Called before I drove all the way there because I was coming from Saint Martinville. I asked the lady could they do a detail clean on inside and out and she said yes. I got there about 30 minutes later the man told me they couldnt because he doesnt have any detailers and that the lady never informed him. Just unorganized and wasted my time driving all the way there for nothing.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for an oil change then have to also pay for the oil filter.I was under the impression that when you pay for a service that the parts came with it. Oh and the free car wash well my husband said you get what you pay for and he was right. Just to vent a little more when you are sitting next to the person who's car you are wiping down don't keep telling your workers that it was a free car wash just wipe the windshield and that's it and leave all other windows dirty. That was my first time to use Todd's and it definitely will be my last.

This place rocks. Wash and go is a STEAL. Vacuums are at exit of wash. Only complaint is that it closes at 5 sharp.

$25 is a lot to charge to run your car through a wash and get a quick towel dry. My windshield, cup holders and console were still dirty. Driving off, I noticed water and suds flying off my mirrors. Don't think I'll be back to this location. Perhaps the other one is better.

My car was covered in dirt from the trees surrounding our house. For some reason this dirt sticks on harder than other dirt. The clerk recommended a by-hand pre-wash for $10 and in addition, I elected to the $15 auto-wash. A few guys towel dried my car as soon as I rolled out. Car looked good as new for $25. I think I will get a subscription!

We have to travel for my niece’s chemo appointments and there was a day when her counts dropped extremely low (meaning she was in danger of catching a fever/sickness easily) so I took our car to be cleaned out so that it would be a safe environment for the long ride home. I requested they use a Lysol spray I bought to wipe down the vehicle. These people went above and beyond for us! And it was so quick. By far the best service we have received for interior and exterior cleaning. I want to wash all our vehicles here and we live over an hour away!

I stopped by Todd’s while in town visiting family and couldn’t believe how professional and awesome my experience really was! Sarah was absolutely the sweetest! I have to say I will definitely be back! I highly recommend stopping in and get you ride shinning.

This location is just horrible. The employees were inside watching Dr. Phil. Then my car came out and they had to wipe the water off. They grudgingly went outside to do their job. Less than 2 minutes go by and they're back inside telling me my car is ready. I get outside and my car had water circles from the towels. I said something to the one employee who was still outside because the others ran in. He made a small effort to remove them but it didn't help. I told him to forget it. I won't be returning.

I spent $30 here to get my truck vacuumed, washed, and cleaned but they did such a bad job. The inside looked the same as it was when I took it there. DIRTY. The tire rims were black from the dirt. Don’t waste your money unless you see the do a good job doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I was so disappointed. I’ll never go back there again.

It is close to house so we have looked over things but if you have a push button key entry then make sure you remove the master code card from your glove box and do not allow for the clear shield rep there to 'Fix" your windshield.

I brought my car in to have the seats and carpet shampooed. They were horrible!!! They did a wonderful job in getting out all the stains, even melted crayon stains. I will definitely bring my car here again.

Just left there, I purchased the extra which they wipe your seats & etc. Well that was a donation because my seats are the same way as I brought it there. Had spilt tea on passenger door from handle and spots on door, it's still there. Wont be back, waste of my time & money.

I had the super deluxe wash because I needed to get the front seat steam cleaned due to a spill. There were spots that were missed during the wash & my instrument panel was smeared instead of clear. When I got into my car the next day there was a definite foul odor emanating from the back seat. The floor board had a spot on it that was not there before. I called and left a message for him to return my call but he never did call. I have before & after photos of the front seat.

The staff are very unprofessional, always on there phones, have so much attitude and the women here roll there eyes whenever you ask them a question! The new staff are rude, unhappy! I miss the old staff, they were Courteous, friendly, hard working and always welcomed you with a smile! The new staff are bringing this business to the ground smh! Hopefully the owner can make positive changes very soon! Because you just lost another customer!!..

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Maranda made sure my car was cleaned perfectly and the receptionist was wonderful to talk with. I would highly recommend Todd's carwash to anyone!!!

I was in and out quickly. My only complaint is that the white towel they used to dry my Jeep left little white fuzz all over the brand new black twill soft top. Took awhile to get it off.

Wow. I've been to cheaper places that did a better job. Didn't even touch the headliner, still have dirt around the door frames, have sand in the carpet. That was a funny one because they said without a shampoo they cant get it out! If you didn't shampoo, then why are my carpets soaked? Then you are gonna have someone stand there and start wiping dirt out after I started the car? No! Oh, now you are gonna offer a leather conditioner service? No! I just wanted the truck clean! Never again! Don't bother going there if you want a quality job.

Gave Todd's a second chance after first error, dropped my car at 12pm today and picked it up at 4:46pm....just because I work across the street, normally their work is exceptional I guess the employees are too cold to do a good job. I will post pictures shortly.

We went into Todd's today and the service sucked. We waited while cars that pulled up after us were vacuumed and washed. When we finally got to the drying area, it got worst 5 people out there and they would start on one truck then stop then start on another then stop. Took 45 mintues for us to get our vehicle with only 3 vehicles in the drying stalls. Very dissatisfied.

I go here at least once a month. I prefer going to places where they do the vacuuming for you as well. It is a little pricey but they do a great job.

Paid for full service car wash package, $30.00. After I went inside the waiting area, they told me it was going to be an additional $20.00 to get the mud off my truck which most it was in the fender wells and they started to exaggerate how mud was on my truck. What a scam! So I asked for a refund because I can get the mud off in 5 mins myself with a pressure washer. So I'm guessing the "full service package" is only for clean cars?? This place is home. So went to a different place, an automated car wash place two buildings next to them and paid $10.00 and the truck came out looking like new. Yes, the guy spent 10 mins getting the mud off my fend wells and then I went through the automated car wash and that's all it took.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted, but after having my black car hand washed and waxed at Todd’s car wash on Pinhook, I feel the need to share this. If you take any pride at all in your car’s appearance, DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT, take your car to Todd’s car wash. They left swirl marks, water spots, and scratches all over my car, and when I pointed this out, they just told me that the damage was already there, when I know for a fact, it wasn’t there before they washed and waxed the car. It cost me $435 to have someone polish out the damage done at Todd’s car wash.
