Great and lovely staff, and car wash works great. However, the owner doesn't care about his employees or his customers. If something happens to your vechicle from the wash and they file an incident report; do NOT expect for them to cover any repair. If on the low chance that does happen, it will be MONTHS after the incident. The amazing part time staff that is working there are also (at the time of this post) working and managing the wash when the owner isn't there as there is no longer a manager there to cover those shifts. Only support this wash to support the part time staff there because they deserve more respect than they get from their boss.

Paid for a $15 car wash with credit card, there was girls at the machines, after wash I was charge $28.00 on my card, either this business is shady which I believe cause there is no contact information to get in touch with, so I'll file fraud charges next!!

Very disappointed in my service. Went to Mr Bee's in Ville Platte, LA. Paid $10 for a wash n wax. The machine stopped during a the pre soak leaving soap all over the front of the car and top of car. There are no contact numbers at this location. I would like a refund! Very poor service!

Went by, got an $18 wash, wax and spot free wash. Well I didn't get the spot free, and my tires didn't get the shine, besides a few other misses. Went back the next day to tell them possibly the girl pushed the wrong wash button for me and allow me to go thru. Said there's nothing she can do. They just lost a regular customer.i wasn't able to go back the same day, tried to call but no phone # available. Figure that!

I just spent $10 on a car wash at your Union St location and IT DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN MY CAR. My car is white, and as soon as I stepped out of my car I saw there was no change!!! Clever that you have no phone number to contact regarding this either!!! Not here not your website. In fact, the only way to contact is a review! Iwill be visiting you guys later this afternoon to get a full refund and I would like my car actually clean! And no reciept paper was in the machine when I asked for one!!! Terrible!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Most horrible experience I've ever had very rude employees bought the $45 monthly unlimited washes last week went today when car finished washing went to let employee spray my tires cause my plan does come with tire shine the girl said they don't do that the guy that sprayed our tires last week was just being nice so I asked her well I paid for all that to be done for the $45 plan she said once again we don't do tire shine so I'll be ther first thing tomorrow to speak with owner cause I am canceling the payment waste of time and lazy ass employees don't get the plan with tire shine cause ur wasting ur money they don't do those services false advertising I rate y'all a zero for false advertising y'all do shine clean cause ur employees are not doing it

Worst car wash ever! The owner is a complete jerk. The employees lie! The car wash took off my running board from my brand new Ford F-150. The manager on duty said they will pay for it just bring them the estimate. They have yet to turn it into his insurances and he keeps calling and coming up with more and more excuse he claims I tried to get out the truck while I was in the car wash! On his 7th call last night he told me I could go get a video it today after 3 but now the video is "sent away"

Paid for $18 wash. When I drove in the workers just watched my truck roll by. They didn’t touch my truck with the soap & brushes they were standing by. I went threw the wash. Still have some dirt & bugs on front of truck & tailgate wasn’t touched so its still dirty. Not going back.

Swung in for a late night car wash on my way home, I didn't get what I paid for. Paid for a $12 car wash and all the machine did was spray a little foam on my car. Car wash has no contact information to resolve issues with their automated service. I would like a refund or will be disputing charges with my bank.
