Prices are about average. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is that it is not a brushless wash, so you run the risk of scratches. But it seems pretty busy on nice days, so most people are apparently pleased. Personally, I've gone there about four times in the last seven months and feel they do a fine job.

For an automatic car wash, it does exactly what I would expect. Unlimited time to use the vacuums is a major plus - would hate to go back to messing with quarters or dollar bills elsewhere... A little bit more water to rinse off sud would be nice + additional time to dry or more drying power... overall great location plus solid equipment will keep us coming back.

So I paid for the $20.00 was and I talk to a woman employee. My car still had dirt on it and I showed her and she had a very bad attitude. Well if they going to have a attitude about they have to it over then this was my last time coming back. Customer service first. I was not mad at all. When I talk to her. So owners please teach better customer service especially if we are paying for a 20 wash

We bought into the monthly package and we have to go thru 2 and 3 times in a row to get all the bugs off the front of the jeep.

Stopped in for a wash today. The facility is nice and it has free vacuums. However, I realized that my Jeep was poorly washed. The automatic wash missed big sections along the wheelwells and tailgate. I don't think I will be going back.

The construction on 75 down in Findlay sprayed mud all over my car. I took it here ASAP and the guys were awesome! They ran my car through the wash 3 times and even power washed the dirt to get it off! Fantastic customer service! Thank you Tommy and Joe!

I've been to this location multiple times. It's my favorite car wash to go to. My car is always clean, the brushes actually clean my rims and my boys like the way the soap smells and the different colors. Great car wash!

Have been going to this carwash since it opened. It was ok. Sometimes car was wet still, but overall, I liked it. Heres the problem..I took my new Camry XSE in the wash on September 22. The bottom, rocker panels were dented outward, same spot on both sides. I did not notice until 5 days later, so heres the rub...The Car Was USA took no resposibility. I had a little under a thousand dollars of damages. They use all their "policies" to avoid responsibility. So, make sure you check your car, right there. Dry it. Report the damage right there and then. According to managment, driving off voids your ability to hold them accountable. They are not going to help you, YOU, will have to help you. Ask to see the video. Make out an incident report. They may not tell you all this. In 10 days the video evidence is taped over. I will never return, I hope this information helps you. Also "wash manager" couldnt be more dismissive. What a horrible, expensive decision to be a regular customer, who did not receive justice.

I come thru the wash a CPL times a week. I can't go thru the wash bc it makes me sick. I pull up and get out of my car and they gladly drive my car thru for me with nothing but a smile and kind word every time!!!! Top notch customer service! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!!

During the car wash my rear wind shield wiper was ripped off my car. I went to the office to inform them what happened. The female attendant who took my info was very rude and kept telling me it was on tape. That proves my car was fine going in and broken going out. They took a report and I still have not heard back from anyone about getting my car repaired. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH.

A solid car wash for 13 bucks. Unlimited use of the vacuum, the complementary drying towel for the extra spots and all the bugs are off my vehicle.

Bought a 20 dollar car wash and cat was rinsed off. Normally you can smell the soap and see the suds. None of this happened. I'm pretty sure the machines that put out soap were not working. I tried to call and let them know but there is no phone number available to call. Dont think I will be buying a 20 dollar car wash from anywhere ever again. Feeling a bit silly.....

Great customer service. Carwash was awesome cleaned my chrysler 300 beautifully. I love how fast the auto check in is. Monthly subscription is definitely the way to go.

Don’t wash your car here!! I signed up for their express pass when they were promoting their new business. I was told one price and then was billed a different price. I’ve tried numerous times to reach them to fix this and cancel my express pass. Their “customer service” number goes to a guys cell phone provided by the company. They don’t return calls and apparently there is only one person who addresses the local areas concerns. Meanwhile they still keep charging my account- for a service I refuse to use. Horrible business
