Quick service, staff did a great job. - came back again today and wasn't disappointed, Alberto is the man! Buffed a paint scratch outta the driver's door just because I asked if there was anything I could do to remove it. I will never go anywhere else to get my car washed! Albero is the man!

Prices went up without notice. They've implemented a point program different from what was used in the past and this is likely what has caused the price increase. I will not be traveling from the Westbank any longer to visit this car wash. Very disappointed

The car was great on the outside, no so great on the inside. Maybe if I would have gotten my car washed earlier instead of 30 min before closing, it would have been better. I still had to wipe the interior, the reason I went to the car wash.

I've been going to halimas for years and they always do a good job. Ever since the new ownership the workers have been slacking. I brought it in they were done. Had alot spots on the windows told them to them to wipe it down went back in the car still had spots. Then I go pick my wife from the Dr. She gets in and was like like oh my god did they vacuum. The inside cupholder had bookoo crumbs and the lil compartment had crumbs. Bring it back the owner he told me we a carwash was not a detail place. how hard is it vacuum crumbs. They spend 1 minute to vacuum ur car out and about 2 minutes to wipe it. They need hire robots to vacuum cause the only thing that looks good was the outside and that was done by a machine.

I brought my car to Halima to be washed at 11:30 am on 7/28 in the middle lane. Safari, which is closer to my house, was undergoing renovations so I thought I’d try Halima. I purchased the Deluxe Wash Package for $22.95. I drove my car up, got out, went inside and paid, and waited in the waiting room. When my car was finished, I went home. When I got home, I opened the hatchback to put something inside. I was surprised to see that NOTHING from behind the back seat to the back bumper had been cleaned inside. Leaves and dirt were on the carpet and the hatchback door jambs were full of sticks and dirt. I returned to Halima. I told my story to the first worker who approached. He said that they don’t clean the trunk. I told him that my Prius doesn’t have a trunk, it has a hatchback. He walked away. Five or six workers approached and I had to re-tell the problem. They shrugged their shoulders…apologizing and having no idea how that could have happened. They vacuumed behind the back seat and cleaned the door jam and walked away. No offer of a refund. No offer of a free car wash next time. Nothing to make up for having to drive in Veterans Boulevard traffic seven miles back to Halima to get the problem fixed. Safari has nothing to worry about….I won’t be back to Halima. Sad.

First time at this place and I won't be returning. I don't like to give bad reviews but my car was not cleaned correctly. Floor mats were clean but on the sides there was still grass... Dash board still has a bit of dust. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

Went here after a long time, they usually do a good job but the last 2 times were totally awful I will not be going back anytime soon, my windows has an oily residue on them now smh plus they raised the prices which was expected but the service is not up to par , might as well go to Safari they do a way better job
