The website or app has a discount wash every month. The $5 car wash is way better than any other $5 wash in town. My van always comes out shiny and dry. The free post wash vacuums work as expected. I haven't bought any of the fancy washes or the monthly subscription so I can't report on those.

I've never had any wipers broken off or had to go back through due to excessive dirt still on my vehicle. The staff has always been appropriately friendly and helpful when needed

First time through the soap didn’t spray... when I pointed it out to the attendant he basically said I was lying.... he was a total jerk about it.. so I just paid again and went through a second time.. this time the soap came out..

$15 bucks and truck was still soaking wet even after paying an extra $4 for shammy dry. Payed for tire dressing that was only applied to half of 1 tire. Complete waste of money.

Ever since this car wash was opened, it has been my place of choice to wash me and my wife's vehicles. The facilities are very well kept and the clean. Until recently, I never had an experience with the customer service. I have the monthly premium car-wash package, which includes unlimited washes for my vehicle. The last time I went through, it did not register the tire-shine option and I noticed it as I was drying my truck off in the vacuum bay. I went and told the attendant, to which he apologized and said he would get me a pack of armor-all to shine my tires. I was completely fine with that. Well, a young man named Shaun (Shawn?) appeared with rubber gloves on and before he could hand me the pack of armor-all, he started shining my tires himself and insisted, saying he was happy to do it. I was very impressed with the service and I received and I will continue to be a patron at the wash.

The cleaning of my car is very good, but I have had had the monthly car wash plan and have had problems with the automated system recognizing my vehicle. I was told it would be taking out automatically, I have went inside to pay and a week later still not recognized. Sometimes it is and most time it is not. I have even renewed it at the entrance. It is my wife's car so you know I hear about it each time. Something is wrong.

A little stressful the first time, but not overwhelming. It did a decent job of getting the majority of the gunk, though not everything. To be fair, some of it was tar which is a tough one to get off. I'm taking one star off for having the move from one vacuum spot to another because the vacuums on both sides of the spot we parked in weren't working.
