Updating my review: My back windshield wiper broke off in the automatic car wash, and I was very upset. I left a negative review on here and was met with a gracious and understanding response and promise to make it right. As soon as I went back today, the owners personally met me and not only had the missing half of my wiper, but they reinstalled it for me! They also offered an upgrade and walked around my car to observe the wash and get any feedback to improve. I’m EXTREMELY impressed at the level of thoroughness and customer service. It’s no wonder the staff I’ve interacted with during past visits have been so sweet, their leaders set a great example.

From the point of arrival it was hands down an absolute pleasure able experience. The most friendly staff, everyone was so nice. I got my oil changed and received a free car wash. Not only a free wash, but a fine gentleman debugged my car prior to the wash. I am beyond pleased and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We just moved back to Lafayette after four years being away. I was excited about the prospect for several reasons, one of them being the opportunity to, once again, use Freedom. The company provides a quality product, excellent standard of service and really cares about its customers. I know other car wash and oil change places exist in Lafayette, but Freedom is the only one that will get my business.

They were too busy trying to find something wrong with my car rather than doing my oil change. I was the only person they were servicing and the "10 minute oil change" took over 30. They " recommended" I have my transmission flushed, My car is at 51,000, I had it flushed at 45,000 miles...so I should have another 40,000 miles before I need my transmission flushed...these guys are trying to scam people. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Reply to the owner: I can 100% assure you that counting from the moment my wife and I were seated in your waiting room, it was far more than the 13 minutes expressed on the ticket. If you believe me to be unhonest or unable to read time, I would ask that you check the tape of my visit from that day. Furthermore, your servicing member wrote down that I needed new tires, and I believe also brake pads-I'm sure you can check the ticket for that, However what stands out so heavily to me is that they verbally recommended that I should have my transmission fluid flushed-something I had recently done. Now, I find this apparent attempt at trying to squeeze extra money out of me, by pushing for uneeded services, is worthy of one star. I have no personal vendetta against you or your business, I just simply will not be returning and wish you luck.

This place could really use a pre wash station, I selected the premium wash and still came through with bugs on my grill, my windshield, and tailgate. Understanding these quick washes are designed to be auto detailing shops so I really don't count that against them. The Vacuum Center was underpowered but they did get the job done with a little extra elbow grease. To round it off they didn't have a place to clean your floor mates, some how that seems like a detail that just come standard everywhere else I've been. All I know if you're looking to keep the dust and pollen off your vehicle I suppose it's not so bad at doing that.

Brought my car in for a wash and got the "Shine package" and was not pleased in the slightest bit. I cannot speak for the oil service but the carwash is not worth the money. I would suggest the $5 wash if all you need is to knock off a little dirt.

The process and procedure of this place is like a well maintained steam engine. The Service team was informative and the waiting area was comfortable. I will say this about all drive through car wash, if someone can figure out a way to implement visual cues so that you know that your getting the wash treat you paid for. Sometimes I wonder if I'm getting what I paid for when there is a line of other cars going through the wash. Just food for thought.

The customer service at Freedom is the best by far! I paid for a tire shine wash and the wash didn’t have enough tire shine. A guy named Landon came to check on me. I let him know about the no tire shine. He went and got a sponge and shined the tires himself! Talk about customer service! I highly recommend them for any of your car wash needs! The owners are awesome too!
