Too crowded and they are getting sloppy here. Took 30 minutes for the guy to wipe down 4 tires and windows. He barely vacuumed the carpet and dirt was still all over the console. Then after we left, we noticed allot of dirt still left on the truck. This has happened the last 3 of 4 x's we've been here. Nice new car wash on Airline, North of I-220. Next time we'll go there.

The last 2 times I took the Tahoe in and this last time Margie's Ford also, the running boards were still dirty, the fender Wells were filthy, the door jambs were not wiped, still had smears of dirt. I was less than satisfied. I too worked as a detailer many, many, MANY years ago and it is tedious work, some of it, and it's easy to overlook some things, and the work becomes monotonus and boring and you begin skipping and missing little things like running a rag over the wet door jambs, and you get in a routine of doing things a certain way and No......No, No, hell NO! You applied for this job, you were trained in how to perform your duties, you are paid a wage acceptable to you or you wouldn't be there, SO PLEASE,,, if you don't like the job, for whatever reason, please, just quit. A decent individual would take pride in whatever menial job he or she is working as long as it pays their bills and keeps diapers on the kids. So, if you don't like cleaning cars, maybe, jus maybe,,,,,, Workin at the car wash ain't for you!

Good full service car wash. Seems to be one of only a few in the area. The $17 car wash seemed to get the car pretty clean and vacuumed. There's a 22ish dollar wash too, couldn't tell you the difference. Only complaint was the drying guys, they didn't really get in all the jams and the water in there immediately ran down the car and dried dirty15 mins after leaving the place... Black car problems.

I have been going to this car wash for over five months now. I went there today to get my vehicle washed and cleaned out. When the vehicle was ready I noticed that my car key was bent out of shape. The employee who washed and dried my car tried to make it seem like the key was bent up when I brought it to him and it was not. Instead of him taking responsibility he blamed me. When I told the supervisor about it the only thing he could tell me was they would do better next time. It took me a while to get my car started because the key would not turn in the ignition due to the fact one of the employees damaged my key. The supervisor started up my vehicle for me by turning my key backwards. Nothing was done about this situation. I even told the supervisor about another incident during my last visit when the employee did NOT have all of my keys when my vehicle was ready and had to search for them. I have informed them that I am not coming back. The price has went up from thirty dollars to forty dollars just for a simple wash and vacuum. I think the workers there are really nice but they do NOT handle serious situations in a proper manner nor do they take it serious. I also noticed that the employee who damaged my key took forever to dry my car off. I walked over to him to ask him how much longer would it be and he kept making statements about how old he was as an excuse to why he was taking so long to dry off my car. I noticed that he stopped tending to my vehicle to have conversations with his co-workers and other irrelevant things. This happened several times while I was there during my last visit. Now I am currently purchasing a new key for my vehicle due to this situation. Just a word of advice to this business, if you are going to do these type of things to guest the least you could do is refund the guest their money so they can purchase the the belongings you have damaged. HONESTLY

I found this place through an online search. The rating didn't lie. I got the $25.00 wash and was in and out in 30 minutes. My car was dirty and the inside had dog hair everywhere. They got all the hair from the inside. The car looked new when they were done. When I'm in the area again I'll definitely be going back.

Wednesday, May 29th was the first time I ever used Twin Cities Car Wash. I requested a "hand wash" and even though the employee said they were not taking anymore hand washes due to the time of day, another employee came over and said he would hand wash my car himself, which I thought was very nice. The problem I had was this, after they finished my car, I paid and was ready to leave, I discovered my key fob was missing! One of the employees had gone home with my key fob in his pocket! That was a mistake that anyone could have made. The manager came to me and apologized, and even asked if they could drive me home. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I LEAVE MY CAR SITTING IN FRONT OF THIS BUSINESS WHEN SOMEONE I DON'T KNOW HAS THE KEY?? So, no thank you. After a while the employee returned with my key fob. The manager made no gesture to compensate me for the wait. Something along the lines of, "Ma'am, here's my card, I'm giving you 10% off your next visit, I apologize again for the inconvenience" , or "Ma'am, would you like a soda, or something to drink while you wait?". DID HE DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT? No, he did not!! He made small talk about how nice the car looked. A simple gesture to compensate for their mistake would have made my bad experience a little better, and most likely would have secured a returned visit. So as a result of MANAGEMENT under valuing my time as their customer .....I will not go back to Twin Cities Car Wash.
