WOW! I was putting my second car up for sale and wanted it to look at its best. I called Balise Car Wash early Saturday morning and spoke with a man who truly understood good customer service! He explained all that was included in the full service interior and exterior detailing. I had created the ads during the day and stated I would post detailed photos as soon as Balise was done. I was amazed at how beautiful and clean and showroom ready the jeep was Saturday afternoon. The first person who came and drove it made an offer and walked away with it. Thank you Balise and your team! I will do this again for my personal car this time!

I love the vacuums have very strong suction and I recommend the car washes that don't touch your car. I would not recommend golden nozzle for many reasons but that's a whole other review and I will make one golden nozzle will ruin your car and tell you it wasn't them

So much better than Golden Nozzle. It's not tight and muddy when you're going in an out and the attendants do a much better job prepping your vehicle not to mention they all seem to be very friendly and helpful!

I’m am extremely pleased with my recent experience with the Columbus ave location. We purchased a great family vehicle from balise a few months back. We were offered complimentary car washes for a few months . During one of those washes a side view mirror was blown off by the blower jets. (The mirror was probably an existing issue when we purchased the car). After going back and forth with many members of the balise team I finally got in touch with the operations manager of the car washes Tony deborroso. As soon as Tony stepped in he was extremely professionally and personally took care of our frustrating situation. Tony had our issue resolved within a day or two. I am extremely happy with the result that Tony and also Brian Rogowski from the ford dealership in Wilbraham provided! I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location after the dedication of excellence Tony has provided to myself and my family! Dan N.

Excellent detailing! For $59 you can’t beat the detailing they do. My car was full of dog hair that was everywhere and when it was finished there wasn’t a dog hair to be seen! My car came out very nicely. I will definitely be back monthly!

This is by far the best car wash around. I drive from Enfield to get my car washed here. Their wax really works. My car beads like crazy when it rains. Free vacuuming when you get a car wash. Good prices and great pricing for monthly passes. Well worth the drive. Also, friendly and helpful staff.

Good staff but my truck was to big... the story goes in my truck started through it got Suds Up but it didn't fit so the machine stopped they pulled my truck through the rest of the way and just gave it to me I had to beg and plead for them to take a hose and rinse it off or I would have been driving around with a Suds up truck and not know what to do so remember to fix things if you make mistake. Thank you.

Great sevice, they have free vacuums and detailing area if you want a full cleaning service. Just make sure you work your schedule cause vacuuming area can get crowded at some peak hours.

Very disappointed. I go there all the time with all my vehicles, I spend a lot of money on keeping my cars clean. The pride and quality has gone down tremendously. They used to walk around the car making sure it was 100 percent. I had my car detailed there yesterday and I had to literally point out several areas that we're missed ,I even had to do some touchups when I got home. I really wasn't happy with that experience.

My truck did not fit properly in the automatic wash as it is lifted with wider tires. Joshua (an amazing employee) saw this and instead of sending me on my way, he washed, and dried the truck by hand!!! Way to go above and beyond Joshua, give this man a promotion!!!! For the most part it’s not a bad place to clean my car. I have had issues before, where I paid for my car to be cleaned inside with the premium and they didn’t even clean the dashboard or cup holders and I had to pint it out to them.

Came to Balise for a full detail of my car. I went to Balise several years ago and they did such a good job with my car that I came all the way from Lawrence, MA to get another full detail for a vehicle I just bought. The previous owner took zero care of this vehicle, so I knew exactly where to go and I must say, they did not fail to impress. My car is looking brand new. These guys are pros. 1. They rush the cars through, one car in the bay and another car 5 ft behind you. 2. Even when you pay extra, for the premium wash it doesn't feel any different from the lower priced jobs. 3. The workers are extremely lazy and make little to no effort putting a brush on to your vehicle. I emphasize little to no effort! 4. You would think that a full sized pick up truck would get just a little more attention, wrong. 5. Gave it a 2nd shot with my wife's smaller vehicle and that thing didnt even see a brush and I paid for the premium package. Better off saving the money and trip and turn the car washing experience into a fun time with your family or friends. As you will more than likely do a better job than this car wash place and have fun while doing it. This place has the feel of a high tech facility but it is operated like some fast food joints: it presents well but the product in not as advertised. Balise, get this in order and have your staff work rather than being on cell phones and pushing buttons. **note** Their car sales experience was another story, a great one at that. This review does not reflect my car buying experience**
