The ultimate wash is probably the best option to take, but it only deals with the exterior. If you want the interior done, you need to talk with them about detailing. There are vacuums there for you to use, but just make sure you have quarters. The ultimate wash made my car look great, but they didn't fully dry down the car after it came out. I think it's a good price for a pretty decent wash.

I searched on the web for a place that offers to wash the engine (under the hood) of a car and Kenilworth Car Wash was the only one in my area that provided such service. So, I drove for about 30 min to get to this place and all I can say is the trip was worthwhile. The moment I got there, the workers greeted me and directed me to the area where they wash the engine. After I paid $25, they started to wash the area under the hood and the whole process took about five minutes or so. They use an effective method where they apply various washing chemicals and high-pressure steam/water washing tools to remove dirt and other substances from the parts and hard to reach areas. What I appreciated the most about their service is the fact that they stop and ask you to come see the wash and check with you if you are satisfied with wash before they conclude the service. I was very satisfied with the service and my car’s area and parts under the hood looks very clean! Just know that you more likely need to get the outside of the car washed (separate service) after you get the engine washed in order to drive off with a very clean car inside and out.

If there is negative rating system here in google, i would submit that. Worst service ever i got. Car wash is not done at all. Also no interior clean let alone exterior clean properly. After was Car wipe is not done properly too. I will never go any more in this car was!!

I was very pleased with my service at Kenilworth Car Wash. I was looking for engine steam cleaning along with interior and exterior detailing for an older car. I was met with courtesy and professionalism. I rode in with a very dirty car. The engine cleaning, interior shampooing, exterior wash/wax and tire cleaning were very good. I rode out with a shiny clean car inside and out. The prices are very reasonable for the work performed.

Would give 5 stars but the console and dash weren't cleaned as well as I thought they'd be there's bits of dust and debris left over. Seats and everything else cleaned very well!!! Car smells fabulous!! Will definitely go again

Went for the detail wash. The people who clean are not professional. They gave me the car with scratches inside and the liquid went inside the audio system screen making the marks permanent. Complete disappointment!

Very very disappointed service. I took the ultimate wash but got the worst service ever!! No proper cleaning and wiping!! In that package, there is Tire shine, but nothing is visible.I will never take my car in this place nor recommend any one to go for car wash!!

So the lady was really nice and helpful. I got the complete detailing (seat and mat shampoo, interior cleaning, vacuuming, etc) and the ultimate car wash which included wax etc. initially when i saw my car i was very happy. seats and floors were clean and the exterior was shiny and spotless. After i drove off to my next destination, i started noticing little things. For one, i had to go over my dashboard and cup holder because there was still dust and some dirt. There’s still dirt and some coffee stains between the seats. And that’s just from the front of the car that I’ve taken the time to look at. Maybe I’m being picky, but i spent $150 and i would have appreciated EVERYTHING to be clean and nearly spotless. $150 isn’t cheap money. Overall I’m happy that majority of my car is cleaned, i just wish that i didn’t have to do more cleaning on my own.

One star is even too much for them- I paid an expensive price for my car to be washed they only wipe it down on the outside with nothing done on the inside that I really needed to be cleaned. What a great experience! I took my car in for an interior detail, as the backseat was covered in dog hair and slobber. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they did a great, thorough job with my car. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. Getting your car washed isn't necessarily a fun chore, but Kenilworth Car Wash made it completely painless. I highly recommend.

Update: just got the highest level of wash again, which included tire shine. I saw the tire shine light on in the automated wash, so I assumed it was going on. Got home, and there was just one spot of tire shine on one tire. This needs to be fixed.

Recently, I took my vehicle to Kenilworth Car Wash for detailing after a not so pleasant experience with an Uber customer. The Kenilworth Car Wash provided a detailing package that restored my car to new. The technician shampooed the carpet all over back to newness and wiped down my leather seats to its luster. When finished, the outstanding supervisor inspected the job to ensure the highest quality assurance. She assured me that if it was not the highest of standard the technician would continue until I was satisfied. This is the type of customer service which makes an individual give repeat business. Thanks Freda for your professionalism and customer service . It's a job well done. My 2017 KIA Sportage looks new again.

The people are very understanding. My first time there I was confused about the survices they provide because they provide so many services for can AND truck and everything in between. I was the seat shampoo was a little cheaper (it's $85 alone) however what ever you can afford is well payed for I'm extremely happy and will definitely be coming back for another wash

I am selling my car and it smelled like dog, so I wanted to get the interior shampooed and cleaned. When I first arrived I was greeted by the manager (owner?) who quoted me $85, which I was happy with since their website said services start at $80. He said they would try their hardest to get all the dog hair out. The cleaning took a little over an hour and the car looks phenomenal- there are no dog hairs left anywhere on the carpets or the seats. Everyone was super friendly, and they even gave me their wireless password so I could work while I waited. I would definitely recommend these guys. The facilities aren't as five-star as some places, but they do great work for the price.
