Disappointed! The interior and exterior were both still dirty. The door panels appeared to not have been touched. I used to come here all the time but quit due to mediocre results. Decided to give another try and just confirmed my decision. The people were nice, but I expected my car to be clean. Paid for ultimate car wash and gave an $8 tip

I was a new customer, and wanted to leave a tip to man who did my van, but l went inside to pick up my things and when l came outside he was gone. I asked the other man if he knew his name. So l walk back to the building and give the tip to one of the staff and said it was for Kenny. The first man l asked, who did my car said it was Kenny. After getting in my car l noticed that the first man l asked went up and took the tip that was ment for someone else.

Ultimate wash (top of line wash) and inside of car was not touched with a rag. Last three trips have been the same. Roadrunner used to be best wash in town but this will be my last time there. Need better attendants.
