Exceptional customer service! 5-31-19 I was so surprised at how the manager Damian handled a situation with my vehicle. They had a small issue with something mechanical while I was going through the car wash that caused an oily residue to partially spread on one side of my vehicle. Mechanical stuff happens so I understood. Not only did he get out in the heat of the day to clean and pressure wash the residue off my vehicle but he thoroughly checked over his work once he was finished. On top of all that he sent me back through the car wash again with what I know was a wash that I normally do not purchase and then compensated me even more with two more free washes in there most expensive wash package. He did all of this with an excellent attitude. I was highly surprised, impressed and somewhat overwhelmed by his kindness and generosity. Don’t hesitate to give this car wash your business! Thank you Damien for your efforts:)

I love love love this place! When you first enter they have a free area (about 5 stations) where you Pre wash off all your road bug shiznit off the front of your ride, and also have tire brushes to shiny up those rims. After that you go through the car wash where they guide into and make sure you are lined up correctly onto the car carrier machine thingy, then Voila you are out on the other side in no time!! Prices are reasonable at $6-$20 depends on what kinda love you want to show your baby that day. After you roll out the car wash they have an area where you can vacuum for FREE, yes I said Freeee..!! I will post some pics of building next time, I was just admiring my Explorer so much I forget about them when I got done.

I thought it was a great facility and a good priced carwash. I read reviews before I came. Other complaints I read seem like BS. The shaded spot for prewash is great. Price is great. And people were helpful. Seemed like it really got my car cleaner than other places.

Do NOT use this business. They broke my driver's side mirror (factory, not after market). They had it on video going in perfect and coming out broken (although he refused to allow me to video his footage). The manager was rude, uncaring and dismissive. He blamed me, the dealership, everyone except them were to blame. Flatly refused to pay for repairs. I have never given a patently bad review because, until Tropic, I never needed to. Do not use this business

My go to car wash. Not too expensive with the most basic wash being $6, and there's a free vacuum area after that with plenty of trash cans to throw away your junk in by every vacuum hose and a machine that you can feed your floor mats that automatically cleans them. I also noticed there's a truck bed and bug cleaning area before the car wash that I have not tried.

it's a very good car wash I don't get the most expensive one but the second to the most expensive does good and I always recommend that you use the brushes on the air tires and also the car it really cleans it up a lot nicer.

Great carwash.....all of the equipment is well maintained. The self service items to from the bug wash to the vacuums, and mat cleaners are first rate. I got the tropical wash and was impressed with the job done on my truck tires......applied the tire dressing automatically and it looks good.

The car wash leaves lots of soap in the car. I asked the guy on duty if I could just rinse it off using the hose on the side and he said no. I told him I didn't want a refund, just to rinse the soap off. He still said no. Edit: The owner responded that it couldn't have happened here...I distinctly remember it because I called my dad who lives right next to this place so I could run to his house and rinse my car off...
