Wasn't so good this time. I was trying to tell them that those rags they are using to clean inside windows cause streaking when the window dry. Guess he didn't appreciate what I was trying to tell him.... stopped working handed me the keys and walked away. Extremely rude!

Historic car wash located South of Washington DC on branch avenue before Iverson mall. Been going to this car wash since I was a little girl with my grandmother and my mom. Recommend you get there early if you're trying to do it around lunch time period. If you really love your car go for the package deal where they will buff and shine it yes it's a little costly but it's worth it to maintain your paint job, about $50!

This was the WORST car wash experience...my dad used to come here all the time and I thought Id follow his lead...BAD IDEA the vacuum and wipe down or lack there of was horrible (see pics). This is the reason a lot of businesses are closing "lack of quality service or product".

Pulled up at 5:20 after rushing from work to get here through DC traffic, only to be told they were closed. The posted hours say 5:30, the manager explained they can close their line whenever they feel......WILL NEVER patronize again …

The car wash is just ok. It's over priced and you have to get the most expensive package to get tire shine. ($30) The interior vacuum job was just a quick once over. Not thorough at all. They didn't even place my mats back in the floor correctly. And once you pay and wait for your car, you have to drive to another part of the parking lot to get the tire shine added which was another line because only one person is doing it. I won't be back.

I just left this place about 5 mins ago. Very bad service! I got OUTSIDE only for a reason as i walked out to my car they are inside wiping my windows why when i got OUTSIDE ONLY i said no windows to them and they walked away from my car without finishing the outside. I spoke with the Manager TWO MANAGERS whom did not seem concerns about my issue at all. I got outside only because i could not get my inside windows done because i just got them tinted. He told me we use a very mild cleaner and nothing should happen. I asked if something do happen what would be done about this. He said it was the driver fault because he should have told the guys OUTSIDE only never explained to me what would be done if anything happens. Very rude and unprofessional business done. One of the guys called me crazy because i has a problem with them doing my windows AFTER stating and paying $24 for what i got i didn’t get that. I paid for tire shine didn’t get that either. I will not be returning there and this was my first time going there. I am so unhappy with their work today. SMH

I went there today after buying a new car and just wanted to give the car a quick wash . I put change in the machine and started washing . I quickly realized the only setting that worked was the wax one , the foam brush produced absolutely zero soap and left my new car worse than before . I will not ever use this car wash complete waste of time and money

This has been around for a long time..this community to include myself have given this place alit of business... BUT it's the quality of personnel they employ...no not everyone, but it's always one out of the bunch... Waiting for my car I witnessed one of these employees just disrespect this woman walking with her child..I don't care about tenure, don't care how much money is being pulled in, that type of behavior is never to be tolerated!! So yes I calmly pulled him on it because I needed to know why...I will call and speak with the managers about this unexceptable conduct. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone..

I didn't care for this car wash at all my vehicle was damaged on 2 separate occasions and when I tried to speak with the person in charge he was quite rude. Didnt apologize or try to remedy the situation, instead he tried to say my vehicle was damaged prior to the wash!!! He was very disrespectful, and for the prices they charging my money will be put to better use elsewhere. They provide an excellent wash but their customer service is awful!!!

They got the job done but they rush too much and I had to MAKE one worker wipe my window until the streak was gone. I also noticed after I was long gone that a sticky sap like residue was still clearly on my trunk area. I paid 30.00 and I feel like regardless of what type of wash I chose, I should receive a thorough cleaning!!! My only advice is check your vehicle before pulling off.

Ok so went to this car wash was terrible just terrible... they don’t vacuum your car properly and if you don’t pay attention to the details they will get your money....And speaking with the management is even worse because they try to beat you down about there product( like all I wanted was a vacuum) and it wasn’t done right ....and to go back into line just to get that done again

Got to Sam's on Jan 20th 2018 @ 5:12 pm after driving 12 miles there to get my wife's car washed. When I get there @ 5:12 pm they say there closed and taking no more cars! Even though the guy saying it is standing next to their sign that reads "closes at 5:30 pm"! After trying to plead like an idiot to the guy to make an exception they still refuse me and the other 5 cars that were waiting in line with me. Yet after all of that the silver lining in all of this is that because I was turned away I was forced to find another car wash, which I did! Roy's Car Wash in Camp Springs washed my car better and cheaper than Sam's ever did! Sam's lost a once loyal customer and Roy's has got a new one!

Very HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went there around 5:15 and get the 25 dollar wash. They did not clean the inside of my car! I have to pictures to prove it. When I noticed everything I turned around and tried to get there as fast as I could. They were closed but the guy that work there was outside. He wouldn’t even look and expect my car to see they didn’t clean the inside. I have picture to prove it!!

They do an all right job for car washing but I always always always have to remind them to roll down the windows to clean the top glass of the windows. Also my sideview mirrors need to be dried as well. I should not have to get out of my vehicle and get towels to dry my own truck.

Decided to do a $30 car wash today. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the results at Sam's. Still have brake dusk on ALL four tires, bugs on the front of the car, and the dashboard seemed hardly touched, which meant it was still dusty. For $30, I expected much better.

Sam’s car wash is a little pricey but it is worth the extra money, they do a fantastic job when cleaning your vehicle! Do not know where the tire shine comes from but it keeps the tires looking great for days on end

Not to be confused with the other Sams Wash down the street which is full service, these are self car wash bays. Not many self car washes left, this one is open 24 hours, located right off a main street, has a lot of wash bays, never had an issue with soap or anything running out or not working, trash is always emptied. Lots of space to park, dry and detail your vehicle. $6-10 in quarters and a little work doing it myself gets me a way cleaner car than any full service or drive through wash. Granted, full service is fast and they do the inside.
