This Car Wash is included in the category of Car wash.
Great equipment but ALWAYS packed. Unless you go after 12am...
Nice to be able to use credit cards (especially since the alternative is tokens). Can pause timer while you wash.
Perfect spot to wash a car , very relaxed atmosphere no rush , they take cash and credit very good competitive prices
I drove my car through the drive through and when finished the car was almost as dirty as it went it. Windows were smeared. Could wipe dirt off with my fingers. Very disappointed. I should be able to get a refund. Wasted $12. Will call tomorrow to register my complaint.
There's always a problem with the automated car wash
Good place to wash your car. Lots of space and machines.
This is a good place for car washing. You can choose from and automatic wash or hose the car yourself. They also have vacuum cleaner machines. And the best part is that it's not pricey at all
Please maintain your equipment. One of the rinse hoses has a gash in it. I got soaked trying to use it.
Very convenient, but line for automatic wash is usually a wait.
Nice place. People guides u where to go. They get busy but there is order. Priced very well and the place is clean. Equipment always working.
I love washing my car and keeping it clean this place has everything you need to do so.
Convenient and easy to access many stalls for self wash and short lines for the 2 drive through
Could be cheaper but the best for the price in the DC metro area.
Some times it's great sometimes it's not. When all the equipment works it's pretty nice but every now and again it's broken so... a little more maintenance would help this place.
Great car wash. Me and my dad come here to clean our cars every weekend together. The laser wash is amazing !!!
Excellent car wash with excellent customer service. I've been going here for about 6 months now, and my experience has been fantastic every time. There has been just one instance where I had trouble with one of the automatic wash bays, but even then, one of the staff (Benjamin) helped get it sorted out promptly. Highly recommend.
Nice place and good staff to get your car washed!!!
Clean car rides better. Been to the car wash on two occasions. Do it yourself car wash.
Good place to wash your car with fair price
You guys. Go here. I live in NE DC and there's nowhere good to vacuum you're car so I drove to college park. The vacuums were great for the price ($1/3 mins). Unfortunately for me, my car battery died in the lot. The employees were kind enough to help me jump my car. So I decided to wash it too and the self serve car wash was easy and effective. If you go, don't expect them to jump your car ( and hopefully they don't have to) but it's a testament to how nice, attentive and helpful they can be. Thanks a ton guys.
Had a great experience here today. All the staff was so helpful and helped me find what I needed. One employee even helped me move my stroller and some other car accessories over to another station so I could shampoo my carpet. Another employee, Ben, was attentive and friendly and helped me with everything else I needed. Loved the customer service and the services at this car wash. Will definitely be back!!
Hey guys when I was washing my car I swiped a credit card it count 5$ After one day I check it was pending for process from my card to your business account but after three days they minus $19.50. I just used for ten minutes, Few weeks ago I had the same issue but I ignored that time and now it did again,
Alot of cool cars come thru
I use the self service par of the car wash. I've been a customer for years. Nice place to get the car cleaned up. Price for self service is reasonable. I get there early to avoid the crush of people. It is a popular spot.
This is the only dang touchless carwash in the region. Trust me I've tried and looked everywhere. The owner actually changes the filters for the water, the machines are actually usually maintained. The touchless system will never do as good of a job as someone rubbing the car down physically but it's good enough to maintain a wax. I've also noticed whatever soaps they have don't seem to break down car wax very easily. The only complaint I have is that the place is incredibly crowded much of the time.
Pretty good all around so it yourself, open 24 hours so that's good. Staff is great
i preferred using the self-wash to the touchless automatic car wash. it was much easier to use than i thought and was great to target the areas that needed extra cleaning. i will be back!
The facilities and service may be phenomenal but the business can be a nuisance at times. I live on an apartment near the place and every day during the daylight and evenings I hear loud music and excessive revving from the carwash. Could you guys please ban loud music on your business. I'm sure the noise from the carwash violates the town's and county's noise control ordinance as I can literally feel my desk and windows shaking whenever your customers blast their obnoxious music. Please do something about this
One of the Best... I pass up 3 car washes to go there.
Good Management quick reply! Went there on Sunday It did not work most probably I was new could not use it properly. Thankful to management for refund. Next time will go again. :)
I actually had the best experience. I walked up to this wall of machines to turn dollars into tokens, and I just stood there reading things for a minute or so before someone asked if I needed any help. I appreciated that they didn’t assume anything at the start, gave me a solid moment, and then offered assistance. Actually, one of the guys that owns the place was extremely friendly, conversational, and just generally a really pleasant person. I kept asking questions because I hadn’t gone to a car wash and actually physically done things all on my own before. It was actually kind of fun and the guys were so kind about everything. I’m definitely going back. It’s as cost effective or expensive as you decide to make it; I can wash my car for $2 if I wanted to, or I can spend $20. Definitely recommend.
Here everything works. It Is my favorite.
Love the laser wash!!!
Best self serve car wash in the area. It does get busy so you have to pick your timing wisely. I usually go around 11pm and after and have never had any issue.
It's very nice and clean it gets a bit crowded on weekends but it's pretty good
It is not often rush. The staff are helpful if you could find them. I was new and only could get help with the automatic washing and could not get help with other machines.
The touchless car wash is cheap starting at $7 for around 5 minutes of your time in hot soap, water, and an air dry. It goes up to $15 if you are interested in more options, but I don't think it's worth it. Not like a buffer or scrubbing or anything. There are also stations for hand washing your car with soap and a high pressure hose. There are air pumps and vacuums around too. This is literally the only place you can get your car washed here. Pretty funny in those regards. Definitely not the best car wash I've been too.
So I had to wait in line for 5 minutes just to speak with anyone. Upon speaking with an employee, I was redirected to the self-cleaning line, which I specifically told him I didn't want - I wanted the drive through. He didn't understand me because he doesn't speak English. When I figured this out, I was already boxed in by the lines and had to wait another 10 minutes just to get out. After that I got frustrated and left. I spent 15 minutes here and didn't even get my car washed.
This is one (if the not the only one) great place to wash your car! The quality of the chemicals used here is amazing! Been washing my car in VA for years now but I feel like the job done wasn't enough... There was always dirt left on my car and the car wasn't shiny... but now that I found this gem I'll be coming here to wash my baby so it can be shiny again.
Clean and fresh car wash. Professional attendant
Great Customer Service, I am glad there is someone who actually reads the reviews, caring people.
Great self service.
decent place, but the machines dont always work. It took some money and I walked around trying to find a worker for 10min but no one was around.
Good job
Glad I found this place. Will never pay anyone else to wash my car again! Best self car wash in PG.
I love the touchless drive thru! Sometimes, I'm just tired after work. They have small vending machines if you were in need of other cleaning material. Clean atmosphere.
I love coming here to wash my car. Especially when is not crowed because I can take my time. The quality is good and there is always someone to help which make me feel safe too. I always recommend this place to family and friends.
Laser wash is nice and quick However weekends are busy
Nice car wash. I like how they have touch less drive thru that would not scratch your car. Price is very reasonable. The line was a little long but worth the wait. Drove 20 minutes here too.
Excellent pricing and fast service
Great place to wash your car or get it washed by the automatic car wash.
Always busy, recent deep price increase
Great DIY car wash solution @ reasonable price w/ pay vacuum stations.
Well kept self carwash with brushless drive thru prices are good.
I love this place for the self-service part of the wash, nothing else like it around. The other week I decided to try their touchless automatic wash, since I was tired of regular ones always scratching up my wheels, and it was probably the least effective automatic car wash I've ever gotten. I was really surprised, I mean afterward I could run my finger along the car and pull up dirt as if I hadn't even washed it. I still give them 4 stars because I really only come here for the self-service wash.
Best car wash in the area
In terms of car washing I guess I am really a newbie with zero self-serving experience but the manager was very helpful and kind, and showed me tricks and stuff. Will definitely go back for more car wash!
Great service even though it was packed. Didn't quite dry the car but it's so cold I'm not surprised
Place is closed and no notice on there web page. I drove out just for this place to be closed. Horrible customer service.
It's always a pleasant experience. I go here with my boyfriend when he just wants a wash between details to his vehichles.
The only self-serve carwash around! (So there's a line. Chill).
Back again
Honestly the real reason I come here is to go through the drive through car wash with my daughter who loves it! I can’t speak to the self-serve part, but the automatic wash is a bit pricey but pretty good
I love this place on a weekday. Not crowded and I can take my time.
Self car wash is better then then touchless wash
Best car was in the area and vacuums are excellent
One of the few automated car washes that actually does a good job of washing a car. I have never found missed dirt spots on or around my car. Vacuums are pretty good. Sometimes I struggle to get it off my carpet. But at least all the dirt and debris is sucked out.
Great facility. Always crowded. Sometimes the wait is 20-30mins. Price is affordable.
I drive coast to coast for my job, so I visit a lot of car washes. This place was, by far, hands down the best self-service (I did not try the automatic wash) car wash I have ever been to. Not only was the property sparkling clean and new (and had a maintenance guy on staff!) but the machines worked well and all the soap and wax functions worked perfectly. Easy in/out location as well with ample room to park for drying off/other detail work. I will drive out of my way to visit this location when I am in the DC area again.
Great College Park, MD carwash offering self wash and automatic options. The carwash is set off of Route 1, visible from the road. On busy days the line can extend all the way to the road. The car wash has vacuums and shampoo stations, with vacuums located directly in front of each self wash bay, as well as more to the sides. The self wash bays have pressure wash guns, tire and wheel brushes, soft bristle soap brushes, and air dryer guns. Self wash costs one token per minute, or can be paid by swiping a credit card, with tokens costing about a dollar each as of this review. There are machines to get tokens with cash or credit cards, and vending machines with car care products. Automatic washes are $7-$13, plus or minus, as of this review, with varying levels of service.
Favorite carwash but avoid weekends/evenings like the plague....unless you w a n t to show your car off
I paid $13 for ultimate wash with my card. Nothing happend when I got inside the wash entrance. I'm going there later this week to get a refund. Not going to have my money robbed.
Not 24 hours - closed - a wasted hour round trip from DC -- the doors to the touchless wash say "Open 24 Hours" right on them but they're closed, there are cones in front of the lanes, there's no one here to help, and the website says it's open. A waste of time to cone from DC since there's no way to confirm whether this 24 hour touchless wash is actually open
Great car wash.I drive all the way from DC to wash my car here. You have the option to wash it yourself or do the touchless carwash if your short on time.
Nice for a quick wash. All machines are usually working. Really busy on weekends.
Surprisingly great, and well worth the drive from D.C. I took my Audi Q3 that hasn't been washed since before winter and drove it through the touchless automated bay. There was a ton of grime, salt, and other junk prior to going in and easily 95% of it came right off when pulling out. Paid $13 for the highest level wash, which only took a few minutes to complete after a very brief wait for the person ahead of me. I drove over to a vacuum spot so I could clean the insides of my windows and do some very light touch-ups of bird poop that didn't totally come off the outside. Easily wiped off with a cloth, showing that the sprayers in the automated bay did well in removing most everything. Vacuums are nice, high quality, and extremely powerful. It's $1 for 3 minutes and I would up paying $4 for 12 minutes since it was quite a wreck inside. Not bad. Would highly recommend making the drive out here. Touchless worked very well, and the manual self-wash bays looked well maintained and supplied. Check the webcam on their website for an idea of the line before going. It can get crazy!
Staff very helpful at the car wash
Place of my choice for washing car manually! Always get hold of Rafael who help you a lot with anything you may need.
$14 for a full drive thru wash and wax. Good value.
The hands free wash does a great job. If you have a black car, it is the place to go.
Shoddy quality! Waited forever in a long line for the automatic wash. Got the most expensive option ($14). Car came out not clean in many places and the rear end was not rinsed well. Not with it!
Easy access; easy to use; great options to choose from!
Always crowded! People block the entrance and exit while wiping their car dry!
Nice spot....everything works well
Hands down the best self service car wash in the DMV area! I literally travel all the way from Northern Va to wash my vehicles here! I really wish the owner of this establishment would expand. Would love a location closer to home, but for now I’ll keep on making the trip.
It's it a good place to wash your car when you're in a hurry, they have all the equipment that one can hope for, however some of it wasn't working properly when I went there. One of the reasons I went there was that they had the option to pay with credit card but that day wasn't available. In overall it was an ok experience.
Simply wow! Hands down best self serve car wash in all dc metro area! Everything is in a great shape, all chemicals present (compared to other car washes). Vacuums sucking strong, pressure wash guns have great pressure and use actual Hot water. Yeah, and should I mention the price?? Lower than in the country (Richmond VA) where I used to live. Can't you tell I'm so pleased, I will be driving up here for car washes from Northern VA
Love this place! Talk to an employee when you get there the first time, they'll explain how to get token for vacuuming your car and other nuances. I use the automatic wash and my car looks great every time.
Automatic car wash- paid for the most expensive option but the car left very dirty still, probably worst wash I’ve ever had. To top it off, the place is full of riced out honda civics just loitering about so it’s pretty difficult to leave as they block the exit. Not sure what the positive reviews are about
I was amazed this past week how busy this car wash was. I pass by multiple times daily, and it was always packed. The staff was doing a great job of handling the crowd and directing traffic into the business. I thought for sure they would be out of chemicals and by this time would be just water. However I decided to stop early this morning anyway, to try it out before they got busy. All I can say is WOW! I definitely agree with others here who have commented on there quality. Not only were they not out of soap and wax, etc., the quality was top notch. You can tell there is pride in ownership here. Anything or place worth going to, you’ll always find a line. Now I see why this car wash is always busy. I rate it as the best quality self service wash I have ever been to. I have to give a big thank you to the owner and staff for the quality of this car wash.
Clean and they have a convenient accuracy air pump right outside of the carwash. Came in handy.
You can clean your car really good here
Problem solved. The owner responded very quickly and asked me to go there again tomorrow. So I’ll see how things going. The problem seems to be that I should have pulled over my car a little bit forward. ————————— I tried the drive-thru service, but after pouring water to my car, the service was over. So I paid 14 dollars to get my car wet. That’s all. Also, there was no staff who can help me solve the problem, and the payment machine could not print out the receipt. How can I get my money back or at least get the paid service? I called but was turned to leave a message. I did whatever I can. Hope there could be a solution.
Good in a pinch. Have your own quarters for vacuum it doenst take cards
do not go to this car wash. the line takes FOREVER and i can’t stand waiting here for 30 minutes behind two cars. i’m never coming back again!
Charge slot machine needs update for hand-wash area. Drive thru is good.
Three other people blasting music out of there vehicle and one revving his motor constantly. I was the only one approached and told I had to turn my music off. When I mentioned all the others he said he was going to talk to them also. He approached one and talked and laughed with him a few minutes, then the guy just turned it down, but right back up few minutes later and thats all that was done.
I’ve been using this place for the past five years it’s very convenient place to wash your car and inexpensive. The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place highly great car wash place and very cheap self car washing place
Literally so thankful for this place! Drove from north Alabama to Greenbelt and my car was an absolute mess after driving through the snow etc. went through the touch less car wash and it got my Infiniti Q50 spotless!! Love the fact that it doesn’t use brushes etc! Will go here for the remainder of my time in MD!
I went late night, never have problems with lines, however, not sure if any of the washes do a job under the car to remove salt from winter snows, and road filth. I would appreciate a response to that. Most washes seem to do body of cars.
Always filled but thats cause it's a good popular car wash. You can do it manually or through the laser car wash drive.
They are ALWAYS busy. We went through the automatic wash for the $10 version. I wish it had dried my car more because there were some water spots. But yay for a clean car!
Pretty good touchless wash. Always packed on the weekends so plan your trip accordingly.
It took at least 1 hr just for me to NOT get a chance to wash my car. I pulled up to the self-serve section at 11:20am. At 12:30pm, I had to make a U-turn and leave because people take too much advantage of their own time. People who are waiting patiently for over an hour to wash their own car have other places to go. Extremely frustrating.
I have been using this for several years now! You have tons of options here. I love the do-it-yourself manual wash stations (I think 3 or 4 bays). rinse, soap-brush, power-wash etc. you pick one and switch in the middle.. no problem. each coin ($1 each) gives 1:30 min I believe. with 3 coins I have done, all of the above. if you think the soap is still there, add another coin and you are done! Pros: long lines on weekends and evenings. pick non-busy hours and it will be a breeze.
This place was pretty awesome for a touchless car wash. We went through and got the top package which was $13 bucks, and it really did a pretty great job at cleaning the car off and covering it with some protectant coating. The laser machine is extremely cool and it was fun just to sit in the car and let it do its thing. The whole wash took maybe five minutes? There was a line, but thankfully it moved relatively quickly since everything is automated. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the fact that it is touchless which has its limitations. While our windshield was MOSTLY clean (we drive between DC and NYC a lot, so lots of bugs), it wasn't completely clean. Also, obviously you don't get an interior clean or anything though they do have some manual machines there to do your vacuuming. Still very cool and effective if you're looking for a touchless car wash that you can go to 24/7!
This place is as advertised. I just moved to the area and was looking for a simple place with open bays where I could self clean my car with a pay vacuum and later spray hose for the mats and self car wash. I rolled in and took a while to clean out all the cereal, trash and everything else my kids layered in my car after a summer of use. No line, wasn't rushed. The staff there was awesome and helpful - friendly and I did not feel rushed out. Ben (one of the staff members there) was awesome and helpful and even though I didn't need much there was friendly staff on hand if I did. They also have automatic car washes and other services there which I really didn't need but its available. It was hard to find a simple self service car wash in the area and this was the place. I'll be coming back here to clean my car the next time it is needed.
I'm always able to clean my car nicely here. The only problem I have with it is that it's always overly crowded.
