I live in Baltimore city but drive 35 minutes to Reisterstown road because Plaza car wash cleans my truck well. The last time I took it to them it had stains of pasta sauce and mulch, potting soil all over. When I got my truck back there wasn't a trace of marinara sauce on the seats. I'm very happy with the service they provide.

Been coming here for a while and have no complaints. They do a consistent job every time. Also no one seems to be able to clean my rims as well as they do. Maybe because they clean the car by hand. I also get my details done here and they do the best details out of every car wash I’ve tried. And I can’t seem to find too many HAND car washes anymore. Took my car to a machine car wash a block away and it didn’t come out the same. And my rims were still really dirty. That’s the last time I use a machine car wash.

Luis and his team did an extraordinary job cleaning the inside and outside of my suv. It hadn't been really cleaned in yrs, had vomit stains on the seats and the mats from two dogs, it was a mess! Plaza Hand Car Wash is by far the best hand car wash in Baltimore. If you want quality service then this is the place. When my car was done being detailed it felt clean not covered in the shiny stuff other car washes use to cover the dirt. You may pay a little more but at least your getting your money worth. My car is so happy right now!!! It had not been washed in such an outstanding way...ever. It had been 2 years since its last wash...2016 when I got the Hyandai Elantra. Did you know, my car was so covered in layers of pollen, tree debris, etc that when these fine people finished, the pearl cream color was almost a bright white! The inside, including trunk,had never been vacuumed....and I had moved 3 times in 1.5 years. SPOTLESS from the TLC that Plaza had given to this detail. I researched best car washes in Pikesville and Hunt Valley before I chose Plaza Hand Car wash, because all those 5 stars and wonderful comments out weighed the "other" car wash companies low star reviews. It was so worth the money. My car was radiant and so was I. My car was completely cleaned, tires dressed, wheels polished, dashboard, outside completely detailed; plus I bought a pair of New Wipers as I desperately needed them. I also bought this fantastic Universal Magnet Vent Mount there because I decided it's time to have my phone at a descent eye level instead of thrown on the seat when Google Map is telling me when to go. The waiting time for my customized purchase was a piece of cake. When I got there, a new employee in training came to my window with the kindest most beautiful smile. He really listened to me as I told him what I needed. I added a few add ons and the price was still so acceptable. I met Dominic when I went into the waiting room...again a great welcoming smile. I had to ask myself, am I really in Baltimore? Then there was Sam...ironically I was talking to a person at the post office prior to coming to Plaza who was Sam's neighbor!! Sam is a great conversationalist. "Great Business" man written all over him. If I could say one thing that would be a great addition to the waiting room, it would be a water cooler for the customer's use. Thank you so much to all the talented hands that washed and coddled my car!! I recommend this Hand Car wash to everyone...even if you don't live close. You will be pleasantly surprised at the way you are treated....like a guest.

Not sure why it's been such a struggle for me to find a decent, convenient, well-priced car wash in the Baltimore area. I was excited to see the reviews for this place, as most other car washes I've looked into have average/poor reviews. I'll start with the good: the exterior of my car looks amazing and they did an excellent interior vacuum job. The employees are very friendly. The bad: I purchased package #2: $30 for exterior wash, interior vacuum and window cleaning. It took AN HOUR. I arrived at noon on a weekday, which I wouldn't think is a peak time. I also was disappointed to get back in my car to see there was still dust all over my steering wheel, dashboard, gear shifter, etc. For $30 and a full hour wait. they can't even take 1 minute to wipe down the interior surfaces? To be fair, the menu does specify window cleaning and vacuuming only, but personally, I think that a simple wipe-down should be included with any basic interior cleaning. Where I'm originally from on Long Island, I pay half this price at the local car wash, and even on busy days, I'm out of there in 15-30 minutes, my car is sparkling, and the inside is vacuumed AND wiped down! Baltimore really needs to step up its car wash game. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with their work, I just feel that for the price and wait time I should be ecstatic with how my car came out, and I'm just not. I probably won't be back and will have to keep saving my car washes for trips home to NY. Update: To the owner who replied to this review in their usual snarky fashion, ever consider that acting professional and being respectful of your customers will help you win them over, and reflect well on your business? You are embarrassing yourself and burning bridges with customers (and from what I see, some previously very loyal customers) by responding to any slightly negative review like a spiteful teenager. Any desire I had left to give your car wash another try was just eliminated by your terrible attitude. Best of luck.

I paid $85 I left my truck there for 3 hours, the inside of my truck wasn't cleaned my 17 month old shook milk on the seats and door and it was still there I had to ask one of the washers for a cloth to clean it, after observing the entire truck the rims were still dirty I had a wedding to get prepared for and didn't have time to go back in, I really think that for the top pricing paid , my truck should have looked show room ready.

Highly dissatisfied with the services I received. After paying EXTRA for basic things like to have my cup holders cleaned they gave me my car back with u those thing untouched. They did NOT clean my rims until i said something and even than did a very poor job. And they never cleaned the inside of the windows. They left trash in the console. This is hands down the best car wash place in Baltimore. The quality of work done is always great and they make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Might be a bit wait time during peak season, e.g. pollen week, but they let you know the wait time and there are stores across street to kill time. The wait area is nice with TV and wifi coverage. I'm Dissapointed in the quality of work, poor attention to details. I have taken my MB convertible here a couple of times and they did a great job. This last visit I took my daughter's small SUV, Ford Escape. The manager up charged me $2 for the SUV, and $5 to clean the door jams, no problem. However they didn't clean doors, left dirt on them, dirt on the tail end bumper and didn't bother to clean the inside of the 3 rear windows. I called, no answer, no returned message ... no repeat business.

They do both interior and exterior service, and they have a great deal if you get both together. I got the interior service yesterday on our Corolla. When I brought my car in, the interior was completely covered in dirt, leaves, mud, pet hair, and dust. Now, it looks brand new. You can watch their awesome crew through the window in the lobby rolling through each step of the process - cleaning, washing, scrubbing, vacuuming - they pay attention to detail, and they're efficient. The owner, Sam, is a great guy. You can tell he cares about his customers. I had a good conversation with him waiting in the lobby, and I'm posting this because I want other people to support this business. Sam will make sure that you're happy with what you get, and he stands by his work. These are the kinds of small to medium sized businesses that make America a great place to be. This is the way businesses should be run. If you're exceptionally nice to people, and you do everything in your power to ensure your customers' satisfaction, they'll come back. I’ve been coming here for years now! They pay attention to detail and are truly a hand car wash/detailing business! You will not leave this car wash with new souvenirs (scratches) due to an automatic car wash pre hand cleaning! They also take the time to wash your car properly and do not rush even on a busy day, so be patient. If you do have a problem or see the rare missed spot, the guys have no issue with taking care of it until you are satisfied. Your car is not just “money!” They take the time to remember their customers. There is also a point system that can save you on future car washes if you become a regular customer. If you're like me, then you've probably wondered, "Are all these little upgrades worth it, and what exactly ARE the products doing for my car?" Sam and Dominic (work inside) are both educated and know what types of products you need for what you're trying to accomplish. I moved to Baltimore from Brooklyn, NY and I asked around to find out where the best car wash is; I don't need to look anymore. I'm sold. The entire staff is professional and courteous, from the first associate that greeted me to the last guy on the line. I bought the regular wash and my car looks awesome.
