I have been going to Auto Spa with all my cars and even my motorcycle for years. They always do a fantastic job on their full details and even their quick outside wash with vacuum and a wipe down of the interior looks better than details from other places I have gone before Auto Spa. I took my 2013 Tahoe with 100k miles to them today. With 3 kids and 2 big dogs to say the truck was dirty is an understatement. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up around 3 the same day and it is perfect. My wife swears they put in new floor mats because they are so clean they look new. Overall the truck is immaculate, these guys are the best around no question. Also their new location is a lot more spacious and comfortable so when you are waiting for a quick wash and wipe down you have a nice place to grab a snack and catch up on work.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my car's interior. Everything inside from the carpets, seats, dash and even the trunk was in great condition when I picked up the car in the afternoon. I've recommended the Autospa to several friends already! I really appreciated the time job they did.

Best in/out service I've found in Western Michigan since moving here from Chicago four years ago! Prices are more than fair for the services received. Owners and management team are very friendly and accommodating, while those who work on your car are OUTSTANDING!! I won't use another any other car wash.

AWESOME! Couldn’t wait to get home to write a review, something I don’t often do, because the work that was done on my Acura TL was superb! Literally like new after they were done, it was that good. Just the work they did on the headliner alone—which was the original reason I went to them in the first place—more than paid the cost of the interior detail. Saved me hundreds of dollars since I no longer need to replace that part of the car. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all!

I have been going to the Auto Spa for many years. They do an excellent job of getting the inside of the car clean and immaculate, as well as the outside. I have had special requests, especially with the long and curved windshield in cars these days as i am not able to reach all the glass to get the streaks out. They have made sure to leave all the windows, including the windshield, completely streak-free which is important in the winters here in Michigan. I highly recommend Auto Spa and have told many friends about their quality and professional service.

Best car wash in town. Cars are hand washed and dried, detail inside and out. Car wash has nice waiting lobby to relax in while they wash your car. About the same price as regular car wash .

I had the most horrible experience with this place. They damaged my car during the process and tried to say it was already this way. The interior work was subpar. There was still dirt on the head rests and blue jean dye on the seats. Once I showed this to the manager, he had someone to wipe them again, after telling me that the dye can't be removed. Interestingly, after wiping them, the bulk of the dye was removed. There was also a rip on my seat that was not previously there and severe damage on the rear bumper. Very shady business. The manager told me he saw me zero in on the bumper as soon as I approached the car (trying to set me up as a fraudster). This let me know that he was a liar because I started at the front of the car walking around slowly to inspect the work. Do not go there! If you do, have a walk around inspection before the work is started so they don't try to cheat you!!! Terrible business!!!

All I can say is WOW! This place is nothing short of amazing! I stumbled across them on Yelp and figured I would try them out. I got a Full bumper to bumper detail and they made my 3 year old truck look brand new! I also shopped pricing on window tint and a tonneau cover and they not only beat any of the local dealers but matched the online price and installed for free! They have won all my business and I highly recommend you to try them out. They have a very large waiting area/showroom with wifi. 5 stars is not enough for the treatment I received!

Sooooooooo much better than the automatic wash for pretty much the same price. Can’t be beat, I’ve tried other hand washes and never have been satisfied. I always have a great experience at the Autospa and will only take my cars here. Especially the brand new ones because you won’t get swirls in your paint.

Way better work in an hour then what I could have done in three with a great price point. I took one star away because my back window ledge was completely forgotten and there were pieces of paper left in the drivers side door. I took one other star away just because my husbands vehicle always has the inside of the doors done and his car is always spotless and mine had some errors I should have gone back inside for but didn’t. Other then that it was great and I will be returning again!
