Brought my truck in for the $100 interior detail. I should have done it myself. 5 hours later I should have done the normal $20 wash and vacuum. Brought up the poor job to management and they said it was up to their standards. If that is their standards, then I will most certainly not be back. Nor will the fleet of company vehicles we have been having them wash for years. Two star because the exterior wash was what I expected and I was satisfied with that.

I had the Deluxe wash done to my 2010 GMC P U .They did a very poor job at best on the vacuum of the interior. They do not even clean out any door pockets at all, left paper, water bottle tops and obviously didn't wipe them out. The seats still had dirt and dog hair on them ,where the door pulls are on the door did not even get wiped down.The floor mats were not washed and were very dirty, there was actually grit on the edges,nasty. The exterior was fair at best, they used tire shine on the tires but NOT on the solid black plastic bumper cover or the tail gate cap or the outside mirrors and none on the Dashboard . I will admit that the truck was dirty but that's why I went to a car wash in the first place.I brought this to the attention of the Detailer and He did make a half hearted attempt to correct some of it but not to My satisfaction at all. It was 2:45pm and I had to go pick up the kids at school so I had to leave without talking to the Manager. When I tried to call while waiting for the kids I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I am very unhappy with their services. I Don't recommend this business and I will not use them again .I am now on my way to Twin Cities Car wash to spend $17 to finish the job. Bert

Great car wash friendly staff. Always do great job on entire car including wheels they consider this as part of the car and don't cheat you out of a total wash like other car washes. Other car washes won't do rims unless you pay extra

This is my favorite car wash in town! The machine broke the last time I was there waiting in line and instead of just making us leave they hand washed them and then gave us a coupon to come back for a free wash. They really seem to appreciate their customers! I always leave a tip too!

Guys do an amazing job of cleaning the cars and clean every peice of trim they can find from the touch screen, to the air vents, even the rear DVD screens. Won't take my car anywhere other than here!! P.S. Love the Creamy Vanilla scent!

4$ put into the car wash and each time, no bug remover fluid nor any of their famous "suds". So. We paid for about a minutes worth of pressurized water! This was the 2nd time we used this place, tried to give it a second shot. Never, ever again. Ripoff locals, not a good idea!!!

This is the slooooooooowest car wash I have ever been to. Pulled up and No one was out to get info had to go inside to get them to get someone out to help me. They then started vacuuming it and now 40 minutes later it still has not gone through the wash. What a s**t show.

I used to get the quick one done for about $15. They did a really good job. We paid for the deluxe today and I was a little disappointed. My car still had yellow flakes of pollen and crumbs in the door pockets. Most frustrating were the streaks of water under the side mirrors. Very obvious. There's really no reason why he should have missed it. Next time, I'm just going to do it myself.

I have a satisfactory experience every time I come to this car wash. The employees are super courteous and helpful. The manager is always on her toes, pacing around the place to ensure the best customer service. The atmosphere is super friendly. They have a nice lounging area and a lobby with everything from fragrances to snacks to even gifts for loved ones. Every time my car is done here it looks brand new. Not only do they do car washes, but also oil changes and any detailing you need done. This place blows all other washes in this area out of the water! Especially Twin Cities-- they could really learn something from this place.
