Great customer service. I had called to see if they were still able to take cars for an interior detail, Ashley who answered the phone was super helpful and told me to come on down. Was able to get right in and get my car interior done with no problem. Pro of going on a weekday night after work. Guest waiting area was clean and comfortable, also stocked with complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and water. Bathrooms were also and smelt good too. And since I was the only one in the waiting area I had control of the tv which was nice after a long day at work. Definetly recommend here, super accommodating.

Best car wash in entire Western Mass. Believe me, I have an OCD with my car and I'm very picky where I get my car wash and I pay attention when it comes out. Sometimes I have cleaned the car myself at other places cause I wasn't happy with the work they did. I got the supreme with express interior. They spent enough time to get my car all nice and clean like new. Really appreciate the hard work they do. Highly recommended

Bought a vehicle at Balise received complimentary wash pass, was not expecting car wash to be so fun! Kids will have a blast going through with all the flashing lights, it's like a disco party for your car, and it comes out super clean. Blowers are no joke! No loose parts, put your mirrors in for larger vehicles you get a good scrubbing!

I left smiling from ear to ear. The team work hard and are very detailed. I appreciate that: 1) they were honest regarding length of time (detailing the inside of a vehicle takes time) they notified me it’s lengthy wait & I did wait. 2) I made an apt. But due to some changes they were willing to take my car earlier. (Flexible crew) 3) they are organized. If they are booked they are booked, but are more than willing to provide a later open time slot for detailing. 4) they finished much earlier than I anticipated 5) they treated me and my car like family 6) I’m a satisfied customer and now going to return for a next time.

Love it! The carwash is super entertaining, with laser lights and colored foams and soaps. Very fun. Service was great - was quickly greeted and guided through and then someone met us again at the end of the process when my car was done. I sprung for an interior cleaning and the hand dry / wax at the end and it was totally worth it. My Jeep is sparkly, the price was right and the service was great.

Awesome car wash and very friendly staff. When I pass through I see a lot of the same face when there which is nice. In the past I had a Golden Nozzle wash pass and cancelled theirs to pick up the Balise wash pass. The quality of the wash is so much better and my vehicle comes out looking perfect every time. Also would like to give an extra shout out to Ashley, I tend to go through a couple times a week when she is there. She always greets me with a smile and has been very helpful when I signed up for my wash pass. I high recommend this car wash location!

Basically it was a good job. My husband was upset because licence plate was bent up and my only complaint was that the windows on the inside were smeary. They re did the windows when I took it back Everyone was courteous and friendly. *my husband put frames around my licence plates. *Also I found it a bit strange that they gave me a coupon for a free wash but it expired in a few days.

Had my car detailed inside and out here and it came back absolutely spotless and smelled like a brand new car. I was greeted with smiles and there was no line. I did something wrong and didn’t select the detailing option I wanted, but was told by Brandy that when I pull around I would be assisted and not to worry. As promised, Luis from the detailing area came over and told me to just pull on in and they would handle everything. Ashley came over and accepted my payment and showed me to the waiting area, offering me tea or coffee and water for my dog. Jose took care of my car and it looks stunning!! All the staff was very friendly and service is incredible. I get the unlimited wash pass and it’s so worth it! I love my car, so I love Balise Car Wash!!! Thanks guys!!!

First time experience was great. My vehicle looked spectacular. Leather seats polished down, crevices vacuumed out. Complete interior detail from glove box to center console storage to rear cup holders. My only constructive criticism is the polish to my all-weather floor mats, especially on the driver's side was still wet when picked up and in return made my foot slippery on the gas/break pedals. Also, a drying method for the polish used on the door pockets and cupholders because they are still wet. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied and would use again.

Hands down one of the best car washes in the area, I'd love to see Balise buy out all the golden nozzles in the area and convert them. You can only expect so much from an automatic car wash but my car is visibly cleaner after going through compared to some local washes. They also offer an interior detail service that I took advantage of the other day. They appear to use high quality cleaners, car interior didn't have a "greasy" shiny finish when they were done (armour all). A little pricey but worth it in the end. Highly recommend.

I inherited a vehicle from my father who had recently passed away....Not only had he passed away in the car, but also the car was heavily smoked in and I am not a smoker.... the staff and crew listened to my concerns and assured me they would do their very best. I was nothing short of amazed when I picked the car up. I have been in the auto business for 25 years and whomever took care of the car has to be among the very best at what they do. We came in to have the car detailed. It had some stains on the leather, some stains on the body. We tried to clean it ourselves but were unsuccessful. We discussed this with Paul from Lexus who arranged for the vehicle being taken to your facility. In short, the car came out looking like new. The gentleman who worked on our car was so professional and made sure that he knew our concerns before he started. I have another luxury vehicle that I take care of maticulously. I will be bringing that car in regularly for detailing and regular cleaning.

What an exhilarating experience! Been here various amounts of times due to the factor of purchasing a vehicle from Balise Toyota - - but, Balise appears to offer a free service on all of their sold vehicles, such as 90 days of free car washing? What a nice benefit to buying a newer vehicle, huh? The technology of the car wash is also machine operated, but maintained and monitor by observant staff who are ready to assist in an instance. This car wash is fairly new, and has great machinery. Nice rinsing, soap application, washing, scratch-free scrubbing, more washing, aerospace like drying of the vehicle's exterior and in the end, your vehicle will end up seeming like how you bought it from day one - new!
