I had a travel from Boston to Rochester and from Rochester o Boston. My car got a really dirty. (There was kind of oil on it) I drove my car to touch free tunnel. When I got out from touch free tunnel, it still didn't look a good. The owner of the car washer said me "We want that our customer get a satisfaction with our service, If you want, we can get your car in regular tunnel without any fees." I drove my car in regular tunnel. It was completely clean. Thanks for your good service.

***CLIENTS BEWARE*** I cancelled my "monthly pass" subscription after washing my car there for almost a year and a half. After told "you are all set", I got charged again on 03/27/2017. I spoke to someone named Joe and he asked me if the money they took unauthorizedly from my bank account was a "big deal". It seems he believes that taking people's money from their bank account is an OK practice and the client is a loser if he claims it. Afterwards, I spoke to the manager/owner by the name of John Buckeye who was extremely rude and unapologetic and told me he had no clue why my subscriptions wasn't cancelled the first time to begin with and then told me that I shouldn't be making a big fuss about it as it seems that at BARN CAR WASH it is OK to get money from peoples credit card without having a clue of why all this happens. If it wasn't because I checked my statement every day, BARN CAR WASH would've screwed me. Wonder how many ex-clients have gotten the same "wash". If you get a monthly pass and decide to close your account with them, please make sure you get some kind of confirmation or receipt. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your credit card information because they will act like they don't know what is going on and play the dumb game and yell at you as if you are the one guilty for it when you dare to address the issue. WATCH OUT.

Staff is AMAZING! I have a wash pass with them and have for year . Only car wash I will go to with my Explorer I spilled an entire ice coffee on my front suede seat and went there immediately in panic mode. They took me right in and shampooed it before the cream smell started....

I used to go there quite often and the service was awesome but today I used there touch free wash as it was Sunday 9 PM.., but after it was done, it was totally off my expectation. I could see all the dust particles right on my car.. so basically it's just like driving in rain. I have to wash it again. So better don't use touch free service but regular one is good there.

Great wash but poor customer experience. If you go over 12 washes quota under their monthly program they charge you the regular wash price which is absolutely a rip off. If you experience any issues with touch less wash and press help button, good luck with that! If you have questions or concerns and expect a reasonable response forget it. Overall a typical car mechanic style business with foundations based on the fact that everybody who will come for a wash loves their ride !! Let's extort as much as possible!

I loved the service. It's fast, the place is organized and clean. The only annoying thing was vacuum cleaner which greedily eats quarters and operates for 2 minutes or so. Which means you'll spend about 10$ just to vacuum clean your car.

Very Dissappointed! I have been going for almost a year on a monthly pass and enjoyed a great deal. My floor mats were getting dirty and need to be power washed off. I asked nicely the guy working and the manager to rinse them off (as a 1 time favor) with the power hose...they said it "was against policy" to wash a floor mat. REALLLLY? they were standing right next to the hose-so I asked if i could rinse them quickly...NOPE. Seriously? I have personally recommended several people to go there, but not anymore. I will go somewhere that values customer service. The worst part, I said I was upset and would take my business elsewhere and they said, lets get that taken care of RIGHT NOW and took me off the monthly plan on the spot. RUDE!

$13 bucks for a deluxe wash that did not totally clean outside or wipe it down. They did not offer to do the inside of car. Not a good car wash.

I used their "touch less" wash and it broke off a portion of my mirror. This was a mid-size SUV, not some huge truck. I called to discuss it with the owner and was told quite rudely that they will are not responsible. Their equipment malfunctioned and their NOT responsible? I understand if I was in a big truck but my car fit within the rails of their system and it still got broken. I'll never use this place again and unless you want to be stuck with a bill when their equipment malfunctions again I suggest using another place. The piece isn't even that expensive to fix about the cost of 3 washes and all I got was "Sorry not my problem", worst customer service ever. Beware!!!!
