This place is a JOKE! I got a new vehicle 2 weeks ago and i decide to come here to get my vehicle it's first wash. HUGE mistake because NOW all on the right side of my vehicle, it has multiple spots where my paint got chipped off, scratches from the front passenger side by the tire to the back tires and some deep scratches that literally cut down to the metal. I showed the owner what happened and he said that it was my fault and I must have hit something!! I told him NONE of that was there when i bought the car AND then he just walked away while I was still trying to talk to him....Thanks for NOTHING!! (Also, I have pictures from when I bought the car AND you can clearly see there were NO scratches or anything on that side!) #SMH

Save your money & go else where. After using this place I have paint missing on both my doors & a deep scratch on one door. $16. Car wash isn't worth what it will take to fix my car!!

I see all of these good reviews and am saddened that I have to leave a horrible review. I went and got my mustang washed just the other day and when I got home I noticed HUGE scratches over the entire roof of my car and over the trunk, I went back spoke to the employee there at the time and she was incredibly rude, I filled out a report and gave it back to her. I was told the manager/owner would be contacting me soon. I have not heard back from them and it has been a week. I’ve been washing my car here for a very long time now and am very disappointed at there lack of care and responsibility for their machinery and their loyalty to long term customers.

So I had the upgrade then when I came out I had a white film all over my black truck. I spoke with the staff and was told that they had just cleaned buffer and it was doing this to a lot of vehicles. The staff was great they wanted to help but a beach towel was used to clean my truck.

Had the most expensive option in the express wash lane. Not sure why the workers manually scrub the back of trucks and not cars. (Pollen still on the back of my car, after the wash) Rims were also still spotty.

Their pay machine seems to always have glitches. Would like to sign up for the membership so as not to have a deal with it but it's so expensive. Don's Carwash in Lake Charles is a much better deal. Spin shine doesn't over very many washes for the month. They always have half of their vacuum slots closed.

If you pre-wash bugs and your wheels at the wash station, it comes out pretty clean. They have Powerful vacuums and are in a convenient location in Moss Bluff.

Who in the hell still uses a touch car wash these days? Don't they realize the damage to finishes and cars they can cause? There are so many touch-free places for the same if not cheaper cost - and so much better for your vehicle!! Not to mention this left water spots all over my friend's car. All I could do is take them to a better place that not only is touch-free but better equipped so their car dried without spots. Stay the hell away from this place if you value your vehicle at all!!!

Drive thru car wash with a couple of options, area available to prewash bugs, etc. before entering and drive up vaccum/trash clean out stations available with paid wash. Washes are mediocre quality (If your car is quite dirty even the most expensive wash will barely help) vaccums are great.

I have a black cts and got the $16 wash when it was done I was vacuuming the car and the manager Miss/Misses Bridget asked if everything was ok I said yeah and let her know that on the skirting of the car the wash left little water streaks you know the ones you can barely see unless you are looking at them but others wouldn't notice lol and she offered to run it through the wash a second time free of charge because the sham cloths that dry the car were wet so she dried them out she got a little wet in the process lol and let me through then came inspected the car after it was done and hand dryed a few spots and offered to run it through a 3rd time if I wanted to even though the care was obviously spotless in short I appreciate the kind service and the desire for excellence
