Just had an express detail service done here yesterday for $40, as my hood and windshield were covered in bird poop and I had a gift certificate. They took my car in right away and did a good job overall. One thing that could be improved is that the waiting room didn't have any chairs, which was strange.

Soo. This may be a long shot review. I was unable to take my car because they were so busy. But John (Worker) was super friendly, patient, and offered other times to make an appointment. Great customer service! :)

I wish the back bays would dispense soap. When the machine didn't dispenser the soap it messes up the rest of the wash.

Unfortunately the gentleman who took my money neglected to remind me to take the magnet for my business off my vehicle. I then had to get it myself before it went down into the gears. I used to work in a car wash as a teenager and definitely would have said something. There are also unexplained scratch on my hood of my car. Being in the vehicle at the time I know my magnet did not scratch it because it did not go on the hood. I got coupons from a benefit however will not even use the rest!

Wash bays are maintained, nothing special. Conveniently uses warm water in the winter months.

Expensive and they do not do interiors. If you need a quick hose off, go for it but to really get your car cleaned go elsewhere.

Thought I would give them a chance to keep me from doing wash myself. Ends up, the "hot wax" did less than the spray on wax. Also the tires pictured are after the girl "applied" the tire shine. She had asked the other girl if she "could do it this time". I asked if she was sure it was done, as she did it so fast. They both looked at tires and said yes. I was also very disappointed how little they dried it and not only that, but the towels must have been used on other cars previously and left dirt stains once it really did dry. So all in all, I will keep washing it myself and hope I save other people from wasting their hard earned $

Had my work pick up detailed with a interior clean and exterior wash for $35! Done in 30 minutes and the guys were super friendly and accommodating. Truck looked magnificent and Windows were spotless! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Car Wash is okay a little pricey but they do do an excellent job what is in price in Franklin Mass but that Bays seemed to act up a lot they are lines always end up freezing in the winter and they say they have warm water the tips of the vacuums always like to fall off but I got to say the staff is outstanding they meet you and greet you and cater to all your needs I hope you folks find this info useful
