Total and complete rip off, paid for the automatic car wash and the door opened for 2 seconds (not enough time to drive in, so I had to pay a second time, this time it allowed me to enter however after the car wash the dryer never turned on so my car came out wet so I had spots on it once it finally dried...the worst part is that there is absolutely no contact name or phone number so If you want a refund or complain tough luck. Also I have to say it looked like that big metal swivel that roams around your car was unstable so you could imagine if something goes wrong you'd have absolutely no one to contact unless you start investigating the owners...it says a lot about a business that doesn't list any contact info...buyer beware.

Always charged me with extra 7$. Water pressure it's too low. If you want to change 5 or 10 bills in quaters, make sure you get back the same amout of money!

The automatic car wash machine took my money and then stated "out of service" and would not let me enter car wash. Tried knocking on doors, calling phone number......No response. Total waste of money.

Automatic car wash did a poor job, even when I purchased the super wash. After the wash, still crud stuck the the bottom panel, and a few other places where not clean. It basically rinsed my car with soapy water.

RIP OFF The bay car wash uses a credit cars swipe system and tells you to press the button to stop the charges This is twice this place ripped me off and charged me 10.00 for 2:45 wash!! And of course they don’t answer their phone or have any voicemail. AVOID
