I'm torn on this car wash. It is by far the best wash in Westminster, but I feel the quality of the employees has gone down over the past couple of years. I still have to wipe my car down when I get home which makes me wonder why I'm paying $20 for a wash and wheel clean.

For the money, the car wash did an excellent job both inside and outside of my truck (paid $31). I'm from Ellicott City and wish there was a similar car wash near me. In reading some of the other comments, I get the impression that some people are evaluating the car wash as if they were getting a full car detail. For the price and results, I rate the car wash five stars.

They do a good job. They offer a wash club program that is totally worth the monthly fee.. The owner Sean is a stand up guy and takes car of any and all issues that may arise. All three if my vehicles visit regularly..Highly recommended

I wish there was another option. The exterior wash is generally pretty good. Until they manhandle your wipers out of position. Brought this up in the past with the manager or owner and he blew it off. Then again yesterday I get back in the car and sure enough there's my wiper blade cockeyed again. You cannot lift these blades from the down position. Don't bother with the wheel clean add on or any kind of interior cleaning The wheels were hardly cleaned. Found a fuel door open as well a couple miles away. The last photo shows the only effort required to clean the wheel was a swipe with a finger. I'm done. I don't feel like buying a wiper transmission for the sake of getting a car wash.

The cleaning on the outside looks great. The vacuum job they did was too rushed. There is still dog hair and dirt on the floor, doors, and between seats.

Was there on Saturday and watched a guy take a knee on one of my front seats and when I got in the stitching had popped on that seat. I just had the factory front seats replaced with another pair that we're undamaged. I was told they must have been manufactured wrong to take it back to Honda. I will be contacting better business bureau and and attorney all over a $130 seat that they won't take responsibility for even though I have receipts showing when they were put in which was 6 months ago/ 900 miles. So tell me you think I don't care about a car I drive less then 2000 miles a year. Or that I wouldn't know that the stitching was popped. And on top of that they don't do anything to the inside even though they charge you for it! Dash was super dusty as if they just threw a paper towel on it along with the spiderwebs that were there before and after which is how I know they didn't wipe the dash very well. He also lied and said to me they don't sit or kneel on the sits which is a lie I watched them do it and think about it. How can you clean the inside of a car without touching the seats!!!?

Never been here before, I thought it was one of those self serve car washes until I pulled up. I just got the basic package for the outside of my car. Turns out that the $12 I spent was more than worth it. My car looks so shiny and almost new. Been getting compliments for days!!! I don't like that is isn't self serve but man do I love the way my car looks!

Filed a complaint with my vehicle and was told I'd be contacted in 6-12 days. Never heard back and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please respond to the Better Business Bureau on this issue.

These guys and gals did a 5 star job on an interior and exterior detailing and headlight restoration of my 2008 BMW. The owner pointed out there was a piece of loose interior trim on the rear driver's side door that they glued back on for me. (I forgot to warn them that piece might be loose!) He also gave me the name of a guy who does interior restoration and offered to get me the name of a guy who can find me replacement headlights. (They did a great job on the headlight restoration but unfortunately, the seals on the headlights aren't what they used to be and the interior of the lights are getting hazy from residual moisture.) Everyone was very friendly. My car hasn't looked this clean and shiny since I picked her up from the dealer 10 years ago. Will definitely be back !

I stopped going here because I would always get the top of the line wash, and I would add the brake dust cleaning, costing me over $30, and when I would pick my car up at the end, there would still be dead bugs all over my grille and hood, dirt haze all over the lower body, and my dashboard would feel like it was caked in oil. I got tired of having to call the manager over to see the problems, and just decided for myself that this carwash was no longer for me.

Took in my daughter's 2009 CR-V for the 4 HR. Interior Detail. When finished the Interior was "like brand new!" Cleaned places I would have overlooked. Outside was washed and inside had a fresh, new smell - could not have been more pleased. This is the third time I've used their detail services and have NOT been disappointed!

Wouldn’t reccomend. Took my car for an $18 wash and they did a lousy job. Smudges and dirt were present after the wash. I won’t leave a one-star review because the lady working the counter was helpful. Do yourself a favor and visit a self serve wash if you want the job done right.

Been there about three times and each time I have to re-clean my car. The interior still has dusty spots and dirt, and my windows have lots of streaks and dirt around the seams. For the price, I expect better results. I miss my BG's car wash in Glen Burnie!

Rude staff, not worth what you pay for the car wash. I got an exterior car wash and it is not clean. Will never go back. This was not the only time that I have been greatly disappointed and ripped off by this place. Beware of their employees reviewing their business as well. They were rude the past 2 times and my car wasn't clean either time.

They did a pretty good job with the outside of my car. It was super clean and shiny. Except there were still dry bugs caked on my exterior mirrors. I got the gold package. When I got in my car the dash was still dirty even go they’re supposed to dust it. And they didn’t do a very good job vacuuming as there are still tons of crumbs and odds and ends on my seats and floors. Kind of disappointed because I had heard good things about this place especially the pricing being so good. But I paid almost thirty dollars and left a ten dollar tip and didn’t get what I was supposed to.

[EDIT] After posting this I was contacted by the owner. He was very appoligetic and took full responsiblilty. The Owner was not onsite when this happened. Later I have gone back without making it known and have not experienced the same thing. Everyone has bad days and this was one of them for this company but they did everythig expected to resolve. So I have changed my rating. [Orginal Post] Been going here for years. Adequate service. They sometimes forget stuff and like to argue amongst themselves in front of the customer about the customer. Very bad practice and unprofessional.

Should have never stopped here. $30 car wash does not include cleaning rims??? Had to complain about that. Car wash did include wipe down of dash and interior.....which was not done. Dash was as dusty as before car wash. Go anywhere else, just not here
