If your car has dirt on it they won't wash it. Doesn't make sense to have a car wash if you don't clean cars.

Never had an issue at this place. The car wash is quick and convenient and even oil changes are very thorough albeit they can take longer than your average quick change. If anything I do wish the wash would be open later hours/open earlier as often this is best time for me to swing in. The convenience of multiple locations is a plus as well. Packages start at 15$ and upwards depending on the options you select but the basic package will suit you just fine. Remember vacuums are free!

I went in tonight just to clean my floor mat real quick. I knew the car wash closed at 7 but most car washes vacuums and stuff still work after hours. I stuck my mat in the cleaning machine and it was on so great! Clean and leave and come back for a wash. A girl walked by me and rolled her eyes, went in and TURNED IT OFF in the middle of my mat being in it and walked outside and said ‘they are off’ okay fine. I asked if there was a way to get my mat out, she kept walking and ignored me after I attempted more than once to speak to her. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The best new car wash of all the Xpress places yet! They even have a car mat all-in-one washer & dryer machine that you can deep clean your dirty car mats. Excellent ideas, clean parking lot, get oil changed too, powerful vacuums and the automatic wash brush system is very thorough. Buy the car wash club membership to get most value out if it! **Never pull too close behind another vehicle, as this is a conveyer belt (drive in neutral) drive-thru wash.

Scary as Hell!!!! When reaching the end of the conveyor the car in front stopped and the conveyor kept on pushing us into them. If I didn’t put the car in reverse and jump the track we would have collided. They need a sensor or something to stop the system if a car stops.

A thumbs up to this establishment and the employees who help to make it run smooth/efficiently for my family and friends. We've been using their services since the day after they opened for business. Anyone who has taken the time to get to know the individuals/Management who run this location or to offer a simple good morning or a hello would be aware just how nice these individuals really are. The Valvoline Oil Change is actually owned by someone different than the Xpress car wash. The sale took place prior to the opening of the Car Wash. With every business establishment there are rules that we sometimes aren't in a position to clearly understand but for reasons certain things may become unavailable for use depending on the circumstances at hand ie "Bad Weather" etc. The monthly fee for the Car Wash is indeed for the Car Wash. What a wonderful perk to be allowed FREE access to vacuum cleaners as back in the day (not too long ago) the biggest concern was running out of Quarters before the vacuum would shut off leaving you with a car half vacuumed. Understandably so, bad weather warrants the vacuum cleaners to be unavailable due to potential operational problems which would then make them unavailable on a beautiful day like the beautiful Sunday that we were blessed with today. Just as when there is a possibility of a potential hazard to ones vehicle sometimes it is necessary to place Orange Cones blocking access. This happens in many businesses and even out on public property. Yes, it does cause an inconvenience at times for many of us but what other reason would a business want to place Orange Cones out to block access unless there was a perfectly good explanation. Making the decision to exit your vehicle and move the Orange Cones is of poor judgement and to seek out confrontation with the employees/management by parking your vehicle and going inside takes it to the extreme. Those who are unable to physically get out and hand wash their vehicles, what a wonderful place to have access to. Please keep doing exactly what your doing because the other 99.9% of Bossier thinks your awesome!

I stopped at the car wash ( I also used their oil change services) as I have done many many times before but after today they will no longer have my business and everyone I know will be informed about the incompetence of the people that work there namely the supposed owner Anthony. As the car wash was open today and it is not raining, I took my car through the car wash. Part of the car wash is to use their free vacuum and cleaning services. After I paid for my car wash (there were no signs up to notify me that the vacuums and other cleaning services were not available) I was told I could not use the vacuum because “there’s another wave of rain coming later today.” When I asked the supposed manager Anthony why they didn’t have a sign-up to let me know that and that it would be inconvenient for me to have to come back today to clean my car when I have other things that I need to take care, his response was “other people come and use my vacuums and don’t get their cars washed and I have to pay for the electricity” WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME? When I asked him why he wasn’t concerned about the lack of customer service at his establishment he stated “I DONT HAVE TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A CAR WASH.” I could see if it was raining, how that could possibly damage his equipment but, it wasn’t raining! There is no excuse for taking my money and not fully providing the services they “claim” to offer! Anthony, as the owner of a plumbing company, any business you own requires customer service! I will not be returning and every person I know or come in contact with will be informed about the way I was treated this morning!

I understand that there is a closing time, but if I pay for a wash 7 minutes before close and then move to the vaccuums I assume that the vaccuums will work. Shutting them off at the precise time you close when you still have paying customers trying to vaccuum their vehicles is ridiculous. It would be the same as a retail store shutting off the cash registers precisely at closing and not allowing someone to check out. I think maybe one of the hourly employees could hang around for an extra 10 minutes to allow customers to finish vacuuming and then shut off the machines.

Will not be returning to this business mainly due to the poor customer service. The force of the car wash machinery was ridiculously high and bent the entire base of my truck antenna so much that I had to use pliers and a vice to fix it. Every automated car wash I've ever been to has a sign that says you should probably remove your antenna and this one had it as well. I've never had any issues with my antenna until now and I was cringing the entire time as the machinery beat my truck to death. Halfway through the wash the machinery stopped and an attendant was running around frantically. It eventually resumed, but it didn't provide the Platinum wash that I paid $15 for. There was no wax or tire shine. The worst part of the experience was talking to the lady on the phone at this location. I respectfully told her what happened and that I would not be returning. She blamed me for the poor experience and said it wasn't her fault and I was just one of the few customerw that this has happened to. I was not looking for an explanation or anything in return yet I was never once offered a full or partial refund or any sympathy like good business owners should do.

Best car wash experience I've had in a long time! My vehicle's antenna is the fixed/non retractable type and also has a rear wiper. The young man came out, removed my antenna and taped my wiper arms down to prevent damage from spinning washer mechanism. Afterwards he reinstalled the antenna and removed the tape from the wipers. Also, free vacuums with easy access to both sides. Very impressed and will definitely be back again. BTW, they also perform oil changes as well! Blessings

Best car wash in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Customer service was spot on. Ask the lady at the window which wash is the best? She recommend the $10 wash because my vehicle was pretty dirty, which I agree it was dirty, so that I won't pay for wax just in case the wash didn't clean it. After my first wash I came back around the get a second wash the lady gave discount for buying to two washes. All in all, I pay $24 in totally and my vehicle looks amazing afterward.

UPDATE** upper management contacted me and was satisfied with the arrangement that was made. He went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated given the prior experience. Moving review from 1 star to 4 stars due to the operation’s manager’s great customer service I do not recommend this car wash. They pushed us into the car ahead of us and our bumper was damaged. They let the vehicles in way too close together. Car wash shut down twice while we were inside. They were not even aware that the collision happened inside the car wash until we came and complained after the fact.

BEST CAR WASH EVER! I recommend this car wash to anyone, who wants to go to a quick and efficient car wash. Everytime I come to this car wash, I'm always greeted by a courteous lady that ask how's my day. Then I go through the car wash to see my truck completely clean of dirt and shiny as can be. And the vacuum are always working properly, I never had a problem with them. I hate how people can be so blind to the fact that every car wash has policies and disclaimers. So I don't understand how someone can think that they can get something from them if something happens to their car, then get angry at the employees when they refuse to repay them in anyway.

Paid cashier for 15 dollars wash and they gave me the wrong one. Had to go back and re-wash however while in Neutral my truck hit the truck in front of me. Stopped the whole thing, caused my plate to be knocked off and when we pulled out of car wash it didn't dry my truck. I went inside to ask and I was told that there is nothing they could do , I could file with my insurance if i wanted to. Complete incompetence when dealing with any kind of incident...

Ripped the front bumper off the of my SUV. Manager consulted the owner who refused to pay for damages caused by the equipment and direction of the staff. The staff was courteous but now I’m out $400 dollars. Same exact thing happened to someone I know (but will not give name to respect privacy). Be warned that their billing service is NOT military friendly. While the service I received at this location was good, my family had a short notice change of duty assignment to FL. This reoccurring monthly fee was not on my radar, but I cancelled it the day it renewed because there are no locations near me and they certainly do not remind you that a payment is coming due. They refused to issue a refund and claim I had the capability to cancelled the service at any time through their app. While technically true, the cancellation feature is buried in a way that is hard to find. I had to have the representative guide me me to it. Bottom line, if you are in the military and happen to deploy or PSC, you better remember to cancel your subscription early because, based on my experience, this company will not be understanding.

After having to take a detour on HWY 117 on a dirt road to get back on Interstate 49, the car was so dirty, after we took care of our appointments while we were in Shreveport we looked up an car wash close by that had very good ratings. Was happy with the wash and free vacuum. Would return there next time we need the car washed while we are in Shreveport!!

BEWARE....ripped off my back bumper 2 months ago. Went by today (Monday 7/23) because I haven't heard from them. Tony the manger was there when it happened and was the only one working that day. He popped it back in with some difficulty...after me after I pointed out that it was bent and torn on the inside. He asked about the large scratch on my bumper which I told him has been there for years. **a scratch probably from a parking lot somewhere. A scratch only as there are no dents at all. Now I have tape on my bumper because it pops out when I drive over bumps in the road. **Tony ook my name and number and said he'd contact me. Forward 2 mos later: I go by because I haven't heard a word from anyone. Tony didn't have the courtesy to call me one way or the other. Tony says "oh yeah, they said because you had that scratch on your bumper they aren't responsible". **This IS the same scratch that was there when he looked at my car and placed blue tape on my rear windshield wiper. The same scratch that is about 3yrs old......and I've been going through this car wash since it opened. I pointed out that the video recorder was on the day it happened. However, he wasn't inside watching (several monitor screens)...because he was working alone and was outside. I also pointed out that while I was STUCK, the car wash did not give off any type of alarm/warning signal and continued passing vehicles....a big truck was coming behind me. ALSO...if "they" looked at video to see I had a scratch on my bumper then they would surely have seen that my forward progression through the wash stopped and had me STUCK. I took my car out of neutral and drove out when I realized the truck was not stopping. If I had not driven out myself, I would have been hit by the truck creating a pile-up. I'm so mad right now I haven't taken time to download my pictures to share. I absolutely loved this place. To be clear, I have never had issues with the oil change process or staff and I'm not sure that they have same ownership. Note: on the day of the incident the oil bay guys that came out to look said it has happened before, when I asked. Tony confirmed this today. So..... is the moral of this story that you can't go through a car wash if you have a scratch on your bumper?? I've been going here since they opened and will never go here again and if I can keep just one person from going here then I would have accomplished something.
