I usually don’t have the time to do this but today I felt the need to take the time and express how happy I am with the service I received at Belise car wash. I took my car there for a complete detailing after some leaking of water I had that caused my car to have a bad odor, the car was clean great, but after few weeks later the smell came back, I spoke with Junior and explained him the situation and no question ask he made an appt for me to do and intense cleaning of the carpet and along with Wilson they deliver a brand new car, even gave me some tips to avoid further damage. Junior and Wilson and the rest of the guys did an exceptional job. If you have any issues Junior is the guy to talk to !!!!

I could not be happier with my experience at Balise Car Wash! I had my suv detailed. I bought it 18 months ago and never did more than a quick vacuum. I have 3 small children and a dog. The car was filthy inside and out. I got the Complete interior and exterior detail. I knew they would get my car clean but I was blown away at just how clean they got it! It looked better than the day I bought it. The customer service was impeccable. I had 3 separate staff members ask me if i was happy with the service. They seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. I think if I had said I wasn't happy they would have dropped everything to make it right. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know looking for a wash or detail.

Do not do here. Going through the Car wash tunnel my car was pushed into the car in front of mine and it caused a serious damaged. Grill of my car was knocked inwards and cracked. The staff acted like its not a big deal. They asked me to go over to detailing to check it out. They pushed the grill out and said its okay now. I pointed out that there are cracks in the grill of my car, but I was ignored. No one apologized to me for damaging my car. Horrible and rude staff and seems like no one really cares. Please do not go there.

Save your money and just get the $10 wash. I spent 20 and only got the basic wash like everyone else. No tire shine no clean wheels no rainex... When it's busy they just run cars through.

I seldom, if ever, leave reviews but Balise Hyannis Car Wash deserves even six stars!!! Each one of them is like a friend and they go the extra mile to please you and give the best service possible. I have been with them since they opened and of course as a designer, if I go into the office, I tweak the seating area or tell them that they need more greenery! I tease that when I die they’ll come to my funeral !!!! Enjoy using them and absolutely sign up for their monthly service ( about $30 )- how wonderful to always drive a clean car! Also it’s been nice to know that you can elect to have vacuuming and detailing done while you enjoy a cup of coffee in the lounge. I hope you will love them as much as I do…

Fabulous I’m so impressed by how nicely detailed and the attention the staff put into my truck, I was told not to expect perfection since my truck was really badly damaged I have had my truck for 6.5 years with 7 kids and let me just leave it at that, but when I picked my truck up WOW what I got back was a brand new truck it was totally perfect and I will not go anywhere else I’m so impressed and pleased! Meh. The car wash was fine, but for $20 I thought I would get my car vacuumed, my interior windows cleaned and my dash wiped down. That is standard fare on Long Island. They have a detailing service, but is was a wait and an extra charge. I vacuumed the car myself, couldn't clean the windows, bought a $2 sponge to wipe down the dirty parts around the cupholder. 20 minutes and a good sweat later, it was better. Like I said, it was ok but pricy for a partial job. Not sure if I could find better on the Cape though.

I am a female who like my car clean... both exterior and interior. It doesn't matter who you are, they take pride in getting the job done. They always do an awesome job on my SUV. The staff there are always ready and willing to assist in helping out with what you'd like to get done and trying their best in explaining things. The customer service is a "A+" This is where I always come to get just a regular wash or my interior cleaned up (DIY) or by them. They are helpful, pleasant, friendly, and professional at the same time. I go no where else and I would definitely recommend.

One star because there is no option for “none”. Beside that their system makes small scratches on the paint, I had the front bumper of my 2001 XK8 damaged inside the car wash (I’m a very meticulous care taker of my car). They wouldn’t pay to fix at a body shop that I trust so I had to bring to the body shop that they work with. First time they had my car for one week and on the delivery day I noticed there was a scratch right by the head light. I reschedule to bring the car again one week later. They hold my car, believe or not, for another 3 weeks. Just went to pick it up the car today. The side light is lose on the bumper, it has bubbles and running paint where it was just painted and over spray on the head lights. Also, they didn’t align the bumper correctly and broke one of the hooks in he holds the bumper. I went to see the manager of the car wash and he told me there was nothing he could do and told me to complaint directly with the body shop. I don’t want to have my car there for another month so I’m just going to pay someone I trust to have it fixed right.

I always like going to this location and getting the $20 wash which has all the features you possibly need for washing your car without buying anything extra. Although my last visit, not just me, I had paid with a $20 bill and the machine glitched and wouldn’t let me through. I found out that other people were having the same problem and I had to go through and get the right wash after I had gone through once. This was a couple weeks ago, so I’m hoping it has been fixed, but it’s not gonna effect me in anyway cause they did try to deal with it in a fast and orderly way to keep things moving. I plan on coming by soon with my Prius to get one of those washes in the next couple days.

Production seems to be the top priority spent $20 on a car wash and half hour to clean the dirt after. 0 prep work like most car washes do to make sure the car comes out nice. Back of the car was filthy. Update. Went back for a free wash. Again no prep work other than the windshield. Came through with dead bugs all over the front and dirt on the back once again.

I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to no one , but if you have no choice just do the cheaper whoosh because it’s the same is the expensive one . and they don’t wipe your car after the wash although you paid 20 bucks the most expensive one. So take the cheaper one . Any way it’s same think !

I go to the Balise Car Wash in Hyannis on a year-round regular basis. It is an excellent drive thru style car wash with a variety of choices & options. However, where they really excel is in the personal detailing. (again a variety menu). The staff are very careful with my car, and when they have finished (usually about an hour) It always looks and smells great! Really nice people, too.

We just had 2 vehicles Detailed as we do every year at the end of our season in the Cape. They always do a terrific job. The cars look brand new & one is 27 years old! The management is excellent and the staff extremely good. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. We'd recommend them highly to anyone.

Disappointed with the complete interior clean. I wish they spent more time cleaning the seats than the inside roof of my car. I now have black sticky material falling from the roof into my air vents. I didn’t realize they were going to clean the roof I would have asked them not to and to focus on the seats. Now I’ll have to go someplace else

The people here are the difference. They performed the full detail on my 9 year old truck. It looks amazing. They cleaned the inside so immaculately clean that it looks new - I’m not kidding. The outside buff, wax and polish left the finish looking absolutely great. The value was a bargain. I only signed they’d have left the tip as an option on the credit card receipt, so bring cash for the tip and rest assured of you get the full detail that it will be money well spent

However, today I have a business starting up and my car has to be cleaned at all times. This is my first try and the guys are tremendous. Junior is very pleasant and helpful,amber was the first I approached and she has and incredible demeanor. The smile plus her response is so professional. Wilson was also there and he ensured everything was getting done. With this remarks you can tell am definitely coming back(but clean my car out first before I come,not that dirty anyways just kids car seat etc).
