The Billy Navarre Quicklube is where you want to go if you want a quality oil change as fast as possible. If you avoid going at the busiest time of the day, you can be in and out quickly. I recommend going anywhere from 7-9am or from 4-6pm, those are the quieter times of the day. The technicians do a great job on their multipoint inspection checklist that includes all of your cars fluids, tire pressure, and both your engine and cabin air filters. The technicians greet you with a smile and work very hard to get you in and out as efficiently as possible. Hands down best place for an oil change.

It's hit or miss but that's not unusual due to it being a lot of staffer first job. At first I thought prices were expensive but found it only being a dollar wich I figured it's a convenience fee. Vacuums could be a little better and the rinsing off part of that car wash needs the most work but all in all 4 stars.

If you like to waste two hours trying to get a drive-through oil change, this is where you want to go. I wish I could say they were just busy when I went, but the entire operation is inefficient. They offer too many services to keep things moving very quickly. I got stuck behind two cars getting their tires rotated or changed, for example, rather than being funneled into a line JUST for oil changes. They also have a pretty small lot, so they pack you in so tightly you can't even give up and leave. If your time is worth anything at all, avoid this "quick" lube.

My technicians were Gavin and Ken, they did and awsome job and made sure I was very satisfied with my service which I indeed was, I highly recommend coming to get all maintenance done here, its definitely worth the wait!

Not a bad place to do routine maintenance but just know you will be waiting quite awhile everytime I went had to wait in line for over a hour everytime
