Just went to the commerce drive briteway and pd $22 for the worst car wash, got home and my truck was filthy, wiped it all down, the rag was black, had to wash truck at home, waste of money, never go back again, just to let you understand, my truck wasn’t that dirty especially after all the rain

A couple of years ago I brought my car to get washed. It was 2 weeks old. When it was done, there was a huge section of paint ripped off of the passenger rear that could only been made by a machine like that. My car before that was immaculate.. I told them immediately. They said there is no way that their machine could have done that. I said well let's run it again and see if it gets worse. They refused. They said there is no way that that could happen because Steven Tyler brought his cars there. I was like what are you talking about? I don't care what Steven Tyler does. Lol I filed a complaint and they refused to make it right. They cost me $600 out of my own pocket. They were scam artists. I've been waiting a long time to write this review and saw that other people had the same issue.

Nice, clean, don't ever feel like my car is going to be damaged...like I do at other places. I think that the prices are high. But, you do get a much nicer experience than at the car washes in Quincy, where I live.

Wacky Wedensday's! 50% off your car wash! No matter what wash option you choose! Service is great ! Seniors discount is on Tuesday. They also do 'detailing' here. ( bit expensive though compared to other places)

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! EVER!!!!! My husband treats his Chrysler 300 like his baby, and he brought it here to have it washed before we took our daughter to the prom in it. While he was going through the wash, he heard a bang, and when he came out and was towel drying the car, he noticed scratches on the back passenger bumper. They are gouges that he KNOWS were not there before! He said something to one of the workers and was told to come back the next day to speak with the manager, which he did. The manager took “measurements” of the gouges, and proceeded to tell my husband that there was no way his car wash caused them. Total deniability, and there’s no way those gauges WEREN’T caused by that car wash. If you value your vehicle, DO NOT GO TO BRITEWAY NORWELL!!!!!

Some nights they decide to close early and if you pull in at 7:55 they are already closed

Don't waste your time or your money. I stopped here because the car wash that I usually go to was not open yet. $15 and my car came out and was still dirty. You can see the machines inside throwing dirty water on your car. And some of the machines only turned on for a split second, just long enough to rub the dirty water all over the car. I had to do a complete wipe down of the car after it was washed to remove all of the dirt left behind. Had I know I was going to throw away money first thing in the morning I would have kept driving.

I go every Wednesday. They half price all the washes that day Clean towels and window cleaner at the end. 3 super blowers at the end.

After reading the review, I decided to give it a shot. Went on the Whacky Wednesday, and I still feel despite the offer it wasn't worth the money. Bird poop on the driver door side, a lot of small dirt than easily came off with a rub from the drying towels weren't removed by the car wash. Wouldn't recommend.

I am Sooooooooooooooo aggravated with this place!!! My car WAS perfectly fine and went through and felt my car bump and came out with my fender hanging off. One kid even saw it happen and the guy said oh he's in high school he doesn't know what he's talking about.! ( Nice thing to say manager ) PROCEED WITH CAUTION HERE!! WACKY WEDNESDAY IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Thanks Briteway!!

Went to the 131 Commerce Way, Plymouth location. Paid $11 to basically just get my vehicle wet, when it dried it looked like I never went to a car wash. Just got done hand washing it, like I should have done to begin with. Don't waste your money at this car wash.

I stopped here after work around 6pm and paid $19.99 for a car wash only to walk out and look at my car this morning and find scratches on both my side mirrors that were not there before as well as water spots all over it. Save yourself the money and go someplace cheaper that will actually leave your car clean. By far the worst car "wash" I've ever been too.
