My car was absolutely disgusting, I have two small kids...I came in at 830 am without an appointment (I would suggest making an appointment) but he agreed to take me right away. The owner and staff were super friendly and accommodating, and my car was absolutely spotless when I drove off. It looked fresh off the lot. I could’ve never done that extensive job on my own. Worth every penny. I will be going back. Thanks!

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. I brought my car here for auto detailing and it was cleaned nicely, not perfectly, but nicely. When it came time to pay the bill, I paid the bill, with a tip, even before I actually checked it out. I drove off the lot and had only gotten half a block away, when my center arm rest slid off. I hadn't even touched it - it just slid completely off. Immediately, I turned around and brought my car back to show the auto detailing owner. He told me it was either broken before, or it was glued together and it came off. I know for a fact that it wasn't broken before I went there. I brought it to a repair shop and they agreed that it hadn't been glued. I felt that in good faith the shop owner should have told me once he damaged my car. I could have accepted that an accident happened and it just needed to be repaired. But instead he lied about the damage. So now I'm out of $240 for auto detailing, and now I have to repair something that wasn't damaged on my car before I brought it to them. I would tell anyone that if they decide to go to this place, make sure you checked out your car before you pay anything, and definitely before you drive off the lot. I cannot give this place a good recommendation at all.

On the Spot Auto Detailing did a phenomenal job, highly recommended !!! My car was in a flood with lots of water inside on the Carpet, seats were soaked and there was mold/mildew everywhere. The team at On the spots did some deep detailing . They took out the seats , took out all the water, replaced cushion , the whole nine yards. They are very professional, thorough , and have exceptional customer service. If you want a deep detail done right who values their customers choose them. They made my baby new again. Thank you guys !

Well worth it! They got my 11-yr-old Chevy HHR looking like the day I bought it. I take pretty good care of it, but it was dirty inside and out with 3 years’ worth of crud. I went with the Gold Package. So glad I did. It looks amazing!! I’ll definitely be going back.

I paid for a detail package, plus an SUV upcharge ($40) I give 2 stars because what I got would be comparable to a deluxe carwash. I really expected a more thorough cleaning.

Guy was very sweet and didnt try to price gauge me for removing chili out my carpet unlike klean king on vets who said it would be $80 to shampoo one side of the back....ok. I respect honest people and I will refer to my friends,family and clients.

First of all, when I arrived around 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, the owner asked me to come back at 1:30 p.m. and he could get me in. After some browsing at Lakeside Mall, I did come back and he was true to his word. He gave me an estimate right away and took my car in right away. The actual time to get the work done was faster than his estimate of 90 minutes. My car is just 8 months short of 20 years old. My focus was the interior, which really was filthy due to years of drink spillage, food spillage, and dog hair. I can't believe how clean and shiny and clean-smelling the car is. It honestly hasn't looked that good since I bought it. I will definitely return with my other vehicles and highly recommend this business. The owner is very forthright, shows tremendous integrity, and offers service on a personal level.

I absolutely love this place! As long as I live in New Orleans, I won't go to any other car detailing company. They are very professional. My car looked practically new. I only wanted my seats shampooed but they cleaned the entire inside of my car. I didn't notice I had so much stuff in my car (I was looking for a lot of what they pulled from under my seats lol) I'm glad they were able to help me on such short notice. I recommend everyone who has a vehicle to bring it to this gentleman, I haven't seen my car look this good since it was bought from the dealership. They got the stains out of all of my beige seats, got the dog hair out of the carpet in the back (which I worked on for 30 minutes trying to get out and couldn't)

Weeks after having my car detailed, my car's roof interior separated form the ceiling. The car's upholstery was damaged and falling apart. I called three times, no one picked up, so I left a voicemail. I emailed and no one responded. I got the car's interior repaired for $440 dollars. The repairman told me that the type of cleaning it received dried out and destroyed the upholstery, because the car's upholstery was too old to take such a vigorous cleaning. Yes, my car was cleaned and done in a timely manner. However, the subsequent damage, lack of costumer service, and repair cost in addition to the cost of cleaning, gives me no other option than to leave a 1 star rating and a disgruntled review. If you car is an older model, be sure not to have your car cleaned here.

Excellent service. I needed my truck detailed (inside and out, engine compartment too). Tyrone and crew took their time (about 3 hours) and made that old work truck look showroom new. Inside and out was beautiful. Even the engine looked like I just pulled off the lot. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. Drop your vehicle off, go to Panera Bread for a good lunch, and read a book. Great price for the level of detail.

Good but pricey. Inside detail was very good but I found a lot of water spots outside. They completely forgot to dry and wipe the driver side rear view mirror. When you pay $45.00 plus a nice tip you expect perfection... I'll be more careful inspecting it next time and make sure to ask for no air freshener as my car now smells like a greyhound bus bathroom...
