Well I went at night and the car wash was $14 and it ate one of my dollars while giving it back to me...it did an alright job cleaning my car off but I think a $14 or $15car wash, because it ate my dollar should definitely clean a car!

The big car wash with the giant squeegees scratched up my ride. The touchless wash didn’t even initiate the under carriage rinse. For 18 bucks it should’ve blasted underneath. The do it yourself bays are really the best way to go. Little overpriced though considering you only get about seven minutes. I know the big wash says “ not responsible for damage.” Though if it scratches up your ride you should get a free detailing after!

Vaughn did such an amazing job on my car - I thought it was a lost cost with how the seats and carpet were. Two years of dirty shedding cattle dog, hiking, fly fishing, coffee spills, mud, etc was no match for Auto Shine.

Auto Shine Windham takes great care of my vehicle. The top wash leaves my vehicle looking shiny and clean for over a week. The wash attendants are friendly and helpful. Planning to take my vehicle in for a detailing service soon!

Customer service is always important no matter what & regardless of excuses. We all have busy lives and when it comes to recognizing, seeing and acknowledging other cars in line that need their cars to be washed, they are also important. Not just 1 friggin car!! It doesn't take much to loose customers. To be rude is one thing, but not saying anything or what not..that's beyond rude. Not real customer service. Either be a responsible staff member that's willing to keep their job or quit your job, go somewhere else and move on.

Not only was the guy that asked "what do I want" rude, the finished product of a $15.00 car wash was pretty terrible. I still had salt all over the front and rear of my car!!

Not a great experience. The debit card on the self serve bay didn’t work had to use cash. Very expensive $4 for 5-6 min barely enough time to even get it rinsed. The touch free wash was too expensive $13 for a basic wash really? And it didn’t even do a very good job. Change machine didn’t work. Go to scrub a dub and get a monthly membership for $15 and the vacuums are free. Would have given it less than 2 stars but the vacuum worked well although that was too expensive as well only 2 minutes for a dollar. Won’t go back!!

I have always gone to raymond and used their touchless carwash, went to windham to give it a shot and will not be back $18.00 for the "best" and have my car still come out with dirt ect on my new vehicle, the quality is not there, go to raymond if you want a 4 dollar cheaper flawless wash!

Do not use your debit card in the self serve bays, when the alert telling you you have less then a minute left it wont let you renew your time. You have to start over at the higher rate. Also what type of business refuses to answer their phone? I'm assuming they get a lot of complaints and dont wont to deal with them, definitely wouldn't trust them with my vehicle

Unbelievably slow. The automatic wash took 15 minutes for each car. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes now waiting to have my car washed. I can’t leave because I’m sandwiched between 2 cars and there’s a line of cars so long that the exits are blocked. There’s still 2 cars ahead of me, so I expect it will take 1 hour to get my car washed.
