Been using this place for years with multiple vehicles and generally pleased but this week my daughter took one of the vehicles there and they tried to sell her all sorts of services. The one that was ridiculous was that she needed a new rear wiper blade. The one on there was brand new. Just appeared that they were targeting her since she was young and a lady.

Went to car wash west to get my car detailed later in the day. Employees stated they weren't washing cars today 2/21/2017. However, the employees were washing/detailing a pickup truck that was clearly visible. Proceeded to ask one of the employees if they knew of another detailing place , the employee provided a flat no as an answer. The employee's peer had better customer service and offered to put my vehicle in the car wash. Since I was looking to get my car detailed, I declined the car wash offer. I would expect a business to state to come back another day for my desired car detailing.

Be careful of this place. I'll never go back. One time they broke a electric side mirror and the other day they stole a iPhone charger out of my car. It was there before the wash, I had to unplug my phone when I got out of the car. After the wash it was gone. Pretty crappy!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible place to get your car washed. Waited in line patiently and apparently some lady complained that myself and another car got in front of her. The manager accommodated the lady and made us move back. Do yourself a favor and find another place in town to get your car washed. They also have all kinds of hidden fees tacked on.

While getting the service done my Acura was damaged by something hitting the side back right portion of the vehicle. Also it tore off the rubber wheel well flap. When brought to the attention of the manager it we were told it didn't happen there. I didn't expect them to repair my SUV because I understand accidents happen but to have it dismissed completely was very aggravating. Even IF the dings didn't happen there the wheel flap was torn. Sometimes a customer just wants an appology.

It was my first time there because I herd alot of negative feedback I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt the staff was nice and helped me out but when i stared driving home I noticed the windows were still dirty and whatever they used to wipe down the Inside of my truck it was spotted all over the doors,dash and steering wheel and still dirt in spots and water sports all over I know 59.99 is not alot to some people but it is to me I went home and just cleaned it myself I just paid for a good starting point but you live and learn I guess

No one wiped off the top of my vehicle. I have a small SUV and can be reached easily but I guess they leave the dirt and residue up there, also they sprayed my tires with armour all and didnt wipe it down, just left it running down my tires, so I asked them to please wipe it down, it looked terrible plus once I drove away it would have been thrown all over my vehicle. That was new to me, they use to wipe them down. It rained today, 2 days after I had it washed so I will have to come back and have it cleaned again. I will ask them to wipe down the top next time. When you pay to have your car cleaned and pay extra for armour all, you expect it to be properly done. Oh, they missed the console with armour all. And I tipped them well also on top of this. I use your facility regularly and love it, they just need to pay attention and get the whole job done please.

I paid to get my oil changed my truck washed and for them to clean the inside and I'm not going to lie they did change the oil they did wash the truck but they did not clean the inside worth a darn I told the lady out side I paid to have it done she looked and said yes sir you did and she told me to hold on for a minute so she walks over to the guy that was supposed to clean the inside of my truck so he comes over. Hold on a sec now keep in mind that I'm standing in the door of my truck looking at it and it has dirt and dust all around the door lock around the steering wheel and the controls for the mirror okay now the rest he comes over and tells me that he did clean it but the sun isn't out so it's not going to shine really now!!! So I say we what about all the dirt and dust around the door locks and steering wheel and this is when he tells me well let me go find a brush or something and he is holding a rag in his hand and he says it will take a lol while at this point I've been there for almost 2 hours so I tell him i will just do it myself leave go next door to auto zone and get the stuff to clean it my self and guess what the sun wasn't out but it was shining so I will never ever go there again pay 70 to 80 bucks and all I got was oil and wash I can go to any oil place around town and get that for 40 to 50 bucks the main reason to go there was to get the inside cleaned and that didn't happen thanks for ripping me off carwash West

I have been using Car Wash West for about a 1 year, more or less. I have no problems with them. They are friendly, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable of their jobs. If my car needs different services, they let me know about it. I have never been forced to purchase the service. I have spread the word to my friends to us them. I love the music that they play inside the cafe'. The food is great. The atmosphere is great. The services are great.

I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because there are many vehicles that will not fit thru the car wash. I drive a full size conversion van and my brother drives a dually, neither of which will go thru the car wash.

Took my pickup there today and payed almost 40 dollars to have it washed. The reason I took it was because the inside needed cleaning.When I left the outside looked good but the console was dirty as it was when I took it in. Dash had dark smear marks we're they just streaked it, console still had coke spilt on it. I had to come home and clean inside myself. Very bad job.

Don't take your car here for any services! My girlfriend got her oil changed by them and they torqued the oil filter housing cup so tight that neither myself or Firestone could get it off without breaking it. They had the nerve to tell us we had to replace it just because we chipped a little of it off trying to undo the work they screwed up! We took it back to them and they said they'll have to break it but we had to replace the cup. Like seriously?!? Don't ever take your car to this place because they'll screw something up and they'll want you to bring it back and pay them more money

do not go here at 8 am on monday morning. Computer down and first car started through at 8:25. I was third car at check in so after 5 cars went through, checked at found my truck on back lot waiting on part to fix hose to wash mud underneath. Ran out of time so out $30.

When they do their job it's nice, but there's been too many issues to note. They've broken my windshield wiper, stripped the cap on the oil drain pan, lost the cover cap for the oil, and generally don't show concern for the average customers needs.
