Went this morning and accidentally left the window cracked do you know these knuckleheads saw the window open and didn’t tell me they sent it through the wash anyway? Then when I told the guy at the register he came out and “yeah you left your window cracked “ I’m like why didn’t they put it or tell me? Human nature says that’s stupid to send the car through the wash with the window open know the interior is going to get soaked

I wanted to feel like the car is in good shape and is clean so got the inside - outside cleaning for 30 bucks. . But they just sprayed some gunky stuff everywhere - and now the plastic parts are slippery, spotty, and they didn't vacuum anything. The exterior is dirty, the bottom.of the car and mudrunners are dirty. I could have just left the car in the rain and house the tites for the same results

Exceptional service...

Sometimes, they do a great job, but lately, even when they're not very busy, the job is so-so. Price has gone up again..now $24 for the works. Specifically asked then to do the rims & they came out horrible. Didnt notice til I was home (20 minutes away).

Bought the monthly washes to save money. First wash had to have them vacume an area they missed entirely. My floor is black so the dirt was obvious and I drive for UBER so the cleanliness of my car is rated. Then I had to have them just wipe down my dashboard and console that was dusty. I wiped it with my finger to show the employee, and they only did a half job at cleaning the door jams and lower valence...all on my first paid monthly wash..

I ask for a 18$ wash, and the guy asked me if i wanted them to wipe down the inside of my car(not mentioning it would armor-all or that it would 10$ more), so i said sure. I told him not to spray any chemicals on my TV inside my vehicle, there was over spray from the armor-all not just on my TV, but all over my interior. They also did a terrible job vacuuming my car and left tons of sand inside my front and back seats. To make matters worse they use a paint brush to put tire shine on your tires which in return gets your car all dirty again because it kicks back on your front and rear quarters. I'll never go there again.

Visited for the first time today, the exterior looks good except they didn't clean the rims or use tire shine which was disappointing and the interior is rough, they didn't properly clean the dash which is still covered in dust, under the driver seat wasn't vacuumed and there are water marks on the windows and side mirrors and all of the above I paid for. Probably won't go back.

Went there yesterday, asked for just the full service car wash, nothing more, immediately was asked if I wanted to have more done, with all the noise from the vacuums sounded like he said $16, I agreed then went to the counter to pay was charged $59.99, clearly this was not the one I thought I just heard. The manager did run out and tell the guys about to clean it to do just the full service so it was corrected, but then when the car came through at the end, they told me all set and water was still dripping of all panels still, I asked the guy to wipe it since he was holding a towel, he did one panel and started walking away. I pointed out both drivers and passenger doors had water on it and he said that's from the mirrors still holding water and walked away. No kidding! Really dude! wipe it off then! Why do I have to point that out. That's what I just paid for, no other car wash I've been through tossed me that attitude and left the car that wet for a full service. Also, why the tip container at the beginning where you get out of your car and order your car wash, yes they are vacuuming and getting it ready but makes you feel if you don't tip there, you'll get a crappy job done. I always tip at the end, not when they first start. I didn't tip at the beginning so maybe that's why they did a crappy job? I heard from some others to avoid this place but I was in a rush so decided to give it a shot, first time and last, Look elsewhere for better customer service and quality of the cleaning.

They told me to pay first and I asked them to wait because my daughter was in the car. Then they came to the front with the receipt and threw it crumpled up at the cashier and wouldn't do the undercarriage. When my daughter asked for them to wait for me to get back to the car (nobody was behind us) they said OK and started the car anyway and scared her. The wash job was very bad and they gave us dirty looks as we were leaving. I would never return.

Something must have changed....I liked this car was so much that I bought 4 books to share with my co-workers....last two times I have been there, the service wasn't good - quality of the washes went down and the woman at the desk is rude....hard when one customer facing person ruins the experience...there are lots of other car washes around ....will not be recommending anymore

Paid for the “works” $24 and was told I should have paid an extra $10 to clean the interior of the doors. “The works” should include the works. Everything. That’s what the word means. If you order a sandwich with the works you don’t have to pay extra for hot peppers. The “works” implies it includes anything you would want on the damn sandwich. So it should include the cleaning of the whole car. Not 80% of it. Checked the sign. It says that it includes door jambs. Not the inner trim panels on the doors. Issue was they didn’t do the door jambs either. Had to buy armor all and do it myself. Rear view mirror was still filthy. Had to do it myself. Vacuum job was not thorough. Left a lot of crumbs and dirt behind. The whole center console was still filthy. Crumbs in the cup holders. Also have water spots all over the outside my car from them not drying it properly. Will never go here again. Don’t be fooled like I was.

Freeway car wash has an automated rail system (it pushes your car thru the wash - this style of car wash does the best job on rims and smaller cars and then they have a whole bunch of people who vacuum it out and hand wipe and dry your car. The best deal is to grab a monthly car wash and get unlimited carwashes. They open up at 8:30 AM and do not open when it’s raining. Leave the guys a tip, they work fast and physically hard.

Freeway carwash is a nice place 2 go If your looking 4 a quick average wash. The problem with them is They wash the driver side of the vehicle a lot better than the passenger side. Reason being No one goes 2 the other side 2 look.

Brought my car in to get detailed after someone threw up in it, did not get the stain or the smell out completely, and a personal belonging of mine went missing. After calling to ask if it was left out accidentally the lady on the phone gave me a horrible attitude saying it couldn't have gone missing because they threw everything in a bag and stuffed it in the trunk. Absolutely not worth it. For 75 dollars the car should be completely clean and none of stuff should be missing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The whole idea of getting car wash services inside and out is to get a clean car. Unfortunately, I waisted my money. There are still crumbs on my seats, soap they used is still on the matts, the cup holders were never touched and there's splats of water in the seats. Now I have to clean. This place is not worth it and I am never coming here.

Would give zero stars if I could. Just so everyone knows what kind if business they're dealing with... My wife brought her brand new car, that we got off the lot, here last March, after she left she noticed a huge scratch on the hood. There's no way it was there earlier, she would have seen it. She went back and the manager explained it couldn't have been them. I called and spoke to him later that day, and he denied anything again. So this huge scratch just appeared magically? We spent a lot of money on this car and only had it for 2 weeks at this point. When I tried to call again a few days later, no answer. Tried again few minutes later, nothing. I asked a Co-worker to call, and they answered right away. I called again after blocking my number, and they picked up right away. So they have caller ID and we're told to not take my calls. Does this sound like a honest and innocent business that you would want to contribute to? Put yourself in my shoes, what would you think? I know now, 100% that they put that scratch on the car, but I can't prove it. I only hope others will read this and learn from this.

Car {not so} Detail! For $150 you can get a lot of amazing Car Details from local professionals but Freeway CW isn't one. Obvious dirt and crumbs, missed spots all over - stuff that wiped off easily or I could pick up with my fingers. And, when I complained to the manager, the employee who did the detail came out and got in my face telling me how I'm wrong, and that 30 years of experience means he knows what he's doing. Wrong... 30 years of detailing has made them complacent, or, they just have too many cars to do in too short an amount of time. Take your money elsewhere.
