesson with this unreliable company. Cadillac is what I’m sticking to from now on.

You will never regret switching to a Toyota or Lexus. The vehicles require little maintenance, so far in over 10 years we have required only planned services and regular maintenance. We are on our 4th and 5th car and we love them. All of the guys are super knowledgeable and will tell you if you can wait on something and plan to handle it in the future.

I am a long time Lexus of Lansing customer. I use your detail services every time I have my car serviced. I purchased the high end detailing service when I had my car serviced today. When I got the car home and closely examined the job I was very disappointed in its quality. There were bugs all over the grill, headlights and side mirrors, as well as dirt and debris on the side panels, etc. I just spent over an hour cleaning the remaining dirt off the interior and exterior of the car. Not the usual Lexus of Lansing standard.
I purchased my 2016 IS300 here about a year ago. The whole experience from purchasing to maintaining the car have been nothing but perfect. I look forward to many years of quality service and new vehicles in the future.
I have been buying and servicing my cars at Lexus of Lansing for 20 years and have never been disappointed in either. I especially appreciate the service department. Dave and Michael and Brad all work hard to make sure I understand what the problems are and how they fixed them. They have kept my 2000 Lexus running fine all these years. I may pay more to have Lexus work on my cars than an outside body or repair shop, but I get what I pay for--a car that lasts and peace of mind. I highly recommend Lexus of Lansing.

I had an awesome experience with Lexus of Lansing. In particular sales manager Misty G.and salesman Ron D. I had saw the vehicle on the internet and took an almost 2hr. Drive from Toledo to see the vehicle. From the moment I arrived and was greeted, I felt welcomed. Misty greeted me and turned me over to Ron. I have to admit that I wasn’t dressed the part, but never was I treated as if I couldn’t afford the vehicle I came to see. Being a female I’ve often went to test drive a car and the salesmen would talk to me about superfluous things about the vehicle like the color or the sound quality of the stereo. Well Ron was different, he acknowledged my knowledge of the vehicle, and answered any and all questions I had. I would deal with Ron, Misty and Lexus of Lansing without question in the future! They are an asset to The Lexus brand!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have an employee who is on hard drugs, another living in the back of the shop and sleeping in cars. & employees are also stealing from the company and out of customer cars. The entire staff is the worst to deal with, they’re all very unprofessional. Tim, and Mike both will take long periods of time to answer the phones and when they do they're rude and hang up on you if you question anything they’ve told you.

Within a couple of hours and with very little disruption to my day, I had my car back. Every experience I have had with Lexus of Lansing has been positive.
We just bought our first Lexus and couldn’t be happier. We have had 5 previous Toyotas, a BMW, and a Mercedes, but this car buying process was the best yet. I had been using Lexus of Lansing to diagnose my vehicle and had a 10 am appointment that day. Mind you at this point I already fixed about 10 things they "diagnosed" my car to have issues on. I didn't use them because I didn't feel like spending $7,000 on things they said I "need" and could do it for 500 dollars instead. So by the second time I went in I could feel this made them livid from how they even talked to me. Anyways, I had that 10am appointment and dropped my car off and informed them I had a rental and could afford to leave it there for a while but would still like a timely diagnosis. 1pm rolls around I call, Dave was busy and couldn't make time to tell me where my car was at. I call again at 3 and 5 pm, same story. I get a call at 5:40 and of course the conversation lasts about 5 minutes so he says by the way I leave at 6 and won't wait for you. So now they have my vehicle for 24 hours despite my appointment and offered no transparency whatsoever on what to expect. I go there and relay some of my disappointment that morning, so Dave and his manager come in and I said because the first 10 diagnoses were wrong, you costed me time and money on my rental, and overall poor service and a crap attitude to boot, I'd be willing to pay half. I could also clearly tell they hooked it up to the computer for 5-10 minutes and simply told me the codes and charged me an hour. Again, I asked for half because of all these factors, he physically takes my keys from me and they start harassing me amongst threatening to take my vehicle for a $100 bill. Both of those are highly illegal things to do or say over a notion, let alone to get physical in any way with one of your customers is a crime as well. They of course deny they did anything wrong and went into he said arguments immediately, the ultimate protection if you're a piece of crap human being. This location should be taken down as well as those employees losing their jobs and being heavily fined. You wouldn't expect this level of service anywhere, let alone the luxury line of Toyota, Lexus. Shame on this company for hiring such pathetic human beings. Would like to sue but not sure investing my time or energy is worth it knowing the typical he said she said arguments hold no merit in court. Everyone I know has been buying Lexus's for a while, but it won't take many arguments to swing people to Mercedes or something else. Needless to say this was enough stand alone to turn me off of this company. Hope the $100 was worth the future loss.
I took my Lexus LS 460 told me for service 225$ when I pick it up charge me 395$. I spoke with joe manger did not do anything except he apologize for that. I lost trust. He told me need to fix few part for 2400$ I did out side with OEM PART 600$.

Lexus Service Department. I tried a couple times to get a price on servicing my car. After being told I would get a call back (a day later, no call) and then being (maybe accidentally?) hung up when I called again and started from scratch, I'm just going to give up. I guess they must be very busy...or they just really don't like working on my particular year and model!

I LOVE my new vehicle. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I had an excellent experience. One person however stood out and I would like thank him. The sales manager, Tony Deck made this deal happen. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, took command of everything and made sure my whole family felt welcomed and we as a group was probably a handful. The car was spotless and full of gas. My whole family made it in and out in a few short hours. Without him we probably would have gone else where and at least continued to shop. So for what it’s worth I hope the powers that be know what they got in this manger. To many people bash car dealers for no reason. This is about pointing out the good ones when it’s warranted. Great job to Tony and everyone that worked hard to make this all happen. Thank you again! You’ve got a customer for life.

My wife and just purchased a used Lexus for our daughter. We took it to Lansing Lexus to get a spare key. The technician said it would be in the next day and would take 1/2 hour to program the key to the car. We took in today to get the key programed, and oil change and tires rotated. While in the waiting room, I am reading about Lexus commitment to their customers "To treat then like a guest". Award after award about their service. After waiting 2-1/2 hours, I asked about our car and is this the amount of time it usually takes for an oil change. The gentleman said no and that he would check on our car. He came back and said it was time to cash out. All they did was program the key. No oil change, no tire rotation. Plus 2 hours longer than what they said it would be. All they had to say was, there busy or something is wrong and it will take longer then expected. I asked for the service manager Bret Wimmer. He apologize and then walked away. That's it, 1/2 dozen words. I guess he did not realize that we were going to get the premium detail package and their 161 point inspection. Nor did he realize, while we were waiting for our car service, my wife and I were considering buying the new 450 for our next car. I asked for the general manager, Joe Criscuolo. He apologized, gave me his card and said, the next time your in, I'll make sure you get good service. It scares me that he doesn't trust his service department and that we have to go to him to get good service. Go to Ann Arbor Lexus and stay away from Lansing's dealership.

Probably the worst sales ever took over 7 hours for me to get my car, they had no sales staff and had to call in someone from the Toyota dealership next door. The car was barely cleaned for delivery, it was still dirty when I got it, and the post sales was horrible with their Customer service, on top the cars side alert system would go off when I’m neutral and had to be recalibrated. I would not recommend at all
I paid $500 to reserve the car so nobody else can buy it. When I bought the car, they refuse to return it, told me it is been already calculated in the payment. when I stressed the argument, they agree to pay back, I called every day for a week, they told me it has been refunded to credit card. I called my credit card company and file the dispute to get the $500 back. I still got screwed by about $500 somehow he is managed to sneak in final amount.
I ended up buying a car from them, and to be honest it has been a headache, worst buying experience i have ever had. Lots of problems on and off, if i could i would return the car and take my money and business else where. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Just my opinion......
