I’m pretty sure this car wash left a nice sized red mark across my hood (Tahoe) that took quite an effort to get off. And of course it did a terrible job at cleaning the back, which is typical for all auto-washing machines. It also failed to get a smooth curved ridge across the hood that I thought should’ve been caught. And you have to remember, & know it’s there as well, to get your own bugs off the windshield and grill at a “prewash station” as soon as you turn into the lot BEFORE you pay! If you’ve paid you passed up these stations and the was will not get these bugs off! The vacuum was better than average! Followup - It’s a good car wash, a better-than-average as car wash goes. One just have to remember to use the self-service features offered. This was my first time through this car wash, so not knowing to preclean these hard-to-clean areas was on me. As I didn’t have a hitch exposed, Tahoe has a cover hiding hitch assemblies, I can’t say it was due to this that caused the missed areas in the rear. But in comparison, I’ve not found a car wash that will clean the rear of a Tahoe but the hood was a first, perhaps I hadn’t noticed this from other washes. The cheaper car washes cost < half this wash, I was just hoping / expecting a bit better. I will be back to try again, this time using the pre-clean facilities knowing what to “pre clean” on a new Tahoe this time.

While I like Geaux Clean Car Wash.....this location in Central gave me a scare more than once. The wash operation shut down and completely stopped with us inside. I no longer visit this location for this reason. However, other locations rock!

Paid for wheel and tire shine. My wheels were still extremely dirty and my tires were completely dry. Front and rear end were practically untouched and all areas below doors were untouched. I spent an hour in the vacuum area cleaning the outside of my car. 2010 Chrysler Sebring has a pretty generic shape. No excuse for the excessive filth remaining after this car wash. Waist of my time and money. I will NEVER go back.

Recently, the dryer blew so hard that it shook the drivers door and caused some of the exterior paint to blow off, pointed out to attendant onsite. Filed a complaint took my contact info has been over a week and so far no contact from management.

I just had a large piece of rubber molding blown off of my 2014 Toyota Tacoma at Burbank location. Attendant said blower speeds were increased because people were complaining that vehicles weren't getting dried enough. I knew I was in trouble when my hood concaved before the molding blew off. I don't know about you, but I'd rather a few water spots than a damaged vehicle.

This is my "go to" car wash. There are several wash/wax options. The wax option is actually really good. I really like the detail station where you can dry any residual water. The vacuum has excellent suction and there is a mat vacuum machine. I bring my own microfiber drying towels.

I went to central location enough that I decided to get the monthly plan. I have loved it. Always have a nice clean car. Vacuums are powerful and free. Even have this neat floor mat cleaning machine that does a decent job if you pass them through a few times. I love this location and car wash.

Love it. We have a car wash plan we pay for monthly. We can add extras. Free vacuum cleaners is awesome. I love the spray before you enter the car wash, they fold in your mirrors if you can't and bag you back wiper blade.

Quality wash with powerful and free vacuums. Multiple wash options. A little on the pricey side, but you can tell the difference between the different tiers. The highest tier had my truck showroom shiny, and the vacuums pull out the most stubborn of dirt and dust. Make sure to use the pretreat area to your right before buying your wash. Thanks, Stuart, for getting back to me so quickly. Your explanation made sense even if I was upset initially.
