Great service, with unlimited washes on monthly plans...but always closed

I was disappointed yesterday, I normally use bennys on airline, becauses Seigen lane one really sucks but yesterday I was on lunch from work & decided to try this car wash, wgen I got to the screen to see my option, tire shine was ONLY on the most expensive wash, that's not good. At bennys I can pay $8 and get everything. I couldn't turn around, they make that impossible so I was forced to pay $6 for a wash just to go through to get out! Didn't want the wash, I would have preferred to go to bennys and put it towards my normal wash with tire shine, like I do 4 times a week!!!! That was the only money this car wash will see from me!!

I left one star because once I left there and realized I lost the antenna that belonged on top of my car and that store I called back three times and I spoke to a young man who was suppose to look for it for me and let me know if he see it and once he couldn’t find it I asked the manager to run the cameras and he said he will and he was gonna call me back but he never did. They told me that they closed at 6 today and really they closed at 5.

This car wash damages cars. My cousin is now being sued because of getting her car washed at this business and the conveyor belt malfunctioning. This car wash is not safe. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH. If at all possible, just go to Benny's.

Two days ago I've send a message trough the website for my subscription to be cancelled. I guess nobody even cares about the messages because today I just got charged for a subscription... I need a full refund...
