Nice and clean BUT I paid the 15 dollar car wash for the tire and rim well let’s just say I just spent 10 mins getting all the dirty oil off my rim it was nasty and after spending that kind of money I shouldn’t have had to do it.. also left water on car to where now I have water streaks on my car... but worst of all it peeled my paint off my car in several places I would suggest letting ur kids wash ur vehicle they would do better job

I have a 2010 Infiniti which I take good care of an it's in good condition!!went through the brush ripped my fender trim off an The manager Bill seen on the camera that it was fine when I entered,he also found my trim in the wash bay.He wouldn't return my calls at all! Then tells me we can't cover it cause your suv is older then 6 years!!! Ok soooo it doesn't matter that you found it in the bay?!!The MAYOR PETE of Hammond owns this I wonder if he knows what bad business is?!?!..

Went through car wash , was jerking my car, stopped in the middle of wash and stuck inside. The attendant came and was waving me to come out. My tire was low he said. pulled onto the highway and was on my rim, Tire was flat! Could have been killed due to their negligence. Veered into closest parking lot and called them, They could have cared less! I will NEVER go back! The hole in my tire was the size of a mans fist!

Like most car washes today. You get directed thru the wash tunnel for 8 to 15 dollars and you do all the work. What is the car wash about today other than spraying water, soap, and cheap liquid waxes that dulls your windshield and scratch your paint job.

Service is always getting better. My truck looks fantastic after 20 minutes at BBB. Great value and managed so much better than any other place in town. The details are taken care of automatically even in line for was by the guys working. They even brush the back of my truck while I'm waiting to enter the already very thorough wash cycle. There are vending machines with towels and branded individual use cleaners for a buck or so extra. You will be impressed with the quality and value of the wash and shine you get at BBB's.

The wash doesn't clean well at all. Leaves spots on the car. I drive an SUV. The mat washer is only for small mats so cant use that. The only cool thing is the bug stop b4 your wash. Other than that...just not great. Vacuums always work...but they are all the large size flat suction. None have a skinnier suction for those hard to reach places.

I have enjoyed this car wash. It has everything you will need to wash your car. Only thing I have noticed is it does leave small scratches that are visible on a black car. For the price I didn't expect this, but they are not bad enough to really dissuade me from going again. I guess it is mostly expected at car washes.

If your car is white or silver, then it's the best place in the world to wash your car. Me I have a black car and with muddy 4X4's going through the wash your precious clear coat will get scratched. Handwash is the best wash. To save time and hard labor I highly recommend it.

Car wasn't totally clean by any means. The front bumper had obvious dirt on it which could've easily been wiped off but the car wash didn't get it for some reason. Also, during the process my passenger side mirror got knocked in, not a big deal but surprising. What was surprising is that it knocked the shell off the side mirror completely. Someone had to go get it for me so I could pop it back into place.

I have been here before several times and I don't know what has happened. Customer service great as always. They seam to have some machine problems, the back glass of my truck was not touched more the bumper of my truck and two of the vacuum cleaner I used did not work well at all. I know if they fix these issues this will be a great car wash again

May as well go to a hands on wash because you're going to have to after you leave....this wash didn't even get the pollen off my truck. The guys that spray your car before you go in, only spray one side of your vehicle. Makes zero sense...don't waste your money.

I brought my car through the wash and purchased the $10 wash and my hood and roof of my SUV was still dirty. I showed the attendant that the dirt was able to be removed with my finger rubbing it. He let me go back through the wash and suggested I get the $14 wash next time. I didn't go mud riding or on dirt roads it was just every day dirt from sitting and driving in town. I don't understand why it took so much to clean my car this time

More and more of these style of car washes are popping up across our area. I like the format they present, an area to pre-wash heavy bugs, grime or even your whole vehicle is a definite plus, especially for me with a work vehicle that can become heavily soiled. The grounds are well maintained and setup well for traffic to be able to flow through to the different stations. Pricing is fair, especially for the services that are offered and how clean the vehicle is when done. Attendants are helpful without being impatient which I have seen happen at other similar locations. Have used this location a few times and my experience has been the same each time.

It's an ok car wash. The tailgate on my truck was still dirty and the rims weren't cleaned well. Also, if you try to vacuum your vehicle before washing, they try to charge you $4 for the free vacuuming.

It's a decent car wash if you don't mind the swirls that it will leave in your paint. Only a touch free or hand wash can eliminate that issue. Beyond that, everything works as it's supposed to, and the employees are helpful and willing to assist if needed. It would be nice if the provided covered areas for using the brushes and sponges at their water stations like provided at the vacuum station.
