Every time I go thru the wash they have to send me thru at least twice! The machine apparently doesn't wash the back of my car very well. The first time I went thru the car wash and saw that the back of my car was still dirty the manager was very nice saying "no problem we will send u thru again just tell the guy scrubbing to scrub the back real good before he sends u thru when u come". I left a happy customer that day. The next time I went to the carwash I told the guy scrubbing please scrub the back of my car really good cause the machine doesn't clean the back of my car too well. I go thru the wash and noticed that the back of my car was still dirty. I talked to one of the workers and his remark was "we will send u thru again but maybe this isn't the place for u if we have to send u thru twice every time". Lol really! This is a car wash right? Ur job is to wash cars and make sure ur customers are satisfied with ur service. If it's too much trouble for the scrubbing guy to do his job and scrub the car and spend an extra minute scrubbing the back of the car especially after he was specifically asked to so that it's comes clean than there's a problem. That's no problem since it's such a problem I will find someplace else to go! Thanks for the snide remark an attitude I won't be back!

We drove thru, paying for the most expensive car wash and what do you know we exit, and I think the wash just spread the dust and dirt more and made it dirtier than entering the carwash to begin with. The prices are way too high for what you receive.

I had driven across Texas and Louisiana due ng love bug season, and needed to get the dead bugs off my car. Using their best wash offered, I still had to get 409 and a rag to clean the front bumper. Was not pleased.

They didnt tape down my back windshield wiper which got torn off. Unfortunately I didnt get a receipt. I told the attendant about it on my next visit...his reaction was to shrug his shoulders. Now I'm stuck with a $90 repair.

I went through the car wash todayJan7,2019 thinking I was going to get my car washed. The brushes barely touched my car . Needless to say my car was dirty the back wasn't touched either. The tires weren't touched. I told the attendant a man in his early 50's showed him the mess. He proceeded to get a wet paper towel to whip my new black CRV down. Oh no that wasn't happening , he was ready to scratch the hell out of new car. This was not my first rodeo at Pitt Stop. I left with a dirty car that I paid to get washed. I'm not pleased, and I would not recommend a friend. We have two other car washes here in Slidell. I liked the location of Pit Stop. Bad news travels fast if people don't find out on their own. No a happy

Love, love, love this carwash. You can get a full wash, with all the bells and whistles for less than $20. You can get a simple quick wash that is very basic for $5. Of course, there's free vacuums, that are more powerful than any in the area. So, if your looking for a top notch car wash for those who may not have cost as an issue and those who have to pinch pennies, Pit Stop is the one you should choose.

The staff at this location is wonderful when a Senior member is present, every once and a while the younger kids working do not press the right wash, and if you have the time, run back through if you are not satisfied. Management is usually available, and if you ever have a problem, don't hold your tongue, they need to know whats wrong in order to provide a better experience. Monthly wash packages are affordable, and ideal for the Ride Share driver, or commuter who likes a quick wash at an affordable price.
