I have a membership and you cannot beat the price, The free vacuums really top it off. Plenty of room to wipe it down too like your door seams and rockers. Tire shine definitely need improvement... if they did as good as Matthew's car wash in Oregon, itd be the best in town hands down.

Get 100 $7 washes during the week they give u a towl. Get 1 upgrade wash, no towl just water spots to deal with when i get home. Sunday service sucks.

I brought my car here to try it out as it is fairly new. My car wasnt very dirty just a bunch of water spots from parking at the monroe dte power plant all week. I bought the ulimate car wash for 13 dollars which is higher price than the car wash i usually go to (meyers auto wash) considering all of the features included in the wash. Car came out fairly dry from the blowers so i only got a couple water spots but i usually wipe it dry afterwards because we all know car wash dryers never finish the job. All being said my car came out still dirty the material they use to wash your car is cheap and not good didnt even reach the top of my car on the sides (2016 chrysler 200) the tire shine was never applied and windshield front and rear weren't clean very hard to pull out of wash there isnt adequate room to turn and i have a small car. Overall will not be recommending this business nor will i return.

Great deal; if you wash your vehicle frequently, buy a monthly unlimited wash pass. Unlimited use of vacuum cleaners. They also hand you a drying cloth every visit to wipe of water drops. Friendly staff .

Very hard to get anyone to answer phone. Hope Fritz wouldn’t return calls or texts, promised my car would get repaired where light got ripped off and also scratched down car, months later to get call saying there not taking liability!!! Poor service and very poor customer service!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. What a way to run a business where they put you off hoping you’ll forget about it, until finally they have to say “Not there responsibly”...poor company ethics.

Not impressed, soaps were very watery and lacked color, car did come out dry, but not much cleaning was done. The vacuum area was very small, and there was garbage everywhere. Many of the vacuums were clogged with garbage as well.

Although the sign says they open at 8am, they put the "sorry, were closed" signs up in the entrance. Multiple times I've tried to get my car washed there, and sometimes even after 9 o'clock, they're still closed. The site manager, Hope Fritz refuses to answer the phone. Apparently, I'm not the only one with issues... The voice mail box is constantly full... I would have reconsidered purchasing the monthly pass if I would have known that the hours were unreliable... Good wash though, when they're open... As a monthly pass member, I arrived again today to have my vehicle washed... Once again, closed... Contacted telephone number and after 3 attempts got ahold of manager Hope... She stated they closed due to weather... Partly cloudy weather? I purchased the monthly pass so that I could get my vehicles washed when they are open, closing at random after already paid is unethical. No remorse offered by the manager, just basically an oh well...

The only thing that doesn't suck here is half the vacuums. I sprung for the $20 Car Wash and I may as well went home light a $20 bill on fire fired up the garden hose, spray my car and let the $20 bill burn to ashes. There were spots of dirt I'm a bumper there was also on rinse soap the undercarriage was not clean like it was supposed to be. This place is overpriced and it's too bad because I had high hopes for it. Oh, and did I mention that half the vacuums don't work? I hope this place gets its act together because it's close to home and has a ton of potential. But until then I'll stick to my regular car wash save $5 even after tipping the people who dry your car off a few bucks.

The people are really nice, the look and feel of the car wash is great. Happy I have unlimited washes each month for $35. It's a great investment. I just wish the tire wash was better and most of the vacuums need maintenance because a lot of them are broken.

First of all, I was so excited to see they we were going to have a car wash in the area. To top it off, free vacumes...YES...THANK GOD!!! The excited completely vanished the first time I went. 7.00 for a car wash and it still came out front and back dirty as it went in. I was so disappointed to say the least. Second time I went I spent 10.l.00 on the Super wash, nope...still dirty, and I dont mean a little I mean alot dirty. Bugs still all over the front of the car and mirrors, soap still all over the car, dirt still all over the back. I wanted to cry. The two chatty cathy's that were working the start of the wash were a waist of time. To busy talking gossip and drama to spray for bugs. I will not be back, what a waist of money. Back to hand washing it myself for 3.00 and its spotless

It is a generous place because they give you free vacuums and today was free car wash day for everyone. But the car wash itself I had some smudge marks or more like spots in several different places but overall looks shiny from afar. and it's one of the few car washes that still uses brushes which is awesome. Because all touchless car washes suck s***. Like seriously, that's as practical as touch-lessly gratifying yourself. Sorry if I got too vulgar but I really just hate touch free car washes. Good day

On September 28th my car was damaged at this car wash destroying a rim. I was told I was the third car damaged. Seems like a open and shut case as to who is liable. But have been told someone will call yesterday, no one did. Stopped at car wash today, manager Hope gave me her phone number said insurance company is in Colorado and corporate headquarters is overwhelmed. It's been a week!! From the reviews I have every little confidence that this company will do the right thing. I have filed a claim with my insurance will pay my deductable, let them fight with this company. SO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARWASH THEY DAMAGE CARS AND DON'T CARE. BEEN 2 MONTHS AND HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CLAIM THE DAMAGE THAT THIS CARWASH DID TO MY CAR. MANAGER AND DISTRICT MANAGER NO HELP. Been 5 months now and still waiting for their insurance company to reimburse my insurance company for the damage done to my car!!! STAY AWAY TO TO RUSS CAR WASH ON SECOR AND LASKEY MUCH BETTER!!!

Wash was good, fairly priced. Vacuums were also good, some didn’t work but could easily get one that did. Nothing crazy but still good. Only thing super disappointing was that you don’t get unlimited towels or micro fibers like other places, you get a single large paper towel to dry off / dust with after. The automatic dryer doesn’t do a good job at all, and the one paper towel they give you barely does anything. Probably won’t come back unless they change the towels or something regarding that.

I tried to give them a chance as I like to support business in my neighborhood but honestly they need to work ok their customer service. During their first opening they were friendly then honestly just began to slack. The vacuums do not work plus when I went to get my car did today they didn't even rinse my car off. They gave me the cloth and went right back to their phone smh. Hire new staff immediately.

This had to be the worst car wash experience EVER! We went through once which we paid for. Once we drove across the street to get gas it was pretty clear that we did not receive a very good wash. So I called them and was told to come back and they would take care of it. So when we got there I figured that they would make up for the wash that I paid for and then at least give us a free wash next time we come in. Yet I was told that the manager said they could give me one wash, which doesn't make me feel as if I was compensated because I already paid for a wash and had to turn around drive back there wasting more gas and time which results in wasting MY money. for them to only re wash my car. SMH customer service definitely not one of their butter points!!!!

This car wash did a really good job at getting my car clean. It actually was able to clean the back of my terrain, a feat most car washes are not able to accomplish. The dryer also did a good job drying off the car. The free vacuum is also a nice bonus and there are plenty of spots. The prices are reasonable and most importantly there were no scratches on my car after it went through the wash.
